I have had several cleaning services over the years and this is the only one whos staff enters my home with a friendly, smiling face and does a fantastic, professional job every time. If I do bring something to their attention, they respond appropriately and remedy the problem. Its usually something minor. I am a perfectionist and demand such and that is pretty much what I get from Maid Pros. I hope to keep them for a long time. Today I had Allie clean my home and she didnt disappoint.I highly recommend this service!

I recently had my first clean by Tori and Mike with MaidPro, and was very pleased with their services! I recently left another local cleaning service because they didn’t clean the items on their own check list (I asked for nothing special or extra, just that they clean the things on the list they provided me with). Allie, Kirsty and Mike did a great job with our deep clean. As a bit of a neat freak myself I was pleased that they didn’t only do all the basics but also cleaned off the tops of all the liquid soap dispensers in our home which made them all look nice and new. I also appreciated they vacuumed under the couch cushions! Thanks, you three.

I am so happy I found Maidpro. My senior mom couldnt keep up her cleaning anymore so I hired Maidpro for her. Shes used them for several months now and is so pleased with them. We have requested Carrie and she arrives on time and does a great job. And my mom says shes one of the nicest people to talk to. We would highly recommend their well run company to everybody.

Scheduled an initial deep clean. Jessica arrived first , and went right to work on our master bathroom. The shower stall needed some help. She did a great job on it. Definitely some elbow geese involved. The team of three worked non-stop, and we are very pleased with the results.We have scheduled with Scott (Owner) to have the service on a recurring schedule. It is always nice when a service is able to impress me. Good Job.

Maidpro did a fantastic job with our move-out clean. Our elderly parents were unable to keep up with regular cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, so we had a messy stovetop and fridge and some really rough hard water and mold stains, which worsened over time. We asked them to just do what they could, but Jay, Kelsey and Sarah went above and beyond our expectations. Stains we thought would never come out practically disappeared. The condo looked as good, if not better, than when they moved in. The whole move was though on the family, but Maidpro made this part easy. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Id like to compliment Jessica for the wonderful job she did on my Moms apartment on July 29, 2020. Jessica was very thorough and very attentive to my mothers requests. My mom is 93 years old and extremely nervous about her things being put back in the wrong place. Jessica was very patient and helpful and very careful not to move anything. Sarah does a great job in our house. We had some soapscum/hard water stain in our upstairs shower. I tried to get rid of it but could not - Sarah got it cleaned up in no time.

Very little attention to detail. Specifically requested floors and interior cabinets be cleaned (paid extra for cabinets) and they were still dirty when they left. Was disappointed. Would not use their services again. Customer service however was understanding and easy to work with.
