I brought my young daughter here for her birthday, and for the first time getting her nails painted professionally. I should have looked into which nail salons are best for kids instead of assuming that she would be doted on regardless of where we went. The woman who helped us barely acknowledged my daughter (or even wished her a happy birthday), and seemed annoyed by her presence. I could barely try to talk with my daughter and make it a positive experience because the woman was yelling at and talking loudly to the other staff member and on speaker phone to someone the whole time. The only redeeming factor is that our nails turned out fine, but the customer experience was horrendous. We will not be returning.

I have been to my fair share of nail salons and i have to say thst i am astounded by my experience here today. My friend booked us time slots. They were lounging around when we got there. Totally unprofessional and unprepared. We stood there while they preped. One woman made my friends finger bleed and got put off when she brought it up. The one that made my friend bleed left right away once done and she was parked right infront of the store blocking opportunity for clients to park in front. Didnt even apologize for the finger. They also kept pressuring us to use venmo probably for tax reasons or something. Did not say bye when we left. I dont recommend this place unless your looking for a less than mediocre experience.

Probably one of the worst nail salon experiences of my life. The nail techs were both asleep on the chairs when I reached, and when they realized I had walked in, acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Mind you this was Thursday at 2pm. My tech was rough and rude pulling slapping and shoving my hands, banging and throwing tools around and not answering any of my questions. I would say strongly avoid this place.

I always have a hard time finding a good nail salon with people who will actually listen to how I want my nails but that search is finally over. Pink Nail Bar is one of the best nail salons Ive been to! Karen is absolutely amazing at her craft and Amy does toes right! I highly recommend this clean and beautiful nail salon.

The whole time I was getting my nails done, I felt like just getting up & leaving - it was that bad. Just for reference, I have been getting acrylics for 16yrs, so I know how they should be done. It was literally problem after problem & I ended up with one of my fingers badly cut with blood dripping everywhere. Two nail techs even tried to push me multiple times into getting only the pink filled for my ombre pink & white nails, after I told them I wanted the white filled too. My tech reluctantly proceeded to fill the white & the application was the worst Ive ever had - insanely sloppy, so thick & wide. I asked for very square nails & she couldnt even manage that either. When I got home I had to file all my nails & totally reshape them, so they look somewhat acceptable till I can get them redone else where. Before coming in I called to ask the price & I was told $50. At the end of my appt they tried to charge me $60. Not only was this whole experience getting worse by the second, but it lasted TWO & A HALF HOURS. Never in my life has a nail appt ever lasted anywhere close to that. Trust all the other horrible reviews because they are all true!!!! Needless to say, I will clearly NEVER be going back!

I have naturally long nails. Its hard to find a place that doesnt pressure you into doing something new and will destroy my nails. I was given many options but my nail artist recommended I just paint my nails. Gel requires sanding the top layer of my nails, fake nails are not needed as my nails are long already. I appreciate the professional, friendly atmosphere and recommendations. My experience was awesome as well as my niece who got a Instagram worth set!

The owner, Tu, took funding from our company then weeks later wanted to return the money. We agreed. She claimed that she sent us a check. It never arrived and now she has gone dark and has kept our money. This is clearly a bad place run by a shady owner. They do not deserve your business. Take your business somewhere else.

Karen has been doing my nails for a while. Very cute place. Very nice. Even have mimosas. I get my nails dipped for a more natural look. I keep going back because it’s great.

Theyre popular and have great atmosphere, decoration and GREAT service as far as customer interaction goes, but they rush here SO MUCH which is my number one pet peeve. Which is why I havent been back to them since they messed up my nails for my brothers wedding. If I paid for my service I paid for the best service My Nail Tech can do not the best service My Nail Tech can do while a manager looms over to pressure them to finish so they can do the next person. Chunky acrylics, they painted too many coats of polish too quickly so I got ripples Etc.

Do not waste your time or money here. I didn’t have the best experience, unfortunately. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure service. I was a walk-in and serviced right away which was great as they were not very busy, only three other women were being helped at my time of arrival. My toes turned out well, only negative was the nail tech was distracted and laughing while using a drill on my toes and started drilling my skin. The entire staff was laughing and talking amongst themselves and ignoring their clients, which I do not think is very good customer service. My gel manicure did not turn out well. The nail tech was very sloppy, rushed and it was painful. She kept arguing with me on my color choice and wouldn’t listen to me regarding what I wanted done. So I gave up and just let her paint my nails white when I wanted a base white with a sparkle over it. Also, don’t bother making a reservation. Two clients with reservations had walked in right after they began working on other services and had to wait. I’m annoyed and wish I had went elsewhere.

I stopped in randomly as I’m not from the area and they saw me right away - awesome service and Brian and team were great! Will def. be back when I am in town.

Great pedicure and customer service! A 10! Had the classic spa which includes callus treatment and sugar scrub. The massage chairs make you relax and comes with a complimentary glass of wine, coffe, water, or champagne. I highly recommend Pink Nail Bar. Paula did my pedi. She was good!

Awesome place to get your nails done, they have great customer service, I recommend if youre looking for a new nail place and to get pampered.

It’s a clean place; my nails hurt because they filed them to the numb and the paint job looks like a 3 year old painted my nails. SUPER OVER PRICED AND DISSAPOINTING. Rude service too.

Nice place, friendly staff. Only drawback is that they took me in under the guise that they were ready for me, and I had to wait 20 minutes for them.
