Horrible experience. Booked an appointment online, less than 24 hours later the appointment was canceled by the salon. Contacted the salon and spoke to Brittany who confirmed I was still scheduled for 3:40pm. Left work early but was stuck in traffic, called and spoke to Brittany again who confirmed she could move my appointment to 4pm. Arrived at 4pm and was unpleasantly welcomed by Nicole (blond with tattoos) I explained to Nicole that my appointment was moved to 4. Between her facial expressions and her overall poor attitude she spoke to me as though I was lying saying that there was not an appointment for me. I began to explain to her regarding my appointment time and she stated soonest I can get you in is 5pm. I was disgusted by her over lack of customer service and told her I would not wait. I then left and called to speak to a manager....surprised it was Nicole again. I went through everything that had just occurred with her cutting me off and saying it was not their fault the appointment was canceled online (didn’t even listen to any portion regarding me calling and confirming my appointment via phone). When I addressed her tone and attitude her response was “well I am sorry you it that way”. If this is a representative of the company you should consider rehiring or retraining. Especially she is a front line manager and dealing with the public. Will never use this place again.

Took my son in for a VERY simple - cut the sides and back, not the top - haircut. My son walked out with half the hair he went in with. We called to speak to the manager and express our concerns. The manager did nothing but justify the actions of the employee and made absolutely no attempt to make it right or even so much as apologize for the inconvenience or unprofessionalism. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This is where I get my haircut every few months. All the staff and nice and friendly and do a great job. Somehow they even manage to recognize/remember me even after a few months in between. One thing to note - you have to download the Super Cuts app to book an appointment. I booked for 12:00 pm and was in the chair by 12:01. Thanks!

Amazing people and awesome to talk to.

The stylist refused to attend me because I had my one year old with me. She told me that I should leave him alone in the lobby. After I had my mother come pick him up they said I was too late for my appointment. It was three minutes past the appointment time. I had to wait while they took someone ahead of me. When I was finally seated the stylist complained about my hair being difficult to work with the entire time to the point of insult. I was just getting a blow out. Aftwards they up charged me $30 for having ethnic hair. My hair is just curly. At no point did I feel welcomed. I feel that by refusing to do business there again Id be doing them a favor as if they would be relieved to not have to work.

I am a senior citizen,with walker and oxygen,they go out of their wauy to make me feel comfortable,really enjoy going there.

Totally positive visit/haircut today. I made an appointment that fit my schedule, they take safety seriously throughout the visit. I arrived with a full mess of hair and I left with a great haircut. I also left a proper tip and you should too!

I wish that you could schedule more than an hour in advance. I understand that is the whole business model but its frustrating that Im typically only available when everyone else is also wanting to get a haircut. I keep coming back because Devonne is amazing.

I came in for a simple fringe-bang trim. I provided pictures of what I wanted and described in detail exactly what I wanted. A woman named Nicole was my hairdresser and DID NOT do what I asked for AT ALL. They weren’t even right length, texture, and and she cut off longer strands that I specifically told her I wanted to grow out. This happened not once, but TWICE. I’d give Nicole zero stars if I could.

Nice staff, great services provided. Always happy with my haircuts from here and I usually have a different girl every time so I can say with certainty they are all good at their jobs.

Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Had to wait for a few (but less than five) minutes. Got haircut, beard trim, and shampoo. All were great. My stylist, Angel, was fantastic. Will gladly return.

My boyfriend goes here ever 4-6 weeks to get his haircut, and needless to say every is terrible and it honestly has slowly gotten worse. This time she faded one side of his head and just completely forgot to do the other side. He mentioned how he would like it cut and she just completely ignored him and cut it however she felt like (which looks horrible) It is uneven and crooked and because it was cut so poorly it will grow out horribly, which means he has to get it cut sooner than normal for it to be salvaged. This was the last time he will be going back there as it looks atrocious. Although the price may be nice, let’s just say, you get what you pay for.

Avoid this place if you want a decent haircut. Messed my whole haircut up. Took most of the weight out and now it looks all thin and wirey, will probably have to shave it short and start all over been growing it out since February. lady had no idea what she was doing go literally anywhere else

The new girl Tara did a great job on my hair.

There were several stylists available early in the day. I was able to get in and out quickly with a nice cut.

