They don’t even deserve 1 star. WORST CLAIMS DEPARTMENT EVER! I hope and pray that no one gets into an accident with a liberty mutual customer because guess what? THEY WONT ANSWER YOU AND WILL LEAVE YOU WITHOUT A CAR!

Started a new policy with out me signing raised my rate without my authorization I have a perfect driving record charging me. Over 500 a month said all my discounts expired when I questioned them about this after switching after paying my bill one week earlier would not give any money back never was ask what I needed like the commercial says was with them 2 years no accidents, no tickets, me and my husband are over 55 ferfect driving record

I wish i could give 0.. i opened a claim for my mom. She doesn’t any accident,tickets or claims in the past.. they keep doing the run around with us.. from a voicemail to another.. really bad claim department. Customer service is actually really nice.. can anyone believe a claim representative that doesn’t ever answer his phone neither email. He never reached out to us regarding the claim.. i call it the ghost claim department.. stay away

Broken windshield.. called on Saturday, spoke with claims, transferred to auto glass shop, scheduled repair for Monday at my home. If it happens, 5 stars.. if it doesnt, well then well start deducting.

Ive had liberty mutual online only as my insurance company since 2000. I have home owners and car insurance, so I get a good discount. They have a great staff, courteous, and very respectful always when speaking on the phone.

Tricked me into a lower quote just to raise it 30 dollars.Then another 14 the next yr for no reason.

Liberty Mutual just increased my auto insurance rates from $1900/yr to $2500/yr. Thats WITH my 17% safe driver discount. They cancelled my discount, increased my rates by $600, refused to explain why, were condescending to me when I demanded to know what I was paying for, Rates are going up everywhere, sir. Kathy in Customer Retention was appalling for customer service. I have ZERO incidents in past year. I called others, including other customers, and NO ONE has their increasing like this. They singled me out and then told me it was everyone. They lied trying to get money from me. Avoid.

I have been trying for one week to speak to an actual human regarding a claim I have. I have been unsuccessful. I get bounced from one recording to another. Emails have gone unanswered. Once this claim is resolved, I will be switching insurers.

Do not do anything with this company. My work uses them for short term disability. I recently had a massive heart attack. This company delayed approving my disability for 5 weeks and now they want to hold it another 10 days. I worked hard the last 5 years to restore my credit, now it is in jeopardy thanks to them. When you try to reason with them they will hang up the phone on you. BEWARE !!!!

My work uses them for disability.. I would give them a zero if I could. Do you not use them stay away from them. They make every excuse to slow down paying your claims.

I give a 0 if I could, Stay away.Run. Their low prices are what they are. You get what you pay for. Their claims department sucks. They will do everything to not pay. You will have to file a law suit to get some thing done. Not worth the trouble. Get another Insurance company.

Terrible, been with them for over 30 years , since prudential days, just raised home insurance 220 for a year....have already dropped my auto insurance with them last year, they kept raising prices...others are so much cheaper and same coverage......
