I had a great experience today purchasing a vehicle at Royal Auto Center. Ryan was very personable and down to earth. Best of all, he was very knowledgeable and immediately looked up any information that he didn’t already know. After the purchase was completed and we had returned from the notary, I noticed that the vehicle did not have any rugs. Ryan could have told me that the car came as it was since I had ample time to look it over before the purchase; however, he offered to purchase new rugs for the car and have them shipped directly to me free of charge. I hadn’t even asked, he just offered. I definitely left with the feeling that it was very important to him that I loved the car and my overall experience with the dealership. I will keep this review updated if any issues arise, but to date I am more than satisfied with Royal Auto Center and their willingness to go above and beyond.

I purchased a vehicle that needed an alignment and rack and pinion. Any mechanic will tell you an alignment has to get done when you replace a rack and pinion which I was told it would be done before taking possession of the vehicle. The day I took vehicle I could tell the alignment wasnt done and was told they didnt have that kind of machine at their shop so instead they gave me money towards the alignment which still didnt fix the problems going on with the car. They agreed to return the vehicle but refused to pay me back for the alignment that was necessary to be done. So Ive essentially paid for mechanical work on a car I dont have. They dont keep their word.

We purchased a vehicle from Royal Auto Center over a week ago. We are very pleased with our purchase. Ryan was very informative and responsive to our questions. The entire process was almost seem less except we were expecting to be able to finance the car on the spot and drive off. Everything was sorted out and a day later we were able to drive the car home. Overall it was a very easy process and we are very happy with Royal Auto!

We bought our daughter a used 2009 Jeep fairly priced. Ryan made the transition very easy. The only gripe is the gas tank was almost on e when we picked up the car and the air wasn’t working properly when our mechanic checked it out. Royal offered to cover 1/2 the cost of the repair which was $900+ and then said it was something else, which we pd 1/2 for. Only time will tell if the air continues to work or if we have other issues as with any used vehicle. I would recommend Ryan & Royal for anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price

First and foremost I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I inquired about getting a vehicle from them because my prior vehicle was totaled and I needed a nice used one.I looked at a Honda Odyssey they had and I was very interested in purchasing it. My only issue was I was waiting on my insurance check to purchase it. Ryan, the owners son, was a very nice guy. I explained the situation to him. I asked him if the price of the vehicle was negotiable, which he did state it was, and we set up a date during the week I could bring my mechanic to over look the car. Prior to setting up the date, I offered Ryan a deposit for the vehicle, in which he stated they didnt take those, but they would hold the vehicle for me.The day I was scheduled to see the vehicle, I got a call an hour prior to our appointment time and was informed the vehicle was sold to someone that Morning for the asking price. Ryan was very appologic about the situation and I understand business is business, however, that is a bad business practice. At the very minimum I should of been notified immediately as opposed to an hour before hand. It essentially inconvenienced myself and my mechanic. Overall it was the wrong thing to do to a customer. Dont make statements that your not going to keep. Highly disappointed, but I found something better for cheaper privately.Ryan also did once again follow up with me a few days later and made an effort to find something similar at the auction. Overall I would not recommend, just for the fact if you can t keep your word, you lost my loyalty.

Recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester. Low mileage and the price was good, Ryan was very friendly. Overall a good experience. However, I heard a clicking noise on left turns. After taking it to my mechanic, the license plate lights were out, left axel was broken, no cap on the windshield washer fluid, needed replacement of air filters, and it had a NJ inspection sticker which was no good in PA. $530 total bill. It was a good price initially, but ended up being just an average deal after repairs. I understand that they sell cars as is, but I dont believe they have them throughly looked over before selling. But overall still was a fair price, hence the 3 stars.

I bought a fine car today after asking them to hold it for me, for a month. The employees of this shop is honest, family oriented, very good communicators, willing to work with you, and the shop is greatly recommended. Only time will tell for anything else. Thank you

I had a great experience buying a used 2010 Honda Pilot from the Royal Auto Center. The Customer service was top notch I asked for a few things to be fix or removed on the vehicle before purchasing and all was taken care of. Very satisfied customer.

I had bought a 2010 Honda CR-V just 6 months ago from them. My engine now went on the car. I called them to tell them about it and they told me the car was sold as is there isn’t anything they can do about it when they never even offered me a warranty. So now basically I’m left without a car, 3 kids on foot, and broke because I literally spent my entire savings on that car. I will never purchase from them again or send refer anyone!

Royal Auto Center has to be one of the best family owned businesses. They were so kind and explained everything to me since I’m clueless when it comes to cars. I was having trouble with my oxygen sensors that I had changed myself and when I couldn’t get it to work they found out what was wrong and had my car ready the next day. So thankful I finally have a place to go to if I ever have car problems!!

Very nice people, good service. While doing a test drive I offhand mentioned the windsheild wipers needing to be replaced and when we got back to the dealership they replaced them and put in new fluid without a word. Very convinient and not too pricy.

Their cars are already priced well but you can get a better deal they are willing to help you. The service shop has the BEST mechanics they can solve and fix any problem you have. By far the best mechanic Ive met. Best includes most honest. He doesnt hide stuff from you, if he says he replaced something, he will give you the old part back or show it to you. He knows cars, period.Anyone Ive ever referred has never gone elsewhere. I think that is the strongest endorsement.

I went here today to look at 2 specific vehicles advertised on the website. I called prior to getting there. He gave specifics on those 2 vehicles. I arrived less than an hour later only to find that those 2 vehicles were not available. The gentleman did show me some other cars and he was very nice though but I felt this to be poor business practices

UPDATE: The dealer has since contacted me but said I had done some damage to the car that wasnt there before but you can clearly see that he sold me the car with the dents and dings and that he would take out of the price how many miles I drove it and a restocking fee, which he omitted the first time I told him the car was having issues a week after buying it. And he KNEW what was wrong cause asked oh its not the motor mounts and did I change the transmission fluid? Now Im fixing a transmission issue that coated me more than the car when I initially bought it. Hes nothing but a snake in the grass. Be wary of him hell tell you anything.I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I bought a car from them Friday and the check engine light came on for the first time yesterday for a transmission issue. Im really upset because this dude knew what he was doing. I took it to my mechanic and obviously if theres no check engine light or any obvious issues its fine. But one he did not state that the car is as is, two on our way back from seeing my mechanic it had a very light hesitation when it shifted to another gear and he said thats nothing to worry about and it didnt really happen any other time. 3rd how do you sell a car with the security system disabled!? And not say anything!!!obviously the way its shifting has gotten worse since then and Ive tried to contact him multiple times and its either a busy tone or he just doesnt pick up. Be careful this guy is a snake and will sell you something while grinning in your face saying nothing is wrong with it. I dont know much about cars and he took advantage of that and its only been 3 days since Ive I had the car.
