I called this company based on some neighborhood recommendations. I asked to have them come around after work, which is around 3:30 p.m. I was shocked and stunned to find out they wont schedule that late. Ive never run into this. Apparently they only service the appliances of those who dont work or can be home between 12:00 -3:00. So if you cant fit into the narrow scheduling slots- THIS is NOT the company for you. WOW, where has customer service gone? Didnt feel I was being too unreasonable... Guess they dont need business.
