I just rented a car from them recently and the person who served me was kind and friendly, the rates were great and the car was well maintained, they even let me store my motorcycle in their garage so I wouldnt have to Uber to pick up the car and Uber home after dropping it off, I highly recommend this place and I will be a return customer 👍☺️

Make online reservation, but they said they have no truck available, while there are three trucks parking in the lot, no advance calls or emails. I suspect it is because i use an onlie promotion code

This is the worst place to rent a truck . They call me les than 24 hrs to let me know my truck its not available & basically its my problem and just give me the option to call costumer service. If I can give negative 2 Stars I will. This guy Jo denied gave to me his name obviously. This place SUCKS

In case my reviews havent been negative enough, since this is mostly a throwaway account, Id have to go out of the way to give this Budget a good one.Having dealt with the other two jokes in the area (Avis and Enterprise), Id have to say this Budget is probably the most professional and courteous of them all.I never felt I had to be pressured into up-selling on BS insurance policies or they wont even rent the car like Enterprise, for the most part the cars are fairly new and clean.The customer service people are straightforward and professional enough so theres no hassles like the rude idiot over at Avis (Muhammad Mofina, I still recall your name).This is as of August 2019. Maybe your mileage may vary.

Worse car rental to go to I advise you not to go, employees merely acknowledge your existence. Bad service. Front office guy was late 30 min just to be found annoyed and disturbed. If I could describe this office with an emoji it would be; 🤡

Horrible facility! Unclean. Very mediocre service and very very low budget cars. They are renting cars 10 years old and older. The vehicle I received had several dents, dirty seats, and the nastiest steering wheel. Would never recommend.

Austin did a great job on finding a car that was necessary for the weekend trip in LA. I come down from Seattle once in a while and this is the place to go. Austin helped me get a Ford Edge and couldnt ask for a better car.

A terrible place with awful customer service. Made a reservation for pick-up and when I arrived they said they were closed. The old lady working could not have been more rude. A miserable person. I told her she wouldn’t be getting my business in the future and she said she didn’t care. Do not rent here.

Theres a lot kind truck you can rent but the place needs more workers.

Friendly staff, fast service. Im sure theyre not the best price, but the location was convenient.

We rent a truck, its really dirty, sunflower seeds shells everywhere in the cabin, windshield and mirrors are really dirty, not to mention that the truck has 129k miles on it, it runs OK though. I guess you got what you pay for.

Truck was filthy looked lived in ! Truck was not washed for a long time. They said it came in yesterday and I guess they do not clean their inventory!

I rented here a car when mine was being repaired. Their rates are higher then others.
