Completely professional and courteous customer Service. Initially, I took a car in for a estimate and explained what happened to the vehicle, and the team at Caliber answered my questions and concerns. They explained to me the claim process and the steps they would take the repair the vehicle.I mostly dealt with Frank and he was very professional, respectful and relatable.I was informed about the repair process the whole way. They even buffed out the car and added touch up paint as a customer Courtesy.When the vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction; I brought it in again, and they took care of me 100%.All in all, I recommend this shop if you ever need collision repairs done for your vehicle.Big shout out and Thanks to Frank and Jose at Caliber Collision!

I had been to 7 different Autobody shops before I was told about Caliber Collision in Alhambra, CA. They were the first to not give me the run around and actually help me. Liz was very understanding and made me feel like they could do anything to help me out and they did. Also they were completely reasonably priced. Not that I want anything to ever happen to my car again, but if it did they are 100% my go to in auto body repair. I cannot believe that these guys do not have a review yet. The service and work done here to my car was fantastic. I had to have my car transferred from Caliber Pasadena (they were way too busy) to Caliber Alhambra and Alhambra was able to complete the work in 3 work days. I had suspension and body damage and Lye (pronounced Lee) was in constant contact about the process and ultimately walked me through everything they did, how did they did it, and what source (factory original, etc) it came from. Cannot recommend them enough!

Replaced stolen catalytic converter and all required parts. Friendly staff. Car was ready a day earlier than estimated.

Unfortunately Ive dealt with three different calibers, they are always pleasant and punctual
