I had a wonderful experience at this location. I called to ask about getting air in my tires, after having a hard time doing it myself. Khan took care of my car as soon as I got there! He was so friendly and quick- the whole experience taking less than 10 minutes. Plus, getting air in your tires if free of charge! Day made- great experience overall.

Outrageous Prices! $200 to mount and balance 4 20 inch wheels, which is a pretty standard size these days. then tells me he wont replace my valve stems because I have tire pressure monitoring system which is certainly a Lie, I have a 1997 w210, no E class had tpms at that time. Fake Professionals if you ask me. never again. sucks too because I like to support our local shops. aside lack of knowledge and unrealistic prices the work was fine.

Nothing but issues with this place ; first one of my tires went flat over night , fine that happens sometimes so I got it replaced , specifically asking if tires will pass inspection. Came day for inspection (I drove 10 hours home to another state) and one of the tires is so cracked that it doesn’t pass inspection, why sell someone a tire that will crack in a few months regardless of use? Waste of money don’t come here .

... I caught a screw in my left rear tire on late Saturday evening after dark. I thought I was looking at Sunday or Monday for a repair. Decided to check the internet for a repair place. The very courteous Mr. Khan at Xtreme Tires in Alexandria VA informed me that he was open and that he would wait for my arrival. Mr. Khan pulled the screw, and patched the tire. I wish knew this place sooner! Came in very late 1 hr before the close, the owner and other coworker is the freakin’ man! They replaced 6 brand new tires and patched 1 tire inside out also replaced 1 brand new TPMS sensor on my two cars under 1 hour! They showed me all the different prices they have . Also they shown me all the alternative tires let me choose between the old ones and new ones. At the end the owner give me the best discount they have and little gift . I believe he was clocked out on break but he helped me add air to my tire then pointed out my other tire they have nail on edge . I was late for an appointment and with the flat tire I was having a bad day. Martin took me to my appointment with his own person vehicle and picked me up afterward. I had 4 tires installed here about 6 months ago, and a flat replaced a week ago. The staff is very nice and helpful. Each appointment time was met and the service was completed within the estimated time.

My back tire kept going low on air and it was taking too much time and energy to keep stopping every day to refill it. So I finally came up to Xtreme tires for a new tire. It was extremely busy and customers were being rude but one guy named Martin kept his cool, engaged in great conversation with me and made me feel secure in my purchase. I highly recommend this place!

I had a broken wheel lock key which needed to be replaced. Other stores tried to charge me $180 to break my wheel locks off. Thanks to Khan at xtreme tires, he was able to match my broken key to a new key they had on hand and sold it to me for a fair price. Very friendly and helpful staff! Definitely will be my first stop for any future auto needs.

Mr khan is very knowledgeable I Already had Tint on my windows . however I wanted much darker tint and they did an amazing/quick job adding more tint to my vehicle without having to rip off the old. It looks brand new, no bubbles (They use quantity tint ), no steaks, and no pealing. Theyre very knowledgeable and you definitely want to pay attention when they tell you how to take care of the tint to ensure it last a long time. Im very pleased because Im picky on who I let you my vehicle and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend to anyone.

I received awesome service today. I went in to get my tires changed as they were worn. Khan took the time to show me the difference on the tire options and also took me to the floor sample to show me the different treads on the tires and how certain brands were made to be noise canceling. The technician did a thorough inspection of my tires .Khan took me on the bay to actually show me the tire on my car so I could see for myself . The service manager constantly gave me updates on my car. I didn’t get everything done but was I proud to say I was bettereducated on the issues with my car. I would definitely bring my car back for service.

Xtreme window Tint was reccomended from a dealership I bought my vehicle for window tinting 10 years ago. Until the day I sold that vehicle, the tint looked good! And I even drove 4 hours to get my New vehicles windows tinted. A family member has also seen great results. See you when I get the next vehicle!

These guys continue to rock! I had a flat today (on a tire Xtreme manager sold and installed a few years ago) and I stopped by thinking I’d have to buy two new tires. Boy was I wrong. After about 15 mins and a very reasonable charge later, they’d fixed the flat and sent me on my way. I was putting air in my tires today when I broke the tire sensor and my tire started going flat. I made it over to the Xtreme tires Alexandria and asked the very kind gentleman at the desk if I could just put some air in my tire to make it to the used tire shop down the road. He said of course. A moment later, a gentleman named Khan came out. It was very cold and windy and he immediately invited me inside. I showed him what I had broken and he took my tire off, put on a rubber stopper, filled my tire back up and put it back on. All free of charge. I cannot thank you enough, Khan. Because of your customer service and kindness, I will definitely be back!

The gentlemen on the counter all come across as professionals. I was waited on quickly and waited about 40 to 45 min to have the tire mounted and installed. Total time about an hour.This is the way window tint and tire shops should be run. I wish they were closer to me, I would use them all of the time.

Amazing customer service, told me when my vehicle was finished and no appointment was needed. Needed a tire rotation, done within an hour. And the price was perfect from my pocket. If I had to compare I saved about $300-$600 from other tire stores in NoVA.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. These people are CROOKS!!!! I stopped by today on my lunch break to quickly get two used tires. They got the tires on. I paid left and with in a few blocks my tire was almost flat. I pulled over at the gas station and attempted to put air in the tire to return to the shop but the tire would not take any air. Luckily their was another used tire spot with in eye sight. I stopped there and had another tire placed as I know from experience, driving on a flat tire can damage your wheel. The owner of the other shop ALs Wheels & Tires removed the tire and showed me the defective sidewall of the tire. I kept the tire and returned to the shop to request I at least get half my money back. Instantly they denied any wrong doing told me I should have driven back to them on the flat tire and would not refund me any money. The only thing they were willing to do was give me another used tire. What am I going to do with another used tire? This is only a temporary fix I do not have any need for a used tire. I could understand if i came back a couple days later or a week later but I returned the same day. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY ARE NOT A TRUST WORTH PLACE BBB will be hearing from me.

I purchased a used tire and the tire had a nail in it. It was almost flat 3 hours later. I put air in it but by the next morning it was completely flat. They repaired it but apparently there were 2 nails and it went flat again. I finally went somewhere else.
