Manana is a master of her craft. My couture wedding dress (a sample-size gown purchased at a great discount) needed to deconstructed and rebuilt to fit me last minute--not only did she figure out its construction (again, an actual couture piece) and hand-sew individual tulle roses back into place, she redesigned the top to accommodate a noticeable drop in weight a week before the event. My skirts, pants, and shirts look like they are custom pieces when shes done with them. Great service. Quick return time. Great prices. I refuse to take my clothing anywhere else.

Great service! We had them sew some patches onto our jiu jitsu gis and they came out perfect. They double checked their work when we picked them up and they found that they had accidentally only done single stitching instead of the two we asked for, they fixed it right then and there. Would definitely use their services again!

They do a wonderful job just its double the price expensive from what Im use to paying at other alteration shops in NTX.

Found this shop by chance and the work on my booties was more than I expected. I will take my shoes that need repair there when needed. Great work and reasonable price.

If youre looking for best alterations, shoe repair, luggage repair, reupholstery of cushions/Chairs, etc, this is the place. Manana & staff are personable and excellent at what they do. Shes done everything for my family and I from tapering pants, altering dresses, mending & repairing the impossible to redoing out bench seat cushions. Ive been going to them even when they where in McKinney. Highly recommend them!

Never went there, didnt make it past the rudeness over the phone call when I tried to get a price quote, she talked to me as if I was an inconvenience. Also, what I needed done is VERY SIMPLE, turn a long sleeve shirt into a short sleeved shirt by simply cutting the sleeves and hemming the end of the cut. I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Manana at 3M Alterations! My experience with her has been nothing but great and I had a bit of nightmare for her to have to deal with...Long story short, my wedding dress had been altered by another seamstress, and that seamstress had done a terrible job. I called Manana an hour before she closed and she had me come by, took 45 minutes of her time to tell me what needed to be fixed, and trusted that I would come back in a few weeks when I was able to. I of course did, as her knowledge, kindness, and honesty were truly genuine. She finished up my dress today and it looks beautiful, she didnt miss a detail, and with every fitting she was the one to point out where things could be made to better fit me. Not once did she give me a feeling of doubt. She has simply been wonderful! Thank you again Manana for saving my dress!!!

Horrible service. I took a boot to replace a snap. Told me 4-5 days. 2.5 weeks later they said Sorry we don’t have a snap that color. They could have called to tell me this a long tome ago vs wasting my time. I would not recommend.

The business was referred by Wilsons leather in Allen Premium Outlets. Mr. Chertkoeva altered the sleeves on a leather and a wool blend jacket. He did a very nice job, and I dont have any reservation having future alternations done there. The Chertkoevas were very pleasant to work with too.

First off, there is no name to this place except TAILOR in front. It is near Mio Nonnos.Beware of the shoe repair service. I brought my shoes for repair and was told to come back next thurs. I told them I need it that day for my business trip. They told me to pick up at 10am and when I showed up, they could not find my shoes and after 10 minutes, I was told it was not done yet. They promise no charge when I get it. I went on my trip and came back and called to ask if it was ready and was told it was. When I came, I was told there WAS A CHARGE. The lady in front (dark long hair) kept blaming the shoe guy so I finally asked for his number and called. He talked to the lady and after another 10 minutes, I left with my shoes without a fee. It was such a stressing experience and not worth going back.

She did a wonderful job on repairing 5 pairs of jeans for me that had gotten small holes. You cant even tell theyve been repaired! Thanks!

I will not return I had some shoes died and they were not done correctly you could see the different colors on the round the tips in the ends of each shoe
