I have visited several locations in this company and this was one of the best. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. They helped match me with a therapist best suited to my needs and they did not disappoint. The waiting room and bathroom were clean.Justyna was attentive and professional. Definitely felt better afterwards and will return in the future.

Christine is the best massage therapist there. Every time I have made an appointment with her she listens to everything that I am telling her about my problem areas and focuses on them. I feel so much better after my sessions with her.

Great service! Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Filled out paperwork and iPad questionnaire (areas to be massaged) at the front desk (friendly desk lady). Took 5 minutes to fill out. Another 5 minutes later the Masseuse walked over to the lounge room, called my name, and guided me to one of the massage rooms while having friendly conversation. She was a chill and relaxed individual. And to top it off, the service was considerably more affordable than competitors in the area. I recommend this place to people who just want something affordable, decent, and straight-to-the-point.

The place is great but the customer service could be improved. I gave five stars bc the staff is great! Just need some “over the phone” customer service training.

Used appointment for myself and 2 guests. Therapist style was pressure only and cut appointment short after 15min! 2nd therapist didnt massage back at all! Would not recommend or return to this location! Counter staff was rude as well.

Signed up for a membership after my first visit and was told I could cancel at any time, as long as I emailed in writing to the store prior to the billing date. I emailed to cancel almost two weeks prior to the billing date and forwarded that email two more times because I was not receiving a response. I then called in, was told the only person who could cancel is the manager, and he is only in on certain days. I left several messages for him to call me back and he never did. Sure enough, I was charged for another month and he still refuses to answer my emails or call me back.

Taking proper safety precautions while still allowing for an enjoyable massage

Today is the third time in a row they’ve cancelled my appointment that I was looking forward to last minute . My appointment was at 915am. They call me at 840am and get my voicemail. I call them back at 846 am and get there voicemail. I Drive to there location and low and behold they cancel my appointment again . I pay for a membership which I recently had to cancel as I have massages stacking up every month from there cancellations and me being busy. Quite frustrating .. I want a refund on all these unused massages I have since services cannot be provided when I want them .

I was very disappointed after making an appointment and was kept waiting in the car for almost 30 minutes without a call for service. I called to let them know am still waiting but no reasonable answer was given and I left.

Nice place but kinda cold, i know they are a chain business but heat isnt ThaT expensive. Other than that, nice music, nice massuse, nice tea in the waiting room

My dad had an hour appointment, they cut it down to half an hour and only massaged one area. Big let down!

I just had a 90 minute massage with Joyce, and it was amazing. Very relaxing but also very therapeutic. She was able to relieve the tension I had in my neck, shoulders, and low back. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you again!

Good massage. But awful customer service.Contacted massage envy to see what true pricing would be for me and another guest to come in together. Woman made it clear to me after I asked her several times that it would only cost me $10 to transfer a massage from my account to my friend(since I had massages from my past membership to use). After going there and getting the massage (completely finishing), the woman tells me it’ll be $65. I was very disappointed and the girl told me she would leave a note for her manager to give me a call the following day. I contacted the massage envy that night & left a voicemail. No one ever got back to me. Very disappointed. Massage envy just takes your money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.

After a two year battle with my fiance I finally broke down and bought a membership. In the past I could never find the right therapist till I found Anne at this location(she deserves five stars). Unfortunately after 3 separate incidents with scheduling 2 of which I found out after coming into the office that it had been moved to a different day. After this last time I needed to cancel and was informed a manager would be contacting me but that never happened. Yesterday I called and asked for a manager as I wanted to make sure my auto deduction had stopped and instead of apologizing or explaining why this happened, she decided to argue with me about if she had called or not. That really sealed the deal for me as I was having second thoughts till then, even with the terrible customer service I really do need the therapy and was going to look past it but today I will be looking for a different more reputable company.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY THE MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED!!I have called this place every month since May, asking them to cancel my membership. EVERY MONTH, they charge me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.Their therapists are great, but the management and customer service is boiling garbage water

Massage itself met expectations but location needs to be upfront when scheduling appointment. Requested couples massage with assumption that wed be in same room but not the case! They dont provide same room at this location. Good to know! Would have booked appt somewhere else.

I have a membership here and see Jenice for a monthly facial and she does great work! I highly recommend her! The front desk is very pleasant and call me every month to let me know how many massages/facials I have to use and that my payment has been successfully made. A membership here is a must if you work a lot and need some down time to de-stress and take care of your body! This is a great place to unwind. Well worth it!!!

Clean and well kept. Plenty of amenities for you and the family (Pool. Sauna. Hot Tub. Salon and Cafe, etc.). Dedicated facilities for Spin, Raquetball/Squash, Pilates as well as the usual Cardio and Weightlifting equipment (including numerous squat racks) and even a Power Plate. Plus an excellent childcare facility.

My wife had an appointment a couple days ago. When we got there they told her that they called her because the therapist was not available, that she had left. We never receive that call. So, we made another appointment for the following week. We call to make sure that we were on schedule and we were told that there wasnt no appointment schedule for that week.My wife is Hispanic and her English is good to understand, but I think that this particular spa discriminated her. I will not recommend Envy Spa on Randall Rd in Algonquin.

ABSOLUTELY WORST RUN BUSINESS!! Called to schedule an appointment with same therapist because of an on going back issue. Call and make an appointment, drive there they check me in 10 minutes later there was a scheduling error. But ZERO consideration for my time wasted..ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Not even an Im sorry for wasting your time.. Nothing..Doesnt even deserve one star!! Definitely try another establishment!

I arrived for my first appointment only to be told that it was cancelled. The lady behind the counter said they left two voicemail messages, but I received no calls or voicemails. Instead of offering to make it right, all she could say was that they called the number on file and left a voicemail. I guess I should have expected as much from a fast food massage business. I will use my gift cards at the Hoffman Estates or Schaumburg locations, and then I will never use this business again. Independent massage therapists know the value of their customers, and they treat them accordingly, unlike the employees at Massage Envy. BAD BUSINESS!

I went in with my girlfriend to get my first message. The office did not record my preferred gender after they called to have our appointment rescheduled. I had to cancel mine and wait for my girlfriends to be over. Will not return.

This location seems to be severely understaffed. They were very quick to pitch the monthly subscription. Massages are cheaper if you join their monthly program, however once signed up I was unable to get in. Almost everytime I called they had no openings. Unless you plan on booking your massage at least a week in advance, the subscription model is worthless at this location. This is not a place for your average hardworking Joe/Jane who needs therepeutic massage to eliminate pain. I must say that the few times that I was able to get in, the massage therapists did a pretty good job, but good luck getting an appointment. I have canceled my services and will return back to my chiropractic office for massages, as they never seem to have a problem getting me booked in a timely fashion.
