Fast! Fair! They fixed up my tire for me only took like 15 or 20 minutes. While I was waiting I heard them quote a variety of prices to people and they are very fair prices. Way less than you’d be charged at a dealership.

I called Center Tire about 35 minutes before they closed for the day not too long ago because I had a large piece of metal sticking out of my tire. They took my car in and put on a used tire even though they were working on other cars. My car did not get a head of any one elses but they worked over to take care of my issue. I work in Monaca but live in Lawrence County and will be moving my business to them for their courtesy, professionalism and prompt action. I couldnt be more impressed with them and thank them for their help!

Im sold! I made the mistake of buying wheels from an online vendor. The tires that came with them were too small(literally an inch off the ground). I stopped down today at 11am to see if it was possible to go bigger on the tires without rubbing. Everyone i spoke to was extremely nice. I got a call at 6 saying that the cars done. After checking it out, I could not be happier with the fitment. These guys are spot on and have great prices. Highly recommend!

Brought my 2015 Mustang GT for two front tire exchange, when I left there was compound all over each each rim (I cleaned the compound off before taking pictures). As you can see in picture 3, there is old 3M tape residue from the weights and some scratches thatll need buffed out!I do realize this isnt Ford or a high-end shop, but I do wish they would of cleaned up the mess of compound residue and at least used black wheel weights.Overall, not terrible service, just wish they would pay more attention to detail on Muscle and Sports cars.

Called in the morning to make an appointment and was told, first come first serve. When I brought the car in to wait for service I heard multiple people come in with appointment times. I needed an inspection as well as emissions, knowing that I would need at least 2 new tires. I was told I needed all 4. When inspection was complete, it failed. I needed new back brakes, license plate lights and a running light to pass. I okd the additional services to pass inspection immediately. About 3 hours wait later a young man approached me and told me it would be 20 more minutes. An hour passed and I asked if I could pay to get it out of the way and I was told they didnt have the final bill and its almost done. Ive yet to test drive it to give my final rating but blame myself for not arriving earlier for service, appointment or not. Hopefully the wait and the cost was worth it. Final rating to be announced!

Great customer service, highly competitive pricing and professional! When mounting and balancing my snowtires yesterday for a great price, they placed each of my still-good, all-season radials in a plastic bag to keep the inside of my van clean. Seem to have a very good stock of tires. Plenty of parking and just up the hill off the Center exit (of course!) of 376. Its a short walk to McDonalds if you need a bite to eat while waiting.

So after a month after my visit (bought 4 tires and more) the mail in rebate for my tires was half of what I was told by the salesman. Still very happy with the work i had done and the time i spent there. But changing my review based on the rebate promised.

I have always had good experiences here. The employees are knowledgeable and polite. I needed 2 tires today and even though they were really busy got me in and out within an hour.

I went in for a alinement and ended up being more then I thought. They showed me what was actually wrong and what parts needed replaced. They are very good and reasonable.

Theyre open after 5 on Mondays, dont know any other places that are so you might pay a little extra for getting a flat fixed after work, but the convenience is worth it! Inspections & oil changes can get done on a Saturday. Staff friendly. Satisfied with all service I had done.

Went in for a inspection. They took 1 1/2 hours to find and (lie) make up an $1700.00 (plus an item needing an additional quote for). I directly went elsewhere and got an inspection in 45 minutes for $400.00.THEY ARE DISHONEST RIP OFFs. Who cant be trusted.

Who doesnt hate car maintenance? Aside from the reality though, i trust these guys. When i declined their offer to give me a ride home so they could work on my car the next business day, the offered to try to get it done that day. And they did. And it kept them there a few mins past close on a Saturday, i really appreciated that. Quality work & good customer service.

Called about getting a tire patched. Guy on the phone said about a half hour to do. I was very busy and couldn’t sit all day hence the call. I ended up being there just shy of 2 hours. I went to the front desk after I sat for an hour and my truck never moved from the parking lot. It took me pushing them to get my truck in faster or else it would have been even longer. There were also 2 people that walked in with no appointment that ended up getting done and leaving before me with the same problem I had. I also had tires taken off rims and different ones put on at a different date. Once Again I called first for a price, dropped them off and came back to a higher price then previously told when I called. Two strikes and their out. I won’t be going back

I recently moved out of state, but felt compelled to write this. For years, the guys at Center Exit Tire have been great. Always, ALWAYS took care of my vehicles. I never felt overcharged, and cars were always fixed and maintained. Today, my daughter took her car for one last check-up before leaving the state to join me out west. The staff remembered her, checked out her car thoroughly, did the needed maintenance - and she left feeling confident her car is in shape for a cross country trip. Thank all of you guys for years of great service. You are the best!

Very happy with the service, we have used Center tire with other vehicles and they are always prompt with service, courtesy and very helpful!

Yesterday was the first time that I used this shop for tires. They were very accommodating and their price was very competitive. The tires I wanted werent in stock but they had them there same day. They were also able to use balance beads in my tires to balance and filtered valve stems that I provided. The downside is that they dont honor their free rotation on my dually but did offer to cut me a break on rotation since I bought the tires there.

Nice guys they got me right in. convenient clean location. I believe theyre a little pricey on their repairs $100 an hour on labor seems pretty steep although I think thats what dealerships charge as well.

What a rip-off. I called to have an alignment on my car and on the phone they quoted me a price of 75.00 but when they finished with it the price was $102.59. They added a stability control-svc-electronic-reset fee .You can do the reset yourself in about 3 minutes and other garages do not charge this fee. Youre better off go to Miller and Sons. Center Exit Tire lied to me about the cost,

Quick and efficient pre ordered my tires on line and after they came in swung by and had them mounted in about an hour!

Tried to give me a line about my lug nuts were going to break. Then the worker tried to give attitude when I asked questions. I did what I should have done in the first place,got my car and went down the road to the best tire place. Will never even think about going back to them!

I typically never have any problems here. However I called an hour and a half before close to ask for four mounts and balance and was told that wasn’t enough time to get it done. Now let’s be fair that shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes for two guys to do. Even one guy could do four tires in 35-45 mins. Rather there were people ahead of me or not whatever happened to a business staying open until they got everything done.

I got new tires on my truck. They told me I needed all new lug nuts. I said ok. Not thinking they said they put on 24 new ones. And I paid for 24 new ones at 6.99 a piece. I only have 5 lug nuts per tire on my truck. I will never go back again. And would not refer them to a them else.

After several experiences of poor workmanship and being lied to (told my cars required work when they didnt), I will no longer go to Center Exit Tire. Terrible experience. Tried to talk me into new tires I didn’t want when I was their for a front end alignment. I get it, gotta push the merchandise. Told me I had to have a full car alignment when my back tires are fixed (strike one.) I figured whatever they don’t have a machine that does just front. They then told me I needed strut mounts for my back tires which if they weren’t trying to align the FIXED back tires wouldn’t be a problem (strike two.) Two hours later they rotated one of my tires, yes only one, told me they were doing me a favor for not charging me because of my wait. Which they then proceeded to tell me was due to not having an appointment which I had made the day before and they finally admitted to “losing” won’t be back. Hope you have a better experience.
