Daniel at Firestone was very helpful, professional and very courteous. He is an asset to Firestone. The young mechanic was very nice.

They take forever to do inspections. Expect to be waiting there for an hour at least, because they skipped over my car several times before actually checking it. They then told me that my wipers were not installed well because they weren’t making proper contact with the windshield. Says a lot seeing as they were the ones who installed them. They then offered to change them for $40 and use very cheap quality wipers. Don’t recommend this place.

Totally unprofessional. One guy actually working and the rest standing around inside talking and couldnt be bothered for an hour to go out and test drive a truck to diagnose a possible tire problem.

No doubt they are fast however they do the primary requested service and thats it.Didnt even top off my (empty) windshield wiper fluids or tell me about my turn signal that is out.

Drop my vehicle off for an alignment the day before. Made the appointments for 8am. Went to see if they were done 10 hours later.They hadn’t even touched my vehicle. They had already done several others that day. Then when I asked how much longer before mine is up. They said your is next. So I sat in the parking lot in my other vehicle waiting. They skipped over it again. To do another vehicle.Very disappointed. I bring all my vehicles for Alignment and tires. Time to find a different company.

Got inspection done pretty quick. Was disappointed because the manager there would not take my insurance to get oil and filter change. The insurance company is legit. All they have to do is call them and they pay the bill over the phone with a credit card. He acted like I was some kind of crook and didnt even want to try. He acted very unprofessional...dont know if I will go back....

Work was done quick enough , it was just the long wait.

I am giving one star only because I have to. I dont recommend this business. I cant wear a mask. I invoked a medical exemption and they would not give me any services. The governor has recognized certain exemptions that this business does not respect.

Not helpful or accurate about the tire problem. Not interested in solving the problem with one tire, just interested in selling a whole four tires weather you need it or not. The money, not the need of the customer. I consider todays visit a total faliure on firestone part.

Alice Firestone is the best location Ive ever been too. The Manager there is amazing and very helpful. That guy deserves a raise!! 2 Corpus locations have totally screwed us over and I took my truck to these guys. The guy in the shop who removed and replaced my rear struts on my 10 Expedition did amazing and is super fast! He deserves a raise too. Completed my truck in less than 2 hours plus an alignment. Thank you Alice Firestone, you will have all my buisness in the future. 👏👏

Very dishonest. I went in for a inspection they tried telling me I needed New tires. Took my truck somewhere else they told me my tires were good. The tires were not even a year old.
