I have come to this place for years!!!! And they are always kind and friendly. READ the sign! If you come in with an attitude dont expect great service. As for me, they are always helpful and easy going. You get more with honey than vinegar. They are not in in control on how the carrier handles the box after the box leaves their premises. I too sent a package outside the country and could not be release from customs. This place did everything in their power to get that box back in my hands.

This place saved me so much money. I had a package to send to Hawaii. I took it to the UPS store and they told me it would be $100 to send. So I took it over to this place and I believe the owner helped me. He was able to get everything inside one of their flat fee boxes with USPS and it cost me $22! Huge savings. He really worked with me so we could find the cheapest way to send it. He was a great help. Thank you so much!

I would give 0 stars if I could. So unaccommodating and unwilling to help, they make you seem like a bother.

Best Packaging and Shipping Service!!! I had to ship a very fragile wreath to someone. I was really worried that the smaller pieces would be broken off, before the wreath arrived at its destination. Thankfully, when the wreath arrived at its destination, it was still packed securely. It was in perfect shape! Thanks again to Maggie and her crew!

They have awesome services! Ive been sending parcels within United States and also internationally to Asia for a year with them!

DO NOT USE them to pack and ship something. Despite the language on their website they dont have a clue about safe shipping packaging. They made a custom box but didnt use hardly any cushioning material. The item arrived broken, despite no obvious damage to the box. They responded that it was a double wall box. That might make a box strong, but doesnt protect the contents. They took no responsibility. Poor packing and poor customer service.
