Their car wash punctured our tire, now we need to go next door to buy a $200 tire all because we got a car wash here. They wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Very unprofessional and they won’t help you if their machines ruin your vehicle.

I have used this car wash for a few years. I have always been fine with the service, however another car wash opened across the street and is SIGNIFICANTLY better. Not only did I change car washes, I spoke with an employee to take my card off of automatic charges. It keeps getting charged and I have left messages with no returned phone call! I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!!

Hands down, our vehicle looks brand new. It was a gift for my boyfriend and he is very happy with the work done. I never leave reviews but I felt it was definitely the right thing to do.

Called to get more information about their services and pricing. Whoever answered the phone barely greeted me with a single “Hello?” And didn’t tell me any prices for an individual car, only fleet cars-completely useless information to me personally.When I corrected him that it was just a normal sedan, he asked if I can come in the following day for an estimate, but I’m always at work, I hadn’t committed yet because I didn’t know the price. When I asked a second time about the prices, I heard some rustling on the line, then he hung up.Unprofessional to say the least, he had no interest in customer support or business growth. I recommend firing him and finding someone who can help you grow your business.

Truly the best car wash for the money in the area. Their mini detail for around 18 bucks is incredible. Just make sure you go at an off time as the wait time can get a little bit long when they’re busy. Been going here for almost 10 years.

I purchased a Groupon Voucher for a full detail. I tried contacting the business three different times to set up an appointment and there was no answer. I finally was able to make an appointment, when I arrived they were closed. The hours of operation listed on the door state that they should have been open. No other notes on the door. I contacted Groupon and received a refund for my voucher. I had used this business before and had good luck; however, I will not be back again.

The carwash itself was ok. The vacuums were horrible. Half were not running. The one we used barely had any suction to it making it take more effort to just do a cursory job at best. Also, since the vacuums have a thoroughfare for the shopping plaza running between them and the carwash itself makes backing out of the space dangerous. Im not going back there.

Manager is on a power trip. My cars rims were scratched. They were perfect the day before! Was told that happened previous to coming in. Was shocked! Couldn’t believe it! I would never EVER GO BACK! They never tried to fix them. They were rude and inconsiderate! I’ll be bringing my car back to fast eddies where their work is impeccable, FRIENDLY, and a good value.

Need to maintain their facilities better. For too long now, half of the vacuums dont work, garbage cans are full or over filled. Ive been going to this facility since the day it was built (I live within 2 miles of it) and the past couple years ownership has neglected it. I would imagine that the Jiffy Lube (attached) has suffered a drop off in business as well. Im most likely to cancel my monthly unlimited membership and go across the street to their competitors.

Absolutely the worst place in town to go for car detail. I bought a car a few months ago to fix up and resell. I paid over $300 for a full detail on SUV. They didnt do the roof it was badly oxidized and I still got charged extra for SUV. They washed the seats which became saturated with with their cleaning solution. The SUV sat in my garage for about a month or two. I opened the windows when I brought it back from this place because I could tell how badly the seats were saturated. I than sold the car two months after having it cleaned and the new buyer and I noticed the underneath of the seats were covered in mold and mildew from there cleaning solutions. I mentioned to the new buyer that he should take the car back here and the manager at the store stated that I knew about the mold and they told me that they couldnt clean it. Why would I have paid $300 for a car detail if I knew about mold growing under the seats. The car was dry and nothing was under those seats until this shop attempted to clean it. Than they had the nerve to tell the new buyer that I paid one dollar for the car and that I lied to to him about the mold. BEWARE OF THESE HACKS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. GO DOWN THE STREET IN WAUCONDA IT IS HALF THE PRICE AND WAY BETTER DETAIL WORK. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE ALL ATTEMPTS TO SPREAD TO WORD IN ALGONQUIN TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS.

