I dont even know where to begin....yesterday my son has to be bailed out...I went to Dianas Bail across from the lehigh county jail, when we arrived she was not there... she had left a message saying she was across the street at the jail and will be back...my family and I stood outside this business for 4 hours waiting on her. I placed over 40 calls to her, no answer no call back. Mind you I spoke to her telling her Im driving 45 mins to her.....she left shortly afterwards....Ms Ramia from Apple Bail Bonds didnt know us nor why we were there. She went in and out the jail and noticed that we was still there 4 hours later. She told me honey I have seen you out there since 6pm this evening..it was now after 9. She asked us why and who I was trying to bail out. She said to me lets go get your son and to her office we went. We was in her office 15 mins, and my son was released 2 hours later. When I say God sends angels he sent us one last night. There are NOT enough THANK YOUS to give her. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She is professional, honest, caring, and most importantly she is DEDICATED with a huge heart!!!!! I had a very bad experience with apple bail bonds .. She said she is 24hrs but if she was 24hrs then why my family had to wait till monday for me to come home ?? They did the paper work friday night and i was still sitting in jail on a Monday night. She said that i called her other lady and said i want it my money back cause lehigh valley bail was bailing. Me out ...that was not true. I feel if she didnt wanna bail me out then she shouldve told my family. .. Thanks to Lehigh valley bail i got my freedom and they kept there word. .. I will not recommend apple bail bond to no one .. Please set your hours right
