It’s very clean and bright. Kevin was super friendly and the massager was professional. The membership fee is very reasonable. My overall experience was delightful. Highly recommended

Gordon was awesome! He has a great sense of humor and gave me the best massage ever! Im in the process of moving and had my shoulders and back seize up do to stress, and fortunately I got in for a session that day. Gordon listened and did everything he could to help me out. I am moving 40 minutes away, but Ill come back just to get a massage from Gordon! I cant recommend him enough!

My legs were in poor shape before I had my first session with Lindsey, I had to wear knee braces to feel comfortable. The next day, the braces are off and my knees and legs feel wonderful. I signed up for the next year. Cant wait for my next session in July.Thank you

Im pretty sure the masseuse I had was Michael? Hes tall & redhair. Hes legit!! Went in for a couples massage via groupon. Great service! My bf was supposed to get a deep tissue, which he didnt get. I cant recall the massage therapist that he had. I got exactly what I needed though.

I have been a member for about 18 months and find the therapists are professional and they listen closely to the specific needs I have during each session. I highly recommend!

I love this location! I see Leah and she is the best she’s very thorough and always focuses on the parts that I have concerns about. And she’s also the sweetest and very informative! She’s definitely my new massage therapist!

Update: I signed up for the membership, for 59.99$ a month. I just noticed they randomly charged my card right after they took out the membership for 70$ two days later which was never authorized. If you use their service I recommend you keep and eye on your bank account. I plan to contact them this morning to find out why they are running my card without prior authorization.I have tried out several massage therapist here and I really enjoyed Amy and Anna. Amy was excellent at pinpointing my trouble spots.I received a facial and massage yesterday from the Allen location. I enjoyed both and plan to sign up for a membership. The staff was all very friendly.

I got a 90 min massage with marissela and she was AMAZING! She took her time and focused on the knots I had. Best massage ever, I am recommending her to everyone! I will go back with her ASAP!

My massage was great. The best. I felt so good and relaxed. But the facility was lacking. So its not a spa. More like a Massage Envy. They gave me an IPad to sign a bunch of disclosures and rules to follow. The screen was cracked. The bathroom wasnt clean...the paper towels were spilling out of the trash can and onto the floor. The hallway had people talking loudly in it which was not the experience I was looking for. For sports related and other health concerns this is probably the best. For a relaxing afternoon treat....not so much.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Booked a couples massage weeks ago for this afternoon and it got cancelled because of one of two reasons. First reason being that a masseuse had an accident and could not come in to work. Which I understand that, and they tried to reschedule for 7pm, but upon further discussion they did not even have me booked for couples massage but just for a single massage. I understand that things happen and the masseuse had an accident and could not come in but I do not understand their lack of competence. Having a day planned around this is now ruined because of the incompetence of this staff, would not recommend going here. They did not even attempt to accommodate us after their mistake, we actually had to ask if they had any other appointments left.

Have been a member at massage heights for 7ish years and love them! I have been to multiple locations and each one has been very professional with clear customer service. I also find them to be clean! Which has been so important through the pandemic. My only complaint is that there are not locations closer to my current home in DT Dallas.

Beware of false advertisement! This facility advertises :30 minute facials for $34.99, but In reality they ‘prefer’ not to do them because according to the manager, a :30 minute facial is not beneficial to the customer. My question is, why advertise it??? Instead, they ‘prefer’ you book the 60 minute facial for $69.99. The :30 minute facial for $34.99 sounds to me like a ‘hook’ to get you in the door!

I had a great massage with Brittany! Everbody was so kind and professional and they had a lovely atmosphere. It was an amazing experience!

Today, when I spoke to the manager to express my frustration with ‘false advertisement’ he told me: “I’m not going to waste my time talking to you”Their website is advertising a :30 minute facial for $34.99, but according to the manager, they ONLY do the :30 facials when it’s an ‘emergency’. If that’s the case, then add a disclaimer stating that. Instead, they ‘PREFER’ you have the 60 minute facial for $69.99.

They do a decent job with facials but need more esthetician’s and should focus a bit more on facials being apart of the services offered here rather than just massages. Also they push you way too much to get a membership, it’s annoying. Prices are kind of high and the membership is a rip off and waste of money. I’ll stick to the Groupon.

The masseuses here are very talented (especially Dee, she’s incredible), but I had poor customer service today.I called to let them know my car broke down on the way to my appointment and I couldn’t make it in (I was still 30 minutes out), and the receptionist charged me fifty dollars for same day cancellation.I’ve enjoyed their services in the past, but won’t be going back.

I feel like the place has been going down hill since Lena is no longer there.Lena kept this place running like a well oiled machine.I was on the verge of cancelling our membership several times (only because we couldnt find the time to go) and Lena would find us spots and call us to remind us to come in. She remembered all details about is and honestly, i didnt cancel because of her customer service.I had a 1.5 hour massage schedule with my husband and 10 minutes before our massages, I get a phone call that I could do 1 hour with Dee. 5 minutes after my massage is suppose to start they tell me I will get somebody else. I felt shorted on my time because we didnt even start until 15 mins after the scheduled time and I didnt get the scheduled 1.5 hrs.I think we are now going to cancel. I have no reason to stay when we just cant find the time and the customer service is gone.
