I asked her to guard it with her life as it was my only copy :-) She not only had my order done the next day. I have had two experiences with Digital Solutions. The first was a couple of years ago where they converted old homemade VHS tapes to DVDs, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Having had a great experience with them in the past, I contacted them about a week ago for service on my desktop computer. I was having a great deal of trouble following automatic updates from Microsoft and especially Microsoft Edge. I setup a home appointment because I am disabled and it is hard to transport things, and they sent a computer tech, Eric, and he just completed the work on my computer. He not only cleared up every issue I was having, but he also helped make the updates consistent with my laptop and cellphone too. I am so impressed by how professional he was, he showed up on time, called when he needed to confirm directions within my community, and was just a genuine friendly person to work with! I thought it was also a reflection of the company when Eric was, considerate of my home, my elderly father, whether a mask would be worn, etc., and worked to keep the timing as short as possible to save me as much money as possible. The companys fees are definitely reasonable, as I called around to see if they were competitive and they are even better in most cases. I will absolutely use Digital Solutions again for anything that involves my or my familys electronic items. I would highly recommend that you give them an opportunity too.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable - I have been using Digital Solutions since 2009. I have a laptop and a desktop. The computer service I was using prior never seemed to be able to correct the problem the first time around. With Digital Solutions, its fixed the first time and usually within a few days. This is the second time I took equipment and it was a easy fix. Took my computer to U-Break we Fix they said it couldnt be repaired. Digital Solutions fixed it!

The camera stopped working on my laptop after I did a Microsoft update. I needed it that day for Google Hangout and Zoom meetings. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by several workers. I explained my issue. They worked on it right away and fixed the problem. (Very friendly and knowledgeable staff)

Great service, very nice & professional employees

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I needed an external hard drive tested to determine if it was defective to validate warranty coverage. The test was done at no cost to me and a verification letter provided without asking. I have used the VHS to DVD transfer services previously and was pleased then also.

I called around but they were patient with me. Only charged me $10. Returned my computer the same day. Excellent customer service!

I called and asked if they had any old RAM for sale. He said Im on the phone with two other customers and could I please call back in an hour. I waited an hour and was in the area so I came in. I asked again if he had any older RAM. He said he was online with two customers and that he would look later and call me. That was yesterday morning and still have not received a call. I realize that the part I needed was a $20 part but I would have thought he would have taken care of me since I was there in person. I wont ever use them for anything. Poor customer service.

Everyone here was very polite and helpful! Frank was willing to beat competitors prices. When my repair took longer than was expected (due to no fault of their own), they were willing to accomodate me with other arrangements. I will definintly go there again. In fact, I am about to call them for help with something, which reminded me that I never reviewed this great business! Great location and easy to find.

My device wouldnt come on. I paid them $40 for them to take 5 whole weeks to tell me my device wont come on.Very disappointing.
