My sister no longer uses Health Care 21. They gave been there a long time. The owner manager is weak at management. And they have lost their at customing medical equipment. They are used to short people. And dont customize the height of taller people.When I went to visit my sister shw was hunched over, just like the commercials. My sister had a stroke and accepted the 4 wheel walker. She said the delivered in a hurry. No one took the time ro adjust the height to her or thwy would have beought it vack dor standard sizing. A man a Dennys told me she has a childs walker.I have used them before also. A complaint was veing made in the office to the manager. I waited a lobg time for attention. There were workers but the are not outgoing.
