We had a very bad experience living at the Aliso Town Center Apartments. We were infested with roaches, loud neighbors upstairs that would constantly keep us up at night. Plus, we had major problems with the skateboarders constantly outside of our front door and on the balcony. We never got any consistent sleep at the Aliso Town Center Apartments. To top if off, we didnt get hardly any of our deposit. After being told on the pre-move out that the place looked in excellent condition and we would should be able to get back our deposit in full. Well we didnt. We were referred by our friends to Aliso Town Center Apartments before we moved in. We had such high expectations. However, we were hugely disappointed. We really liked our apartment manager Ashley Hansen. However, there was only so much Ashley could do.

Location is horrible and staff is nice until we actually needed something done. Alex is super lazy. I stayed with a friend here for a couple months and WOW look elsewhere. Barcelonas next door I here are good!!!

Look ELSEWHERE really. The Barcelonas next door is much better.I sublet from my friend Gina. Neighbor that was always walking her dog all the time that barked a lot. EGGGH waiste of a year!!!!!

STREET IS SO LOUD! No good. The placed needs to be cleaned.

Showering in the middle of the night! Loud all the time! Cockroaches everywhere within the community. Management is very lazy ALEX in particular.

Such a quiet and nice community with a beautiful pool and really close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. The staff are so sweet and always quick to solve any issues that arise! Super thankful to live in such a great place!

UPDATED - 3/06/21My only issue with this complex is the parking and how management was handling it, but they recently issued a statement in their weekly newsletter addressing the situation. The fact that they at least warned guests that parking will be enforced once again shows that they listen and are at least trying. A couple cars were finally ticketed, but I get that you have to start slowly somewhere and cant just automatically tow without a history of violations. Hopefully this trend continues and punishments become harsher to show management cares about the property and their rules mean something. Also hoping courtesy patrol continues ticketing because thats the first step in getting the problem resolved.Other than that this complex is absolutely beautiful. Its maintained very well and its next to impossible to find an issue. So if anyone is planning on moving here I recommend it only if they continue with their parking enforcement. My only issue whatsoever was having to park down the hill or across the street because management was allowing unpermitted cars and actually encouraging it for awhile. This complex is a 5 star complex if you can just park and get into your own home. Hopefully this trend continues and even escalates. And if you have too many cars feel free to park by the dog park or by Barcelona and you can walk if you dont have a permit. Stop being lazy and parking right in front of our homes. And if youre going through hardship and have to stay home then sell your extra car or park it by the park/hill since you no longer have to commute. You have plenty of time to walk then.______________Bryan did an amazing job at finding my girlfriend and Is next home! He went above and beyond our expectations and the application process was absolutely flawless and easy. No complaints what so ever. Give this man a raise!

The staff here is incredible! The apartments are beautiful and its in a quiet community. I moved here in June from out of state and the whole experience has been terrific. The convenience of amenities and the accessibility to shops are great, especially when we have family and friends visiting from out of town. Alex has done an outstanding job here.

We love living here. Calm and safe. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful when you need them.

Having lived here for almost two years, this is one of the best apartments I have stayed at. The staff is super friendly and helpful, extremely professional, and Ive never had an issue with maintenance requests.

Had a problem with the kitchen sink, not draining properly and garbage disposal . Gustavo from Property Support Department came in and saved the day. He replace the disposal and fixed the drainage problem. Very knowledgeable and kind.

I want to say that the Maintenance Department here- responds to your needs very, very quickly! I had a sprinkler break and the water shot up 30 feet in the air unto my 2nd story patio. Flooded it almost. I told Ramon & Maria- the Service Manager, and it was fixed within 2 hours of opening the office!! Im used to living in apartment communities where it takes 2 DAYS just to get the work order established. But not here- if something should accidentally break- Maria and her staff are here immediately to help and they do it WITH A SMILE!!

This property!!!!Soooooo clean and worth it!!!The staff is keen on making sure your happy with superior top notch customer service!!!The grounds are lush and well kept, the groundskeepers are daily working away on making sure it’s stellar.Maintenance is another A+!I mean they are on it!!Maria & Arnold’s team are on fire & once again customer service is done with a smile & never make you feel like your a bother.The front office staff is another omg momentas they treat you like family & make sure your doing swell no matter what!I have to say I have never seen any of them not smiling!Alex, Ashely, Maria, Benny & Shala are all on fire all the time, moving mountains to make sure things gets done lightning fast!Also if you have issues or problems they move with compassion & listen very well before diving into action!I have never felt like they didn’t care about any issue that have been brought up.I am very happy so far, my home is beautiful and well taken care of.If you want a place of peace, quiet & comfort then this is the place for you!

Absolutely love this place!!!The STAFF IS FIERCE!!!!!Been here a few months & apparently we moved here after the transformation of the entire property!A few hiccups here & there but what place doesnt have a few kinks to be worked out?The entire office & maintenance staff are beyond amazing!Friendly, warm, caring & incrediblecustomer service is their #1 priority!!!Even after we moved in, their customer service bar was only raised!The apts are fully remodeled with new appliances.So far so good, its quiet, clean, safe.They also have tight security at night that actually reply & come quickly.They walk the grounds and secure everything which is a plus.Honestly what sold me was the garden heavy views and the brand new strict no smoking anywhere policy.What makes it even better is the entire staff who take their job seriously & put the residents high up on their priority list.Everyone works in sync & seem to support each other!Lovely & very well kept grounds!Spacious apt homes!New appliances!And AMAZING MAINTENANCE STAFF!!!Struck gold with this newly remodeled property!Alex, Benny, Maria, Shala, Arnold & Ashley are a 5 star team!!!!So if you want an apt home supported by an extremely caring staff, then look no further!!!

The maintenance service team is professional!

Good location and staff, until we actually needed something done.Weve had to deal with internet issues since we moved in, and even had Cox let the management know that they need to replace the line going to our apartment, but they will not due to cost issues.An apartment complex needs to be willing to pay and maintain basic needs such as internet.

Alex was a courteous and wonderful staff in Aliso Town Center . he so friendly and professional guy,my family and i were comfort living at aliso town center . Ramon from the maintenance team is also incredible and has made us feel welcome at home. Thank you!

We stayed here for almost a year. Only recently when we needed to review the lease, they told us they had a policy change which did not allow pets any more. We had to find a new place. They said the policy was implemented two three months ago. Why did they inform the residents early?Anyway, it is good we are moving out. We had a (30/40) FBI/police raid here at middle of night and tried to catch some criminals. It was not that safe because of uncontrolled sublease.The street signs are wrong and managements knew it. It is still there after half year.If you live downstairs, you can hear the noise constantly from upstairs. It is very annoying as the people living there shower in the middle of nights.There are constant construction going on to make the noises worse.Stay away
