Stellar same day service.I mistakenly called their Chantilly store at 8:30AM but they were able to book me an appointment at the Alexandria location. They didn’t have the windshield in-stock but dispatched a team member to acquire one. Auto Glass Express got me right in and replaced my windshield quickly. I was given a quote over the phone and didn’t remember it when I signed the paperwork when I arrived. When I went to pay Jimmy told me the price wasn’t correct and he remembered he had given me a discount with the original quote. He dropped the price to the original quote and gave me an extra $10 off too. I would have never known the difference, so his honesty with the original quote was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

These guys are great! My windshield was shattered on a Monday night, I called them for a quote the next morning and they were able to take me in that afternoon. The price was very reasonable and they had me in and out in under an hour. Couldnt recommend Auto Glass Express enough.

I called in to the Alexandria location today after being instructed to by someone operating under the Santos handle on FB. The guy who picks up the phone tells me that I was speaking to him and Santos is just the handle. I simply ask a question regarding the pricing and the guy goes haywire, yelling over me telling me that theyve been in business for years and to just look at all our great reviews. Terrible demeaning tone. Folks who talk like that really believe theyre indispensable. If their work is that good and theyre such an asset to the business, these I-believe-I-know-it-all type should be kept in the garage without any customer contact. Far away from people. I feel sorry for the poor souls who have to live or work with that guy.Definitely not worth the disrespect. Go elsewhere.

The job was replacement of the rear windscreen on my CL550.A good experience starting from the mobile technician who arrived as agreed and after reviewing the car was candid enough to recommend that the job is complex and best tackled at their workshop. This was welcomed by me as it avoided any potential issues. I took the car to the workshop and after an overnight stay the car was ready as promised. The workshop technician was very professional and did a great job.Recommended.

Excellent service! I called at 1:15 and they set me up for a 3:00 apptmt. Courteous and efficient front office management. Damage to my original windshield was beyond repair; they had a replacement in stock and completed the repairs in about a hour.

I’m so thankful I came across Auto Glass Express. First, they were one of the only glass places open on the weekend. Second, their price was much more reasonable than another place I had called for a quote. When I arrived, Jimmy, the store manager, was friendly and reassuring. I hung out in their lounge area while they replaced my window quickly. The window matched my factory tint and worked. Also, the window work comes with a guarantee if any issues arise. I was really surprised to have such a great experience at a auto glass place, but I did! I will recommend them over and over again.

Leo is great at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is always willing to lend a hand and to do it at an honest price. His turn around time is quick and painless and he is a delight to deal with.

The guys were super friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond to diagnose my cars leaking issue and fitted me in to fix it straight away. Only downside was the price, $160 for about an hours labor and no parts, and the fact the cleaning spray they used came through the sunroof and made a real mess of the dash and console that I had to clean up myself. Overall though I would recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal. Everywhere else was quoting me $500-600$ this place did it for $250. Super fast too took under an hour. Guy at the front desk was super nice and very informative. 10/10!

These guys are very professional and great to deal with. Id had them them order & install OEM glass for my Mustang and on my way to work after was done I noticed a warp right in front of the driver that was messing with my eyes (manufacturing defect). They had no problem ordering a new windshield, and as we had to go through a few new ones to find one that was good, we checked out each new piece of glass until we finally found one a good one. These guys make sure the customer is satisfied with the result. Highly recommend.

So this place is highly recommended by me!I had problem with my sunroof due garage door fell on the top of my car. I went to Nissan, and multiple other car repair locations and no one didn’t even want to take a look. Everyone sad right away that it need to be replaced and can’t be fixed. Replacement of my sunroof cost 3000$!I knew sunroof is not broken because it was still working but it was somehow not aligned properly and it was leaking.These guys checked sunroof for FREE and Fixed it for 175$! Yes 175$! My sunroof is working and not leaking anymore! So don’t hesitate to check this place. Free and real estimates!

I was referred to Auto Glass by a friend whose car, like mine, had water leaking through the sun roof. Both our cars were quickly diagnosed and cured. Each had 4 drain tubes closed with debris. These were cleared while we sat in the lobby drinking coffe and reading. For each of us it was 45 minutes well spent and very reasonably priced.

Very professional staff and they were able to fit me in their schedule for a same day replacement.

