Dr Stewart was completely honest about my visit to get ear wax removed. Since there was no wax to remove, Dr performed tests just to ensure everything was okay, and did not even charge for the visit. This is a great office and truly awesome Doctor.

Took my mon to the Allen, TX location. Dr. Crawford was extremely thorough with us. She was very patient and kind. Very please with the staff as well.Will recommend them to anyone.

I had them clean my ears out because it was getting hard to heat out of my left. Now I feel like I have Spiderman senses. I can hear everything clearly, especially higher frequencies. The world sounds sharper, as if Im hearing things underwater. The whole process was a few minutes and cost $70 for both ears. I have never had such a significant improvement in such a short time from any doctor/clinic visit.

This was one of the most enjoyable and insight visits I have ever experienced during any type of diagnosis procedure. The staff leading up to the visit were beyond courteous and excited to have me in for my diagnosis. The day of the visit I showed up and within 10 minutes I was with the Audiologist. Dr. Crawford was a joy to work with. During the procedure her bedside manner was second to none. During the procedure I was guided through every step and understood what each part of the testing would entail and the value it would bring. After the testing was completed I was given immediate feedback and to my relief Dr. Crawford was able to provide information on symptoms that had been an issue for an extended period. I went to get get one ear cleaned out, ended up with both after the first clean on my right ear went ridiculously well.Insanely quick service. They were able to squeeze me in just before work, and finished so quick I was able to get to work on time! (12 minutes total for both!)The staff is very relaxed but confident with the procedure. I’m usually a little hesitant with anything sensitive, especially to my ears. But the Doctor reassured me that it’s painless and quick. Heck, it was actually quite relaxing! She was absolutely right. And in fact, even sold me on getting BOTH ears cleaned.I’m definitely recommending this to all my friends and family.

Just went in for an annual check. After years of cold water exposure and 40 years of aviation turbine engine noise. My hearing isn’t the best. But good enough that I wouldn’t use hearing aids if I got them. Very present staff. No hard up sale. Just options and good advice. I look forward to next years check up.

Im on my 2nd set of hearing aids so have been a patient of Dr. Stewarts for several years now. He works tirelessly to make sure that my hearing aids are programmed to work comfortably while maximizing the prescription needed. Anytime I feel that maybe Im not hearing as well as I was, he sees me and makes adjustments as needed. Great doctor to work with and finally getting hearing aids after putting it off for several years was the best decision!

Dr. Williams met with my grandparents today to discuss options for their hearing loss and they had the best experience with her! She was so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. She genuinely cared about what they both had to say, and listened to them. Seeing my grandpas eyes light up when he tried the hearing aids on made my whole day! They haven’t stopped bragging about what a great experience they had! I am so thankful for Dr. Williams and what she has done for my family!

Clear Life is definitely the way to go if you have a friend or relative who insists that they do not have a hearing problem. The audiologist came to our home and was able to show the hearing test results to my mother instantly. Then provided temporary hearing aids based on the test results so she could hear the difference between how she heard things and how she should be hearing things right after the test. At that point, there was no way she could deny that she needed help hearing anymore. Thank you, ClearLife. Our home is much more quiet and everyone in it is less frustrated since we no longer have to repeat everything 5 times and louder each time.

The audiologist is very friendly, knowledgeable and is trying to answer all of my questions. I only had 2 visits and do not know the completeness of my satisfaction till the hearing aids are properly tuned and dialed in!

Dr. Jessica Williams was very professional and good at her job. I went to the office in Allen for the first visit and she came out to my home for the next two visits. Sounds are clearer, the television volume is much lower, and I am not saying what daily. I can definitely hear female voices now and other sounds that I was no longer hearing.
