We purchased a home last year and had services at the previous home we were renting so I decided to do the same for our house. Alan came out for routine services a few days after I made the call. I was impressed seeing as it wasn’t an emergency- just wanting routine services. He was informative, professional, and friendly. I was happy that he took the time to educate me (new home owner). Well a few days after he treated the outside we got sugar ants in our kitchen. I tried handling it on my own but to no avail. I called Alan this morning and he came out within a couple hours! I was so thankful that he made my situation a priority and came in and treated the problem. Best of all I haven’t seen any ants since! If you are having any issues please call them. You will not be disappointed!

We are moving and I’m genuinely so sad!!! Im loosing the BEST pest control company ever. Chris has always been so helpful by answering my questions via text or at our quarterly service. The times that we have needed extra service outside of the quarterly visits, Chris has always come very quickly to help out and get the problem fixed. Affordable is a bonus because it is top notch service. Chris really loves his job and loves working with people (and bugs) and it shows!

We have been using Texas Safe for over a year, and they do a phenomenal job. We have a fairly large property, and Chris is extremely thorough in his treatments - really going over every tree and bush, all the nooks of the house, and catching every detail. We have used one other service previously, and the level of attention and time fom Texas Safe is at least triple the other company. It shows in the results, too. We also used them for some exclusion work on preventative spots, and both Alan and Chris put in an amount of time and effort that was far beyond what we could have done. I appreciate that it is the same person coming to treat the property every time. Chris really seems invested and dedicated in making sure we are happy. And their communication is great about reminders when they are coming. The value we get from Texas Safe is wonderful.

I have never seen a pest control company as thorough as these guys. They seemed to really care about their work and took their time to do it right. They cleared all the cobwebs and dust from exterior of the house so any chemicals would adhere to the house and not wash away with the rain.I very highly recommend these guys service.
