The BMW Collision Center in conjunction with the New Century BMW dealer did an amazing job. Jay was very detailed and knowledgeable in the work that was performed. When I called to ask for an update of my repair status of my vehicle he knew exactly what was being done to my vehicle. Initially, I was concern about the length of time they kept my vehicle, but I’m glad they did a thorough job, rather than rush through it because my vehicle looks like when I first bought it. Wonderful service! William did everything right and was extremely professional from start to finish. Took the car in for some body work due to an minor accident, they accidentally vacuumed up my wedding band that was inside the cup holder. Their whole team including George (manager) helped look through every vacuums and eventually found it! They definitely deliver the service the way how it should be at every body shops. Brought my vehicle to the New Century Collision Center after an accident. The body damage was to the front drivers side panel, hood and headlight. All damages were repaired and the vehicle was indistinguishable from before the accident. Their detailing was meticulous. Excellent work.

My i3 was inoperable after it was t-boned by another car, and I wanted a BMW Dealer (New Century BMW ) to do the repairs over the list of repair shops recommended by my insurance company. I did not buy my i3 from New Century or use them before, but they were the closest dealer when I needed to tow my car. They were very professional & communicative, and helped with a couple issues I had with the insurance company and payment that they didn’t have to do, but so that I didn’t have to do myself. The repairs look perfect, as they should. A bonus when I picked up my i3 was that it was freshly washed & vacuumed with new car scent, it was like driving home from the car wash.

I am a return customer! They had repaired my X3 back in 2017. No complaints, came out like new! This time, I had to bring in my X5. The took care o f the front passenger and rear /right passenger side. Again, exceeded my expectations! They even gifted me touch up paint, since I asked about touch up paint (for the future), returned all parts to me that had been removed, and left my car immaculate.! Had NCBMW fix the rear bumper of our Mini. We didnt go through insurance. Prices were very reasonable and turn around was fast. Had the car back in 3 days and it looked like brand new.

Buying cars usually comes with headaches & dishonest dealings, which is why I dread these types of transactions. But to my & my husband’s surprise, there was none of that here. The GM was a pleasure to work with as well. We even got through finance quickly instead of the typical lengthy wait for availability you have at other dealerships. William was not responsive at all. Over all service sucked. Took my car 39 days to get fixed. I never received pictures from the service as I asked. Never received updates. Even when I called and left multiple messages I was not called back. I didn’t find out my car Was done until I received the text to leave this review.

I brought my car to this place hoping that they could fix a deep scratch from an accident. After they saw the scratch, they suggested me to not fix it because it will be expensive and not worthy. They kindly helped me to cover the scratch with a little paint for free to make it less obvious. The service was great, and they give honest advice.

New Century Collision did an amazing job repairing my BMW i3 which was sideswiped passenger side rim to rim. My car looks better than brand new! They handled the other insureds insurance and I didnt have to worry about anything. They were professional, friendly and courteous! If I ever need any body work done they are definitely my first choice!

As a graduate of Art Center Pasadena, transportation design, I have been a proud customer of New Century BMW Collision Center since 2012. LA drivers are especial, especially when it’s raining. I have been hit multiple times where the team has repaired 2 of my M vehicles back to factory standards. In the past I had worked with other repair shop that were contracted by local dealers and through they try their best to reach the factory standards they fall short and often very short. That is not the case here. This facility is a dictionary definition of what happens when you do things RIGHT.Highlight include but are not limited to:1) Investing in BMW trained and certified employees throughout the entire facility. I say invest because these employees are in high demand and they are truly an investment in the future of this facility. Bravo Ed!2) Use of original BMW factory certified parts (BMW OEM). This was very important to me for my M vehicles as their value is on the rise when repaired by BMW.3) The paint, yes, the actual paint is also certified by BMW NA. I dont know about you but I hate to see repaired portions of cars that dont match unprepared portions. This contrast would drive me crazy. Ed and his crew have gone over and beyond my expectations to ensure the vehicle is unmolested showroom finish! Google BMW white paint and youll see what I mean.4) The overall experience with the team and their commitment to stand behind their work. I cannot speak highly enough about their good deeds and general willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the finish. I came here because my passenger door was dented by someone backing into my car. Everything was paid for by the other party as insurance. Jorge thoroughly explained the repair process and took care of us really well.

My first experience (damage estimate for totaled car) here was pretty poor with clueless employees transferring me around and just had no idea at all. Was promised a callback and didnt get one.My 2nd experience (potential collision repair) here was talking with William on the phone. He turned out to be very helpful and spent 20-30 minutes with me on the phone. Ultimately, we both decided it wasnt in my best interest to get collision work done here (due to the specific insurance company), but he made a couple recommendations. He also didnt mind me asking too many questions about what to look out for and how to deal with body shops/insurance in general. Thanks!

Purchased a car via the phone, and picked up that day. Everyone was upfront and true to thier word and a pleasure to work with. Christopher was excellent as well as the others I met. Very pleased customer here!

We had our car at the center for over 5 months. Part of the length was getting parts from Tesla, which is a challenge. But despite being promised there’d be good communication during the repair, we were left in the dark. Given dates that the repair would be complete that came and went... for close to two months. Given excuses why the deadline kept being moved. And having phone calls and messages unreturned. In the end there was no explanation or apology for the huge inconvenience and cost (of extra weeks renting a car). While our Tesla looks good. The experience was upsetting and disappointing. And the only communication we’ve gotten since is constant texts to fill out s survey. Which we now have.

It was a pleasant experience! The staff was busy but remained friendly and helpful during our encounters. The professionalism is the reason why we have had six BMWs in the family in the past 20 years!

We had a couple cars done by Ed and his team and could not say better things about the result. From start to finish the process was easy and painless. On each project they went above a beyond to make sure that we knew what was going on at each step, and even worked with the tight timelines we had to get the work completed. Very expensive and poor service. I was told by sales person David some discount. But this is never happen. They also never update your repairs status. You need keep calling them to get update. I was told to be ready in two weeks and took three weeks. For small repairs, they charged a lot of money on it. I think I will not consider to buy any BMW in near future. For me, I really like Mercedes service.

Just got my car back they did a great job... I had a few other issues but they have set up an appointment to complete everything. Service was awesome and Robert is alway helpful and explains everything thats taking place in the process.

If you own a BMW and want OEM parts, this is the place to go. It was a hassle dealing with my insurance who wanted me to go to a third party collision center, but I resisted and eventually they agreed to cover the costs to repair my front bumper. New Century BMW Collision Repair Center did an excellent job and I highly recommend Ed Cobett, who is very personable and professional.