So I just got my car washed at the Algonquin Auto Wash and Detail. Been going here for years. As I’m going through the car was the roller comes down and hits my windshield. I heard it over the already loud sounds of the wash. It cracked my windshield. Badly.So, I report it to the people there and I am immediately yelled at and told the crack didn’t happen in their wash. I tried to explain where it happened and how but the lady speaking to me wouldn’t listen. Just told me to leave.Honestly, this is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. I get the whole were not responsible... part but honestly, they are responsible for correcting a problem and that begins with listening to what the customer is TRYING to say.I am so disappointed in this experience. 0 STARS!

Dont waste your time coming to this carwash. All the vacuums are useless half dont even work. Suction is horrible definitely can tell they dont care to maintenance them. Overall carwash just looks depleted and not well taken care of. Im checking out the carwash across the street Everclean.

Car wash is ok, never pay for more than the $3 deal. Also vacuums are worthless, maybe 3 work well and most dont work at all.

I cannot comment on their carwash service, but I certainly did not have a good experience with one of their staff members. I dont usually leave reviews but I cant help myself on this one. I pulled up in the back lot to have my car serviced by audio guys. This woman from the car wash approached my car, probably to see if I needed help, but she did not have a mask on and so I would not open my window. I pointed to my mask as I was putting it on and she laughed at me turn to walk away looking at another co-worker, who was not wearing a mask, and he also had a good laugh about it. I let it go. After my service was complete, I wasnt sure if the entrance was a one-way so I turned to go through the car wash drive-through and out of the lot. I did not realize that the woman would have to open the gates, which I did not see when I was on my way to that section. She realized it was me again made some angry hand gestures and open the gate. As I was pulling away I asked how could she be rude because I wanted to be safe? She loudly and sarcastically said bye! I also told her I had a baby in the car as well who is not wearing a mask. I can tell you right now just because of her I will never go to that car wash.

I came in for a “mini-detail” and was quickly up-sold to a service that removes tree sap (which was definitely needed because I had extensive damage). I was hesitant to spend the extra money but I’m so glad I did. My car looks brand new!!! Nick and his crew did an excellent job and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

I have been going to this facility for 13 years now. They do the best job around! They have become so busy it is occasionally hRd to get in for a full service wash but they are worth the wait! They are always willing to work with you to get the customer. Good price for quality work!

I have the $25/month unlimited wash plan. Its been pretty good but theres been a handful of times Ive had to go through the wash a second time because something - such as the soap - wasnt working the first time. Whatever theyre using for detergents causes my windshield wipers to skip and my brakes to squeak. My F150 is too big to wash by hand so its been a good value but with some compromises.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not go here. My car went off the tracks in the wash and dented my front bumper. They send cars through one foot after another and cant see if you are on the tracks properly in the first place. They didnt try to talk to me after or apologize. Had to file a police report for such a silly issue. Do not waste your money on this place. The officer said “this happens all the time here.”

I like getting my car detailed here. They do a very good job. Tires was shiny, inside was clean and wipe down. Mat is vacuumed and cleaned.

I wish I could give this car wash -10 stars after my bad experience there last Friday morning on June 7th. I have been consistently going to this car wash for 15 months. It is the only car wash I go to, and I have spent hundreds of dollars here and have gotten my car detailed here as well. However, last Friday I went through the car wash and after parking my car to vacuum it, I noticed a gigantic crack across my entire windshield that was not there prior to getting a car wash. I immediately knew it happened from the car wash. I went inside and asked to speak to someone. They had some guy talk to me about the incident who did not introduce himself as the manager, so I have no idea who he was. He could have cared less that my windshield was completely ruined by their car wash and said there is a small rock chip at the top of your windshield and when it went through the wash the glass heated up and the crack spread. He had zero empathy for the inconvenience or the fact that now not only did I pay for a car wash, but now have to buy a completely new windshield. He did not offer to refund me for my car wash or offer any other services even when I told him I have been a loyal customer. This company should be ashamed of their customer service. If I had not gotten a car wash my windshield would not be destroyed and I wouldn’t be out over $250. This was a costly mistake and I am never ever coming back here again. Also, I have tried SEVERAL times to call the companies phone number to speak to someone about how this incident was handled and they do not pick up the phone ever. I would not recommend going here.

