Needed an extra remote key for my car, so bought one on Amazon. DML beat the dealership and competition’s price for cutting the key (which took 5 minutes) and free programming. The Locksmith van arrived promptly and quickly cut the key, but after 20 minutes using their computer programming unit, they told me the key couldn’t be programmed by them and I’d have to go to the dealership (which is around $100). I was able to program it using YouTube under 10 minutes. I don’t think they can suggest YouTube to customers. I’d refer DML to my friends. I saved over $180 by not using the dealership.

My key Fab was stolen from my car. I called the dealership and they ask for $1400 just for the fob and then 2 hours to reprogram it $500. That didn’t include the a tow fee of $250 .I thought that was crazy so I called the locksmith they ordered my fob and met me on a Sunday and got me going in 15 minutes for $700 . I probably could have shopped around and got it cheaper but the customer service was amazing. They did all the work for me! If anything happens again they are my company ! I love my Maserati but the dealership is a rip off and I probably won’t own another one because of the over charge of maintenance. Too bad for them !

David is a phenomenal locksmith. Heres how I found this out firsthand!My husband and I took his mom out for her 70th birthday, who is from out of town and staying with us. When we got back to our house, my husband and I realized we were locked out. Devastated, we called a few locksmiths and got very vague/shady responses. When we called Davids company, however, he was upfront and honest from the start. He got here in a flash and had us back in our house in no time. He was polite, punctual, and great at what he does. David came to my home and made spare keys for 3 of my cars. Two of them were chipped so he had to update the computers in the car. It was very convenient and much cheaper that going to 3 different dealerships.
