I brought over 4 phones since this place opened no issue, last I brought my HP laptop a year ago no issues and it’s rose gold and pretty! Dropped my phone while working, I am in sales so I use my phone very frequently. My screen broke, needed it fixed ASAP. Drove here, I was in and out in 25 minutes with a brand new screen, and case, for 80 dollars. These guys know what there doing, and do it efficiently. Excellent customer service. My phone screen broke and wasnt working at all during the beginning of the CoVid virus. He was so accommodating, got me in same day, replaced it in half an hour (at reasonable price, lower than other quotes for Samsung s10), and he helped clean up my phone to increase speed, as well as giving me a free case since he had no backs in stock. He was a life saver! Co-worker was wiping everything down with alcohol the entire time I waited. They were taking customer safety seriously, and this was in the beginning! Highly recommend!!! They have a large supply of phones/tablets/laptops for sale, as well as accessories! Top notch!!

Didnt know this place existed!I wanted to trade my laptop for cash; went to a pawn shop in Allentown to request the trade. The friendly owner apologized and said he didnt buy any electronics but he directed me to Almir.The first thing I noticed when I walked in this store was ORGANIZATION. Very Clean; all items had a place and there was a place for every item. All Service Agents were soft spoken; no drama or fake enthusiasm. Genuine Service without pomp and circumstance.The Agent evaluated my laptop; I told him I restored to factory settings. After checking everything out, he made an offer that was acceptable to me.Almir made an impression and now that I know this business exists, I will not hesitate to stop by again and also give referrals to friends looking for straight-up electronics Service.

Very bad experience went to get home button replace and it still doesn’t work took to Apple store they say I didn’t even get a home button that actually goes with my iPhone which I kinda knew cause it’s even a different color than my phone

Recently visited this store to pick up my wish order, as soon as i walked in the staff welcomed me and made me feel just like i was at home. The store is very clean and the prices of the merchandise is reasonably priced.

Bought a $240.00 phone. Had problems with it. They said it was my service provider. That the phone was not compadable with the service I had.They told me to switch to simple mobile because they had great service running on 5G. So I did (even though I had 2 weeks remaining with my provider). STILL, the phone was not performing properly. After doing all kinds of run around to help the situation. I decided I wanted a refund for false pretences. They said they could not refund and if they did, they would charge me a restocking fee 35% of what I paid. Thats $84. PLUS some other fee. I did not agree. I told them I would remain in that store until I got my full refund. They refused to call their boss yet after they called the police, they told me Im banned from the store according to the boss they could not reach. Now I have to go to a further extent to get the money I paid for that phone. I would advise they shut that place down. Customers service does not exist there. Horrible experience.

I have used this small business 4 times now and found what is rare; honesty. The nice young man named Anthonycorrects his mistakes and he generously worked with my tight budget. Also, I dont know how he does it but I bring my phone and he fixes it in an hour. I am extremely glad to have a place to go and get my gear operational quickly and affordably.

They selling fake airpods and who knows what else. I bought them for my daughter for Christmas and I asked them repeatedly if they were real and they guaranteed me they were real but when I went to the apple store they confirmed they are fake. When I went back to get a refund they told me there was nothing can do for me and continued to say they were real.
