Mike is a nice and honest guy. He helped me and did alignment in my car. Now my car drives smooth and no worries.He also threw some discount for me as a new customer and give me good package for an alignment, tire rotation and tire balancing.Highly recommended!

This place is cozy as you wait for sleigh to be pampered. You can watch TV, have coffee or buy a soda. You can enjoy your drink and TV on a comfy sofa! Or take a snooze on it after you make an attempt at reading/looking through one of many magazines. Ive been here so many times before and always get treated like family. These guys need a tip barrel lol Love this shop! I work in L.A. and live in Upland and yes, I have driven there on a weekend from home just for their all around great service... with a smile 😁

Didnt have tire

Unbelievable I waited almost an hour to get a patch on my tire they charge $20 . I only came because its close to my house but I aint coming back. They guys are too busy chatting around I been to different places and this is done in 10 minutes busy or not ..come on !!

Had a flat tire. Tire wasnt fixable because the damage was on the tires side wall.They explained it the offered me a option to replace the tire with a used but good tire for very reasonable price.Didnt have to wait too long.

Just a warning. The individual in a dodge minivan that works there constantly drives like an idiot and when he parked and I looked at him he spouted insults and flipped me off.Nice to see what kind of people work at this place

I went on Monday because I had a air leaking out of one of my tires I thought that it could be patched, unfortunately it was a sidewall damage and you really cant patch it there, so the worker went and took my spare tire on my vehicle and they didnt want to charge me for it.I was very pleased to know that there are places like these , I am forever grateful to the young man and the supervisor at the store . Truly doing a great service, keep up the great service !!!!!!!

They absolutely went above and beyond my expectation. Not only did they find the issue ( rear control arm and cam adjustment bolt)they offer a solution and fixed it! The place I went to before ( they are a chain) didnt even want to do anything when a found a slight issue with the rear control arm and offered no help afterward. This place is nice friendly,and extremely helpful! Glad i took the chance and I would highly recommend and they have a free shuttle service!

These guys are great! They get the work done fast and for the lowest price anywhere in the area. I had the engine light come on in my car so I brought it over to the Chryser Dodge Jeep Service Center in Glendale where they told me the error code was for the thermostat. They told me the diagnostic fee was going to be $150 once they look to confirm the problem and the cost of the replacement part alone would run about $400! What??? Hell no! I called about 5 different auto repair shops around the surrounding areas and the lowest cost I was quoted for replacing the engine thermostat part + labor was Y Tire & Auto Repair for just over $140 for everything. Much better than $400 for the part alone.I drove my car over there and they got the work done within couple of hours. Fast, easy and cheap. Cant beat that. Ill definitely be returning to the shop for any repair work I may need in the future.

I took my 99 Suburban here for a new radiator and coolant reservoir. Mike worked with me on making the repair affordable. The job was done in a few hours. Jimmy drove me home to wait and picked me up when the job was done. Both guys were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend coming here. I will come back when I need more work done.

This place is still a joke! New management is worse, Bart is one of the counter people and he says that cant patch a tire. Didnt even try, a tire store with no patches? He was just lazy. Ive lived in the neighborhood for over 50 years and have spent 10s of thousands of dollars there and Ill NEVER go back. Im sure the owner in Temple City feels real good about that customer service. Mike was great.

I went in to get a nail out of the wheel of my car. The mechanic was extremely friendly. Came up to me as soon as I got out of the car. He explain everything he did and found out. I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable about their work and friendly.

Second time coming here. Although its been oil changes only, they have very competitive prices. The staff are awesome. Will be coming back.

They fit me in same day and finished my oil change in about 35 minutes from the time I arrived. Very efficient and even topped off fluids and air pressure.

I went there to get a tire patched up was there at 7:30am. I waited until 7:45am no gates opened so I went to knock on there to find out the tire tech was not there yet and he could sell any tires or charge for anyrhing until his Cash register employee got there which would probably be there until 9am.

Very sneaky people. They will repair what you need without confirming with you first. Be careful if you choose coming here. These guys charged me $40 to get 2 patches on my tire without confirming with me first. Go somewhere else.

I went to this store last week. I bought a oil change from Groupon, I arrived at 8:00 AM. But the person at the front desk kept telling me he wasnt sure if they accepted the Groupon print out. I need to wait until their manager arrives to checkout. I didnt check out until I asked him to call the manager in the end. If no one can check out, why do you open the door.

Although I don’t understand why I’ve had my car Master Cylinder replaced four times now, the employees there are so nice. Dameon, Abraham and Allen are great! They’re courteous, respectful and very helpful! Now that Demeon change their distributor company, I hope and pray that the problem is fixed.

Good service, but $20.00 to patch a tire? Oil change is either done with cheap oil or extra expensive no middle synthetic blend option I found at other places. Still worth my business a solid 4 star for me.

Damien and Abe were so helpful! I had a flat the night before and Damien ordered the exact tire I needed the next morning which arrived on time 😄 I was in and out in 30 minutes and on my way to work. They worked with my budget too.

Did my oil change here. Great price. Only like $25 if I remember correctly. Very nice guys, especially the owner. He didnt try to swindle me because Im a woman so that was nice, right? They let me know I needed brakes pretty urgently and were willing to do them that same day within the hour and offered a discount. I didnt have time to do it then, but I have no doubt they wouldve gotten the job done. Price for brakes and labor wasnt too bad either!

I went in for a front end alignment, knowing that there may be other issues affecting the front end of my car. I got a no-nonsense assessment and estimate for replacement of two control bars with ball joints, along with the alignment. I also knew that my brake pads and rotors had probably worn incorrectly, as the front end & steering wheel shook when I braked at higher speeds. I saw the work with my own eyes. I inspected the worn parts, including the cintrolbars, rotors and pads myself. All was straight up, just as I was quoted about by the manager and technician. Abraham is an excellent manager, and Batt, the technician who worked on my 2009 Honda Civic 4D LX did a great job. I will be sending more business their way..
