I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store by an employee named Tyler. He was hands down the best salesman for being new to the company. He totally understood what I was needing for wiper blades and changed them on the spot. I never once asked him to do that and he did it all on his own. Kudos to him for going above and beyond for his customers! I will definitely be coming back to this store from now on! Thank you Tyler for everything that you have done for me during my visit to your store! He definitely deserves to get a huge raise and be a manager really soon! Thanks again!

Friendly and helpful Manager working. Allowed me to take a tool out to my car to see if it fit the part and then come back in and purchase if it fit which it didnt. Saved me the time of purchasing and then returning. Of course my car was parked right in front of the door so he could see me the whole time. Very cool.

Perfect experience. Parking lot and store were clean, items needed were in stock and easy to locate. The employees were SO helpful and friendly. The man who rang me up helped me put the wiper blades on my car and showed me how to do it so I’ll know what to do going forward. There is a heavy set Mexican lady that works there that gives me attitude everytime I go there. Because of her I will no longer shop there. I have allot of mechanic friends that stopped shipping there for the same reason. I figured I would let you no she is hurting your business. The Allen Park store is Great! Very helpful and put in the replacement parts for you...battery, tail lights to name a few. And these are experienced women that help! Men work here too, and all are terrific!

Someone had hit my car yesterday was just looking to get my break light, already have been having a hard time and the short bigger female working there was rude and could not help me because I didn’t have my id on me at the moment but had a pin to my card for total $9. Its not the best auto parts store out there, thats for sure. Staff is not very knowledgeable. Most employees make minimum wage and have minimum automobile experience, if any. Do not inquire for repair advice. I would highly recommend going online and see if the store has the part in stock, then go there with the part number. Incidentally, this is the smallest store in the entire district, as far as inventory goes. If its not something commonly replaced on a common vehicle, they wont stock it. The Lincoln Park store, which is 2 miles east, is the largest store in the district (hub/feeder/local area warehouse). Save your time, and go there instead. By the time you get served and they try to locate your part, you could have already had it at Lincoln Park. The downside to LP is that the customer service is terrible! They put you on hold for a ludicrous amount of time, if they even bother coming back to the phone, and have no sense of urgency, when youre in the store. Again, go online, check stock, and take the number with you.

You dont know what youre looking for and need some help then just look towards any of the employees. No seriously they really pay attention like that. And its not because they think youre going to steal BUT because they want to be the first to come help you. Talk about getting what you need, paying and walking out. Ive never spent more than 15 minutes in their. Just the customer service deserves five stars.

The employees here will work with you to find whatever it is you need. Theyre friendly and professional every time Ive been in there :-)

Rude customer service. Old lady had a attitude from the start for no reason. I worked a double & had to put up w attitude from a lady who hardly works 8 and who’s job is to help others.

They are pretty helpful. Im not a cat guy by any stretch, so they asked me something car related and I asked to explain and I feel like they just expected me to just know it. Decent place will go back.

Not happy that i went to use the $7 off deal they offered me and sent me through text message was expired. It just wants your number and doesnt give you the deal. I just found out the parts they gave me were for the wrong vehicle so screwed me over didnt have brakes so couldnt go to the store screwed me over bad not worth it, dont usually give bad reviews but this was an awful experience.

Everyone but the short fat lady that works there is awesome. I have never had someone behave so rude towards me. I ordered two shocks, one was used and not the same model as the other. If im paying full price for their products it better be what i paid for period! Instead of helping me out she rudely resulted to just refunding me without even trying to find a solution or another shock to match. So im going to Oreillys :) thanks fat short lady.

The staff there is knowledgeable but they tend to be understaffed so it takes a minute to get what you need. I would like to see their hours expand, as well, to compete with OReilly.

Very, Very Rude Employees! I walk into the store and see a really long line. All I needed was new windshield wiper blades. I didn’t want to waste any ones time so I went back out to my car and pulled off my windshield wiper blades. I went back in and headed over to the w-blade aisle. I thought I had found the correct length, so I pulled out the new blade to confirm the right size was in the box and that it had matched my old blade. I then start to hear someone yelling “SIRE, SIRE, HEY YOU!” I look up to see that she is yelling at me. The employee has three customers in her lane and is in the middle of helping a customer and she yells from across the store “Hey! Can I help you!?” So I replied from across the room, “No Thank you!” After being thoroughly embarrassed, I put the w-blades back in a neat and orderly manner and went to NAPA.

Not happy with service, your employees changed my bulb in my headlight a few months ago and now they were telling me they dont do that because nobody is mechanically inclined. I needed another bulb in my other head light. I wont be going back