Had my car wash on Sunday and it ruin my tire on my new car talk to the manager and of course he denied it , why do they think I would make up something like this. But I will see them in small claims court I will not let them get away with this

The line can be pretty long but they try to get through it fast. Option of going cheap or you can pay for the more expensive services... hours of operation are longer than most car washes and of course having the Jiffy Lube attached certainly helps when youre in need of getting two things done at once! The gentleman also handed me coupons for the future which I greatly appreciated.

DO NOT USE ALGONQUIN CAR WASH! The car wash ripped the bumper off of our new car. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. How do they sleep at night? The same man who owns the car wash owns Jiffy Lube. What if they put the wrong oil in your car? Or damage your car in another way? It is not worth the risk. Do not reward them with your business!

I have been a member for almost two years last few times the tire shine on the driver side is spitting out to much grease as i pull away it splatters all over side of my white car finally i call to cancel my membership they say come in fine i come in the manager says why are you canceling so i tell him he says ok well i gotta charge you 4 dollars and change to cancel because you didnt give 30 days notice at this point i got mad i said im canceling after 20 some odd months because your equipment is not functioning anymore and your response is to charge me money very dumb i told him to watch for my review just go to one of the other 4 car washes around that intersection these guys are no good

We had the Ultimate Detail performed on 1 Apr 2015. While the car looked good when we initially arrived, closer inspection showed some issues. The bottom line was that we had to detail some areas after we got the car back. We left the car for the whole day, but it seemed like the car had gotten only a couple hours worth of attention. To our eyes, there was a lack of attention to detail, and isnt that what you pay for? There was Armor-all (or similar) splattered all over the inside of the windows, which needed to be wiped off. There was places where the wax hadnt been wiped off. The outside of the windows were streaked badly. Granted, we also found many places that had been cleaned and shined that surprised us. The carpets looked great. So, overall, not bad, but for the money, we expected a little more. I suspect they were looking for a tip, and we would have done so if we hadnt seen so many issues. A tip is for when you go above and beyond what is expected, and we just didnt feel like that.

Car never comes out clean. Even when the price option lists undercoat blasting, every time I look its still dry. 22$ service aint worth it. Truck is still dirty every time. Its always kind of a scare going through too worrying about mirrors breaking off becuase how hard the brushes are. They broke my grand ams mirror off long time ago and they didnt care. Now I take my truck through it and it always knocks mirrors out of place

I went through the car wash last week and the roller that connects to the brush broke off the windshield side molding and removed the roof rubber molding.The car wash manager refused to take responsibility.I paid $350 to repair it.If you dont want any broken body part please dont go to this car wash.You are taking a risk by taking you car here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This car wash caused over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. I now need a whole new rear bumper. I normally dont use automated car washes, so against my better judgement I stopped in to remove the road salt off my car. They packed the cars so close to each other that when a vehicle in front of us experienced some sort of malfunction and didnt move out in time, we ended up in a pile-up. None of the stellar employees shut off the conveyor in time. The manager was completely useless only saying that they have a sign that says that they are not liable for any damage. Police were called and they informed me that they respond to this location at least 3 times per week. I tried to contact the owner, but he was nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury, my front and rear bumpers werent washed properly. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you value your car, please do yourself a favor and stay away. Also warn your family and friends not to go here because this place is garbage. Youll thank me later.

This is the best car wash I have experienced. We moved year two years ago and I thought it was just an automatic car wash. The have free vacuums so I assumed it was a do it yourself place. Well, I started getting more services done. Lat year I had a clay bar and Meguiars was done on our van and it looked great! We now have 112,000 mile on our 2008 Sienna. When I brought it is yesterday he suggested we get another clay bar and wax. Well I dint want to do it, but the manager offered me a killer deal on the complete interior and exterior and there is no disappointment here. I can honestly say I think it is cleaner then brand new and looks better. Thanks to the guys at Algonquin Car Wash! Definitely recommend it. Looks for coupons in the mailers.

