Dirty, smelled like sewer water, the place needs cleaning. The coin machine was out of quarters, the dryer didnt dry good. The vending machines were empty. The washer left residue on my laundry from previous use of another customer. It didnt dissolve the sprinkles for the laundry. That tells me it may not filled up all the way. There were several washers that had sitting stinking water. This was from the first time I saw it and it still was there 2 months later which was today for the Same washers. Its covid season and there was no hand soap in the restroom or toilet paper. This is the 3rd time I wash there and upon observation I thought it was customers leaving it messy. Which may be but, also that place needs an attendant during the day to keep an eye on it. Weather it maybe be customers or owners the place needs some immediate attention! Sadly some Alice folks can not clean up after themselves either.

Small, convenient, just the way I like a laundry mat but you know what it was too damn HOT inside

This was my first visit here. We only needed a dryer. I put my clothes in the biggest dryer (3.75, plus an extra 0.50) and my towels were still damp.I put them in smaller dryer (1.50) and still not completely dry.The interior was messy and looked deteriorating.

It was a nice place. Definitely more affordable than other places. I had no issues with losing coins and my clothes washed well. The most upsetting problem was that the restroom didnt have a toilet seat or toilet paper.

Machines dont work never have quarters in the machines restrooms dont work and your clothes get stolen never would I go there again

Wont be back. Broken washers, broken dryers, filthy. Im really hating my washer being broke right now! No toilet paper or paper towels to dry your hands. Im sure the owner does what he or she can but there were some rude people with no common decency in here as well. Jeesh no wonder things break!

Its ok dirty alot no toilet paper in bathrooms or paper towels. Washing machines are dirty sometimes you have to wash clothes all over.

Good value for the money compared to other laundromats, machines must be cleaned more, people abusing machines leaving them dirty

This place is terrible..the machine took my money and theres no way to reach anyone also the quarter machine was empty I had to cross the street and ask a store...no soap in the restroom either..

When i went for the first time there were some people there who opend my dryer while i waited in my car . none of my clothes got dry restroom was disgusting . iv never had that happen before and i have and will never go back

The washing machine in which I was washing my clothes just washed and the door got stuck not a person to help you in that place, ask the people who were going to grab or put their clothes to wash and nobody knew anything thank God put a good person sir and he knew the owners number and he called, I spoke to a number that was on the internet but they didnt answer me, they dont have a phone number to dial for some help 😡😡
