Don’t bother trying to call during BACK TO SCHOOL time — literally got told that they’re too busy to answer a phone inquiry. Was directed to go the company website....newsflash: it’s COVID-19, in general people have already been to the website. A phone call is a second step & an opportunity to progress to a sale....you know, those events that happen to help make a business profitable. To the Public: I do not recommend this business, you are better off going anywhere else.

Shady. Tried to rob me blind. I wouldnt recommend going here to fix an electronic. My lap top wasnt working, so a tech examined it and said it would cost $100. After the consultation ended, I took my lap top and when I almost out the door when the same tech said it would now cost $200. When I asked why, he said theres more damage than thought. How would the tech know that if I had the lap top after the inspection ended? Either the tech tried to rob me blind, or was withholding information. Both are shady. Purchasing from here is fine, but dont trust the workers blindly.

$2.50 minimum for print from an email. I was charged $2.50 for only 3 pages. Used to be $0.15 per page. Never again.

I went to the copy center and there was a woman working behind the counter who had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE. She works there Saturday during the afternoon. All I asked was a simple question regarding the copy machine and she gave back a rude response like she didn’t want to be bothered. That’s not how you talk to customers and she deserves to be fired for being lazy. It wasn’t even packed when I went. I’d never ever come back here. Please tell your employees to DO THEIR JOBS! THANKS!

Bad service and bad attitude . I pay online for a printer selecting store pick up and according to the system will be ready in 2 hours I drove 30 min to get the store and a guy IVAN told me to leave the store and come back tomorrow because they about to close I show my purchase on my phone and he refuse to see it finally I step out and he close the door behind me at 7.54pm I spend my gas and time for nothing. Please think about before to buy here at office Depot of Alhambra.

$ Over charged until I said to the cashier... Are you sure the price is right? I saw it at 2x$6 , he replied: uh, let me check...oops he said, press the key on the credit card reader to fix it... suspiciously the price was fixed then. What if I don’t say anything? Be aware people. This wasn’t the first time.

Clean store. Well set up. Staff were polite and helpful.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. However the store itself is a disaster. While clean, items are not in the area noted on the aisle signs, and items on the shelf aye in complete disarray. That means trying to determine the price of anything is impossible.

Bought laptop HP X360 for about 3 month after that the laptop causes so many problem and ask the staff for replacement and offer me store credit, I am happy about it but after he asked me to wait for further advise from other staff which I assume it was the duty manager everything turn ugly. They just told me to call HP because I did not purchase extra warranty from them. they sold the product yet they dont want responsible for any damage......is this what they teach yall? keep doin it mate, hope for the best but yet the worse may come to yall

The fed ex drop off works great, they never have the box sizes in stock, very poor selection of actually available sizes, and its always like this here

Convenient, clean, and organized. Prices are high. I compared some labels to Amazon and they were almost twice as much including shipping.

Went in to have a few documents printed from a USB thumb drive. There was about 6 people in line and only one worker behind the counter and he was having some sort of disscussion with the customer.I was able to get the workers attention and ask him where the self serve printers were, he pointed to them and said one was broken and the other had issues reading thumb drives.After about 5 minutes on the machine that never recognized my flash drive I took a look at the line at the print station that still hadnt moved and the clerk was still talking to the same customer about fonts. The people who had been waiting in the line looked tired and upset.Needless to say I wasted enough time at this poorly managed location and was out the door. Just before I got to the exit I see 3 more employees at the cashier area with no customers around. One of them looked attentive and ready to work, the other two were leaning on the cash register area looking like they were ready to take a nap.The printing area was in clear view to both of the workers so I mentioned to one of them there has got to be a better way as I pointed to the long line. I he came out of his afternoon semi-nap he looked a bit dazed and as if I had started him and he asked if there was anything I needed help with, at that time it became clear that he and the the person maning the resister he was resting on were both oblivious to the long line in the printing section. Bad experience to say the least.

I needed a computer monitor. I found it at a great price and employee are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I like going to the printing department they offer great service.

I used the Fax for very important documents and everything was fine the cashier fella at the desk was very sweet and helpful with the smile I will definitely go there again thank you!

The copy and print girl Yuniette is amazing shes so helpful and saved my life on my school project recommend her!! Please give her a raise!!

Good general office supplies, nice and conveniently located. Service was good - plenty of friendly and helpful staff there and fully stocked for the back to school crowd.

Location is great and store is usually well stocked ,but wait in line is usually long.

They have most of the staffs there good at service. Some seem to dislike being questions a lot about products. All of the staafs at the copy sevice counter are amazingly friendly. However, thats not enough if the products are too pricy. They should consider selling better prices and provide more promo.

Easy parking. Black and white copies are $0.12 print, copies per page without tax. You can bring it in as a USB too.

The employees are very helpful but the prices are much higher than competitors like Amazon. The store is older and needs some renovations.

The copy center had two employees and one customer. I was waiting to ask a question. When the customer left, both employees proceeded to talk to each other, ignoring me. When I said hi to get their attention one of them turned around in slow motion and begrudgingly exhaled, Ill be with you shortly maam, then turned around and proceeded to chat with his coworker. Clearly, this place is begging to go out of business.

Manager was an arrogant jerk. I wanted to buy a lamp but the two I looked at didnt work. I asked if he could demonstrate. He said, no, you have to pay first and if it doesnt work you can return- even though all the boxes were open.

Lets admit it. This place is closing down. Empty shelves, one cashier. Cmon wrap it up already.

Im here at a CLOSED Office Depot on July 4th 2017 at 7:30 pm.Their Google listing showed a closing time of 9:00 pm SPECIFICALLY for July 4th.I drove 14 miles for nothing.All they did was waste my time, gas, and money.

Bought toner. Toner is to the left of the door, not immediately obvious.