I was very impressed when l entered the front door until l left.A warm hello; ask if l wanted water, coffee, or tea.. the team had on mask and gloves, work was completed, shattered glass was vacuum and surprisingly all the car mats were as well. No glass!Professional and couldnt beat the price for an Amazing job!!!

Great service communicating thru YELP with the quote, Tech came on time, completed the task within 1.5 hours. They installed a new after market glass named PGW. I think it is a good brand. Tech wore mask all the time and disinfected after the job.Overall great service and hope this will last for a long time.

What amazing customer service I received here. Free pop and coffee but the staff are like real unstanding people. On top of that they are WAY CHEAPER than all other glass places. I had my 18 Camry windshield repaired $239. At the competitor competitor they charged me 560 for right front glass repair and didn’t even clean up the glass all the way. They also do mobile repair just like the competitor. I PROMISE YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY. It’s hard out here in these streets! By the way I was in and out in 1 hour on a Friday! A+++ Severice From start to finish. I called to find out if they could replace my sunroof after getting the run around on who(what state) was responsible for the damage when traveling and a piece of cement fell and broke it. They were able to not only get parts in less than 24 hours and have my vehicle ready but gave me a great deal. Much less than my $500 deductible. I am very pleased with the staff and work done and will highly recommend their services!

While I was getting body work done on my classic land cruiser due to being rear ended I decided to shop around to to replace the old windshield. Auto glass express offered the best price and was willing to go to the body shop to install it. Unfortunately there was some issue with installing and I had to take it to their shop to have the issue with the stiff gasket resolved. They were able to take care of it and I am now cruising again with a crystal clear view!

Jimmy the manager got me in and out of there within 20 minutes and they did a phenomenal job! There are absolutely amazing!!!! While on 95, a bolt flew into my windshield and by grace of God it didnt go through, but unfortunately cracked it something serious! They replaced it in such a timely manner...I couldnt believe it was done so fast. I cannot recommend auto glass express enough. I was extremely apprehensive about replacing my windshield, but I worked with Febe via Yelp messages to get a quote and schedule a time. Response time was prompt and communication was great. I waited for a short time at their location for them to replace my windshield and have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely recommend auto glass express to anyone and will use them if I have any future glass issues.

Typically, if you need to get your car window replaced, you need it done quickly and without a hassle. I called in the morning, got a quote that was less than others I had received, and was offered either a mobile or in-store repair the same day. I was in and out of the repair shop in less than an hour and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly.

From the time I called there to the time I left I had a great experience. When I first called they gave me the best price possible for the windshield that I needed, the worker called my dealership to figure out exactly which type of car I had so he could give me the exact price, when I called other companies they were overcharging me and did not take their time helping me out. Recently had my windshield chipped by one of those trucks that carries gravel or something. My advice is don’t take your expensive car like BMW,Audi etc., they didn’t know how to fix sensor and wiping blade. Now I have to pay more to dealer to take care of many stuff

Dont go here totally unprofessional. Scratched my front windshield while fixing my Sunroof and they told me it will take 3 days to remove glass behind the sunroof and in process there could be damage to front windshield while other body shop did it in 3 hours.

Incredibly fast response (called me within 5 minutes of my claim), and the receptionist, Febe, is very friendly.Repairing my winshield was fast and the guy who repaired it pointed out my flat tire and where to inflate it.

Professional and quick. My rear windshield shattered and they were able to take care of it on the same day.

This place literally saved me not once, but TWICE. Had to replace my windshield and they did an excellent job for HALF of what Safelite quoted me, and they did it same day whereas Safelite said it’d take a week. Then I needed a side mirror replaced to pass a safety inspection. I called SIX different auto parts stores and none of them had my mirror in stock, and said ordering it would be at least a week. I called Autoglass Express and not only did they have my mirror, but again at a fraction of the cost those other places wanted. Staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. The waiting room is really nice and clean, has Wi-Fi and Netflix! Plus coffees and sodas. This may actually be the first review I’ve ever written, but this place is that good. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Very highly recommended, rear glass broke under dumb circumstances. Called ahead, dropped it off and had it fixed the very same day. I had a tiny crack on my windshield too and they fixed it all together. Very professional crew.
