Azar Towing helped me out in a big way and I cant be more appreciative of their services. I needed to have a boat and trailer transported on a flatbed to a repair shop. The driver, Jason, showed up on right on time and made the entire process go incredibly smooth. I was impressed with their professionalism and the value of their services. The cost was well below what I was anticipating. I absolutely recommend Azar Towing.

I waited an hour for them to pick up the vehicle that was like 10 mins from them and they never showed up. I called and text. No response. And until this day they never called back. Very unprofessional. Not trustworthy at all. I will never use them again and will let others no not to do business with them.

I called Azar towing to have a car towed from Easton to Emmaus. They gave me a quote over the phone that was very reasonable (flat-rate by mileage?). It was the best quote I was given between the 3 businesses that I called. The dispatcher was very kind and prompt.I was worried that the driver may have problems, being that the car was sitting for many years. The rear brakes were locked up, dead battery, dry rotted tires etc... luckily the driver was a pro and knew what he was doing.The driver, Jason, was great. He was able to drop my right where I needed it and he even offered me a jump before he left.I will definitely use these guys in the future and I’d recommend using their services to anyone.

I waited for the tow truckand waited for over an hour and a half. They never showed up and they never answered the phone/called me to explain what happened. I called over a dozen times! I called A-1 towing and they came in 10 minutes.

This is my first time using google reviews, but I just had to review my great experience with Azar Towing. I overshot a turn and drove my car into a ditch that had a stream in it. My SUV was on the edge of flipping, only being held up by a rock that that back tire was leaning against. I called Azar Towing and they showed up faster than I ever expected. The two tow truck drivers seamlessly worked together to pull my car out, with absolutely zero damage. I’m so grateful for their great tow truck drivers. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I needed my car flat-bedded ~12 miles to the dealer. I saw Azar had 2 good reviews, and gave them a call at around 9:30am. The gentleman asked me about how critical my timing was, and if it was okay if they driver came in about 1h 15m? I said that would be fine, Im at the office all day anyway. Well, the driver was there in under that time frame. He was so professional and took great pains (used some extra wood ramps) to ensure my slightly lowered twin turbo Audi was well cared for. He nursed it onto the bed and lashed it down. The key was still in the ignition (so we could steer it out of the parking lot), and I said Should I just leave the key in the ignition since it is going to the dealer? Well, he astutely asked, Does it have autolocking? So we pulled the key out. I soon got a call from the dealer, and they had already diagnosed a failed fuel pump (which I suspected).Azar Towing was great!

Sam came out quickly this morning to tow my car for junking. I was paid a fair price for the condition of my car, and he was very respectful and friendly. Ive dealt with Azar twice now and both times were quick and easy.

These guys are awesome! I called and within 5 minutes I got a callback from the driving and within 10 he was here loading up my car. Very polite even on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend this company. Rates are very reasonable. hopefully I dont need another tow but if I do it will be from Azar.

Joe the Dispatcher did an amazing job describing to me the scrapping process and gave me an accurate ETA for the pick up. Joe had his tow truck driver to my location 20 minutes after I hung up with him. Quick Service! Victor took 1 minute to verify info and give me the check for my vehicle. I gave him a tip because of his service. I recommend these guys!

I called a few towing companies before stumbling upon Azar, and I couldnt be happier that I did. I had my car towed 60 miles and they charged me over $100 less than any other place I called. Two days later I has to tow my car again so I called Joe and Azar who I dealt with before and again gave me a great price. Also, they towed my car that day. So convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone and will use them if needed in the future.

I needed a flat bed to take my car to the dealer for repairs (bad transmission). I googled a few to companies and most wanted $160-$195, then I called Azar and he said he would do it for $100 if it was 20 miles or less. I told him it was 23 miles and he said not to worry about the extra 3 miles. The driver showed up within 45 minutes after my call and did an excellent job of loading my Maxima onto the flatbed. I hope I dont need a towing service again soon, but if I do then I will call Azar for sure.

Would never use them again told them 3 times & they wrote it down & still put the car in the wrong place took them 3 days filled with excuse after excuse, stay away from this place!!!!

The Transmission on my car went and these people were recommended to me by the dealer I purchased my car from. It took a while which wasnt the fault of Azar due to the warranty company taking their time. I live 40 minutes away and sure enough they came and picked up the car.3 to 4 weeks later, I got the call the car was ready, (Last Friday 16th 2016.) I explained since they took my car up I have no way to get up to Allentown. They offered to give me a ride up and they were all happy to do this because they were getting $2K from me.I got to the office, I paid $400 in cash, and I wanted to pay the rest by Credit card, I had made sure the funds were there and the card was good. Their machine wasnt working. It created problems I had called my bank and the person from the bank even spoke to their employee, and told them it was their machine. The manager called someone that dealt with the machine for him. It quickly turned into an argument, The manager tried to say it was my card, even though the bank had just told him it wasnt. I offered to pay via Paypal however they are not that up to date with technology yet.Even though they gave me a ride up, soon as they thought they wasnt going to get the money they turned nasty, they gave me a ride up to Allentown and was going to leave me stranded there. Thankfully another gentleman came in and called the company that maintains their Credit card machine. The Problem was the Machine was trying to a debit transaction instead of Credit although credit was selected. This 3rd gentleman came in and called and within 5 minutes approved the transaction as they were able to do a credit and not debit. I didnt get any kind of apology. It was their machine and their equipment at fault.I finally got to see the car, and I found out they used almost all my gas I had in, I had a full tank of gas and they left me with 1/4. Not entirely pleased with their attitude, lack of professionalism. They didnt handle the situation well at all, I understand money is stressful and we were talking about $2K but I had made sure I had the funds, I knew the card worked it was a brand new card. I even called the bank in their office in front of them and the bank rep talked to them and told them it was their machine, and I even saw it say Debit transaction instead of Credit.These people need to update to be able to provide better payment options and get a more reliable CC machine as the 3rd Gentleman told me this was the 3rd machine they got in as many months. Paypal is a secure and fast option and it would have avoided at lot of stress, All they needed was an email or phone number and the money would have been in faster than they could double click.Please do not get me wrong, they did good work I dont dispute that, Im grateful for them towing the car up to Allentown. They worked fast as they could and the car runs. They are good at what they do, just their Customer service skills is completely lacking.