I was told when I walked in that it would be 10-15 minutes to get a haircut. An hour and 15 minutes later still didn’t have a hair cut. Their call ahead service is absolutely ludicrous

Be careful...Im not sure if they have their licenses here. I had some time and thought Id get a quick cut before my meeting. Worst haircut Ive ever experienced. I basically had to direct the stylist cut by cut how Id like my haircut and they dont know how to use/hold scissors. Everything came out very crooked and uneven. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the experience level here. Couldnt wait to run out of there and never come back.

Weve had good cuts there, but dont bother with the call in list...i was told to call an hour in advance to be put on the list as they can only put you inline an hour in advance. I called and requested a spot in an hour and they said they already have two people in that slot??? She said try and call back in 1/2 hour and maybe we could be on the list an hour from then. Really poor...well go somewhere else.

By far THE worst haircut I have ever gotten, I asked for a straight cut slightly above the shoulder and face framing bangs. I spent 18 dollars for it to come out slightly above my damn chin AND it wasnt an even cut either! Neither the cut or the bangs were cut straight, my hair looks lopsided everywhere! Now I have somewhat wavy/curly hair and I told her that so she wouldnt cut too much, I said that I want it so when I straighten it its slightly above shoulder, I just straightened it and its literally to my chin. I have yet to find a stylist who knows how to cut my type of hair. You HAVE to wet it completely or cut it straightened like a dry cut, instead she only slightly dampened it and so it frizzed and thats why it came out not looking straight at all! Worst part is they try to make you feel bad if you try to speak up about them doing things wrong, I wish I could of given the girl a piece of my mind before I left. Im never coming here or recommending this place to anyone ever again!

It was a pretty good cut, however the customer service is terrible. They changed my wait time multiple times, and although I stayed the entire 2 hours I was there, they took people who came in after me first. Absolutely frustrated, I left.

I had gone to this Supercuts in the past many, many times. Found the best hair stylists I have ever had. So, I continued to go there and asked for her. She had left to go to a different Supercut in Bethlehem. I followed her there to that Supercut. Now she has gone on to a very pricey salon at the Promenade. Simply because she was a great hair stylist. I have gone back to Supercuts on Tilghman St. and found a another stylists that did my daughters extremely long hair. She did a immaculate job of a cut. Will go back and ask for her again.

They turned us away 15 minutes before closing even though they had no customers waiting and we had an appointment because it was too close to closing. Unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. I arrived at 2 pm and was put on the waiting list and to return at 3 pm. I arrived at 3 and was told it would be soon. At 3:30 I asked the clerk what the hold up was and he said I was next. Two other people were called up. At 3:45 I inquired again and was told I was next. When I asked about the two other people, my question was ignored. I left with no haircut and almost 2 hours of my day wasted. Avoiding Supercuts from now on.

My daughters hair is amazing love it

Both of my visits here I left not happy with the service. The first time they messed up on eyebrow waxing and took off nearly half of one of my brows. My most recent visit I asked for less than an inch of hair off and the lady nearly scalped me and spent so little time on my hair. She even forgot to wash and shampoo my hair which I asked for. I wish I didn’t even tip her that’s how dissatisfied I am.

Worst haircut I have recieved in years, rushed through it left long spots. The hair aound my ears is trimmed about a 1/4 inch higher on one side as compared to the other. Lesson learned you go to supercuts you get what you would expect.

Thank you Google for being able to read/write a review(s). To John Woodburn and his review and the others who commented on customer service. They are certainly lacking in this area. I called first to ask if I needed an appointment. The girl who answered the phone said that an appointment wasn’t necessary but that if I would call an hour ahead of time they could “put me on the list”. In the same breath she told me that they were no “openings” now or for this hour or the next hour. I couldn’t tell if she was taking a breath or not, but hearing a break I tried to jump into the dialogue (which at this point was a monologue) but alas I could not. As I was beginning to ask a question there was no one on the line anymore. I was HUNG UP on. I was/am half tempted to call back just so I could get a name of someone, but I didn’t and have no plans to. I am on my way to Cost Cutters (which I was told is in the same area across from Walmart). I just moved to this area of Allentown and found one place to put on my “bucket list” of where NOT to go. My mom always says “the fish stinks from the head”.

I called in and I was told to come in at a specific time. When I walked in I was told I have to wait. I stepped out and came back in they told me I had to wait again because a whole bunch of people walked in and they had to go ahead of me. If you dont mind wasting time this is the place to go.
