He came out to our office promptly and not only fixed our issue, but explained what was going on in terms that we could understand. Had an issue with my gaming pc I built myself and I couldn’t get it to display to my monitor and it kept self resetting. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up completely fixed only a day later. Great value price wise and very friendly to interact with. HORRIBLE!! after having my laptop for 2 weeks and promising he was going to call and keep me updated he never did!! i had to reach out to him !! he seems to ALWAYS be high of something!! then after 2 weeks me popping up on him not only did he not remember who i was!! he states that he couldn’t fix it!! no call no nothing!! almost like he was trying to KEEP my laptop!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Great customer service and got our phones fixed for a deal of a lifetime. My whole family was trading in their phones for the new iphone 11. Mark had fixed all 4 phones, and sold us cases and screen protectors for our new phones once we get them in. And it was still cheaper than getting all 4 phones fixed at the local mall. A+, and highly recommended.

I had issues with a jammed MicroSD card in a recently purchased laptop, and also wanted to upgrade its RAM and secondary SSD. I corresponded with Mark by Email prior to bringing in the laptop plus the third-party DDDR4 SODIMM and PCIe NVM M.2 SSD for the upgrade. Mark was very responsive and helpful to confirm the compatibility of the components, and had completed all of the requested work as specified and estimated on-time. His labor/bench fees for working on a system are very reasonable. I plan on continuing to work with Dergham IT Solutions again without hesitation, and would strongly recommend their services to any independent business professional, home consumer, or small business in the area that has any PC or networking needs.

I just recently went in to Dergham IT because a friend recommended them. I left my laptop there for a cleaning of a virus and some new memory as I have tons of pictures.