This car wash doesnt do a good job. My car had more dirt on it after the wash. They need to perform maintenance.

They jam the cars in tight and we ended up getting sandwiched between two cars. We had damage to our car as did the car in front of us. They refused to claim any responsibility. Don’t use this wash, plenty of good options in the area.

Was enticed by the free self serve vacuums. Problem is they have no power at all! Wouldnt suck anything out of my car heavier than surface dust. Also as others have said they crowd cars in when its busy so theres almost no time to sit under the dryer without risking your car getting bumped into by the car behind you. Paid for a deluxe wash but not really sure thats what I got since I was pushed through so quickly. Low quality wash too. Dirt still on my grill and tailgate and spots all over after paying for spot free rinse. Never again!

When you come to get car wash, they offer monthly plans, when you go to get it they ignore you. Car wash it self is ok, but people that work there just don’t care. Might spend 2 to 3 minutes sitting waiting for some one to come and take money from you and run the car wash. Careless people.

Im honestly sick of dealing with Pete... The guy has been the car wash attendant for at least the last 6 years. Not only will he guilt you for only getting a $3 wash he will then shame you for getting a $3 wash! So okay only the low pressure today... You know that wont get the dirt off your car right? Yeah Pete I get it its not going to get my car as clean as the $20 wash! Had I wanted the $20 wash I would have asked for it! So either raise your prices so I dont come there anymore or allow me to get the $3 wash like I like!!!

Manager of the car was facility is extremely rude. Had a horrible experience with the person who was directing me to the car wash, I left a note for the manager to call me, I was told it was the manager who was directing folks into the car wash. I got a call back and the person had the audacity to go on a rant. I could make out it was the same person who behaved rudely. I will take my business somewhere else. They dont know how to deal with customers, thier employer should provide some training to the employees on how to deal with customers in a respectful manner.

So our beloved Jeep “Kiki” got egged by some kids the other day! 🍳 🤦🏻‍♀️... These guys did an AMAZING detail inside & out. I was so worried there would be permanent damage (our Jeep is white)... Best full detail for a cheap price. They always send coupons through the mail I recommend to use them and come see how they clean the inside and outside.

This car wash has improved, the attendant seems to be paying more attention to your needs, although $9, which includes undercarriage wash, might be above average price. Ill take a closer look to details and compare it with the car wash across the street.

Went this morning and got the full service wash. Watched my car just sit there while two guys talked. One finally started on my car while the other just watched. Windows are ridiculously streaky, vacuum job was terrible, they didn’t even wipe down the middle counsel. Take your car somewhere else

Ive got a membership but still feel like an outcast. Theres been scratches in my new truck and without a doubt caused by this wash. Luckily I wax regularly and most are just surface but I have to make sure to use a light rubbing compound to get them out and then re-watch... I was thinking of getting some interior work done but it sounds like they arent competent enough to do it right. And yes, they CRAM the cars in. Ive more than once hit the brakes at the end to avoid hitting the vehicle in front of me.UPDATE: Ive since moved out of state and to well over an hour away yet they refuse to cancel my membership. Ive called numerous times and they have charged me the last 3 months with again multiple calls. Im contacting the better business bureau yet to no avail. If I have to make contact during a pandemic just to follow their agenda I think they should consider changing their ways!

DO NOT GO THERE- I went to get my car washed on a nice day. It was super busy - they had so many people in line and were jamming cars in. The unintelligent car in front of me put on his breaks to get extra dry time and the conveyor bumped me into him and then the car behind me bumped into me. I have nice emblem and license plate holder scratches in my bumper. Once I exited and went in to the manager. They did nothing and said they take NO RESPONSIBILITY- yet it was their machine smacking cars into me !
