Since I have placed the care of the building in their hands, I have seen improvements in every area of its operation.

It takes several days to get a service order addressed, Apparently leaving a family with small children to shower without Hot Water for 5 days isnt an emergency. Over 4 VM and 12 Calls later, No calls or updates from Property Manager J. Diaz. This was only escalated when they discovered the water was leaking and could cause property damage. Even then no urgency or contact. I hate leaving reviews and believe its always a cause for retaliation, but at this point it seems necessary.

Rented a spot from them and was very good but you know every year they higher the rent by 25Wasn’t much but it adds up the service to get things fixed was 3-5 days been with them for 7 years.

I really wish I can give this place 0 stars. I lived in one of their properties in Alhambra, Jade Gardens. It was supervised by Jesus Diaz and managed by his wife Claudia. Ive had the worse experience as a renter there. They were very unprofessional and I feel like because of the conflict of interest, there was really no one else to speak with about issues there. From mold and leaks to withholding a portion of my deposit, eventhough the place was left cleaner than I recieved it. They never replaced the moldy dishwasher in my unit, so for the whole year there, I had no dishwasher. Theyre not good at answering calls or replying to emails as well. Im not sure how they even qualify to manage anything. Also, the maintenance of the units there are horrible. Its filthy and they just dump paint everywhere to cover up damages. I cant imagine all the people they do this to. Its terrible. Please hire more qualified people!!!

I wish I can give negative grade. Horrible service, not responsive at all. My contractor has been waiting for something from them for the whole day and then left. Can’t find anyone to help. Not sure why our HOA hires them.

I needed a brick and mortar and in a good business location. I didn’t even know where to begin. It was overwhelming to say the least. Ideal came to the rescue and I really mean that. They took off so much stress and it allowed me to breathe again.

I live at Autumn Pointe Condominiums they are our hoa management. recently my building installed drive-in Gate and Ped gate and i went to office ask the Ped gate code so i can manage my Amazon grocery delivery. but they told me thats for delivery company and will not give code to resident

The services are getting worse and worse! Especially some of their Property Supervisors are not handling things correctly so better be careful and be alert of it otherwise you may lose your money ! One of ours cannot event be reach by phone, she only accepts by emails or text messages!!Dont expect they will help you when you need some assisting and advise.

Horrible management company. Extremely unorganized. If theres an issue in your unit, they take days just to get back to you, and nothing ever gets done. They expect you to be home waiting for someone to do any repairs as if though you dont have a job. And theyll even forget to schedule the repair after having you wait, or the repairman shows hours later. They are somewhat unprofessional, we were late on rent due to being out of town, and rent must be paid with check, and they sent the notice to the wrong tenant. The envelope had our neighbors name, but the notice inside was for us with our private information. The person assigned to our unit does not get back to us right away and has addressed me by my wrong name. Glad Im leaving soon.

Shady company. They dont fix repairs needed. Always have excuses. Dont care about renters needs. No integrity. They take your money and run with it. Try and avoid doing business with these cons.

Ideal Property is our management company. The manager assigned to us is extremely responsible. The monthly management fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to any multiple unit complex.

Ive never had an issue with IDEAL managment. DJ has always been helpful when I need a service fixed or a repair. Megan got me into the house Im in and the staff has always been courteous. We dont necessarily fit the demographics of the area but Ive never noticed any issues with this company or others. Surprised to read these other reviews. Doesnt sound like them at all.

If I can give 0 star a prefer to do that. First at all, I have been living here in my property since this units have been built here.This company take over our management 4 year ago. Since that, This company is the only one, that make so much complain in unnecessary stuffs. Ever time sending mail for tiny thing change that is different from the other house in our vomplexWhen important issues like the 1st picture show Below. That TRASH is sitting there more than 3 months, and alway happen. I have been informed this situation to the landscaping person and nothing happen, also one of the board members knew about this. By the way this landscaping company that this HOA managements toke over have the laziest persons I ever seen, most of the plant irrigation system is broken, most of the plant is dry out. Our landscaping is the horrible.

I really dont understand how these guys are still in business. More than half of the people there dont have simple comprehension of the English language. They dont know much about buildings or maintenance and they cant even seem to get their monthly letters out on time. On top of that, our assigned property manager told me shes never even heard of Angies list. How can you be in management and not know Angies list or any other referral site?

If you find out they are affiliated with the apartments youre renting pass. Noatter how good the apartment is. This company has horrible customer service and the management doesnt answer their phone or their email. If the owner of the apartment dont want you to have a service animal living there theyll help him find a way to get you evicted. Buyer beware.

Horrible people! Our 25 year old air conditioning unit went out at the beginning of Summer, and they refused to fix it even though we were facing a 110 degree weekend. The Maintenence Manager told me that lots of people go without air conditioning and our property manager told us to stop talking to him about it because it was affecting his blood pressure. We gave this company 8 years worth of rent and they had no interest in ensuring our safety, comfort or health. Avoid at all cost.

If there is zero star choice, I would definitely choose zero! I have asked the office for parking permit for one month. No reply! One of the most poor real estate companies in the world!

Lately, theyve been great. I had my issues in the past. But, theyre really helpful recently and making sure our HOA stuff is taken care of.
