They are lurking around at night for you to leave your car for a minute and they’ll tow it. I left my car to walk my female friend to her apartment building and my car was gone within 5 mins. Don’t leave your car unattended cuz losers are waiting for that one min opportunity to take your $185. One inbred looking driver out of a horror movie might get very aggressive, especially at night time, so be careful and keep 911 ready.

Just bought a car, didn’t even receive my parking decals and got towed overnight. There are many open spots and also multiple cars that park there daily without decals. I know I’m the easy target. Typical “I don’t care” “not my problem” kind of business. Never answer the phone, poor attitude.

They illegally towed my car. It took over 4 hours of me calling them to get my car back. At 8pm they said they were on the way. I called again an hour later when they still hadnt returned my car. After the 4th call when I was told he couldnt get in touch with the driver and didnt know where my car was, I was forced to contact the Arlington County non-emergency number. They are happy to illegally towed vehicles but when they mess up and arent getting paid, they have no interest in returning personal property. I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are just another predatory Towing company.

I had to wait outside for 40 mins to get my own car. She said she would be there in 1 mins but she stopped even answering the phone after that.

My car was towed because the tow driver said that my car was in a no parking zone which was a lie because there were no sign indicating that where I was parked was a no parking zone. Then when I went to pick up my car one of the male employees threatened me and the person I was with. He stated “ my dog is hungry I will release him on you” Then while the person I was with attempted to get in there car the male employee released the dog stating “my dog is still hungry”.

Towed my daughters car, cost her 185 to get it back.

They towed my car out of the community for the correct reasons, I asked them to drop it back back off which they did with no hassle in a timely manner. They were fair, I’d work with them again in the future. Hands down 5 stars with no issues.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was standing outside in the cold for 30 minutes. I tried calling a thousand times and knocked as well. The guy picked up once and told me he would be out in a minute , he didn’t come out in a minute, instead I was waiting for another 20 minutes. The guy then came out to the office book in his boxers half asleep. Then he was extremely rude , and even refused to acknowledge what he did. This is so absurd !

I am giving one star because they did not give a notice to police to let them know that they towed my car. I called police and they told me my car was not reported towed by any towing company. I thought my car was stolen and an officer was on its way. When I came to pay for towing I asked the lady why they did not notice police as it’s required, she did not want to answer.This is should happen. Towing companies are required to notice police about any car they towed, but this company did not do that.Thank you

My vehicle was towed from my office where there is no signs prohibiting parking or any requirements for a tag. Once a month I have to be at the office very early to begin my route, around 4 or 430am. Twice weekly I have to be at the office around 5am. On Friday February 12, 2016 my car was towed when I arrived for my very early appointment. After hours of calling the police, as I thought my car was stolen, I found out it had been towed. I contacted my employer, the building manager and the property owner, all of whom indicated that there was nothing in the contract with the tow company to tow employee vehicles from the lot. In fact the owner had his own car towed from the lot before. The owner and building manager spoke with the tow company to let them know that this was not an approved tow and to return the car free of charge. They refused to bring the truck back but did agree to release the vehicle free of charge at the impound lot. Upon arriving at the impound lot in a neighboring city, we were told to pay a fee of $160 to release the truck. After explaining the situation and noting that the property owner had made arrangements to release the car, we finally had to pay the fee to get the truck released. Staff at the tow place insisted that overnight parking is not allowed and that there is signage to that effect on site. We explained my husbands work schedule and explained that there is no signage there and that the building owner who contracts with the tow company did not ask for the car to be towed and in fact made arrangements for it to be released free of charge did not help.

Community towing is fantastic. The owner is compassionate and fair and the drivers are reliable and professional. I have used their services for business and personal services and have no complaints.

I wish I could give them a 0 rating due to incompetence , lack of ethics, and predatory approach to their job. This company should not be in business or hire people who are malicious and enjoy being mean. Evidently the management doesn’t care as long as they get at least $50 for touching the car! Some of the employees feel important by harassing people! Find other ways..!

They towed my car that has a valid parking permit for that spot that was visible and said There wasn’t one display even though you clearly see it in the picture they took before towing. On top of that they damaged the exterior of the door when they broke in and refuse to pay for the repair. They won’t own up to their mistakes and still forced me to pay for the tow and release of the vehicle. This company employs shady businesses tactics and should be avoided at all cost. It already has an “F” with the BBB.

I had my car towed three times within 3 months! I wont say it was their fault. The community I live in has a very confusing parking policy and although its written its constantly changing and its very inconsistent. Not the towing companys fault again. They did work with me the last two times and they seem to be decent people compared to a lot of other towing companies (Like Dominion Towing, those guys are the worst!!!). So I would say as long as your not rude when you call them, they do treat you fairly and work with you.

So I picked up my car today from the towing company. I met with Ty who was very helpful. The battery of my car died and he helped me jump start my car. He also facilitated the process for me. Thanks TY.

Terrible! Rude and unreasonable staff

The man who was there took several minutes to even look up to see there was someone waiting. He also lied when I was why I was towed. After paying to get my vehicle, he said it was blocked in, let me see what I can do. After more than twenty minutes, and watching him walk in and out of the office on his phone and smoking a cigarette, it seemed he was finally going to move the vehicle blocking cars in in the impound lot, but instead, he continued to meander the lot. It took a half hour for him to have gotten a tow truck to come move the vehicle they laced blocking other cars. Im displeased that it took more than half an hour just for me to get my vehicle from the lot when I called more than an hour beforehand.

Sick and tired of this predatory towing company servicing our community. Their drivers are reckless and drive dangerously in our parking lot on a nightly basis. Our community is home to children and many people with pets. We are sick and tired of having to worry about these tow trucks flying around our parking lot. My husband has almost been hit while walking our dog. I’m not a bitter person who has had the ‘pleasure’ of being towed by this company (thank goodness), just a concerned resident that is sick of reckless, unprofessional drivers. Community Towing, clean up your act or get out of our community!!!

They went in and towed my truck, even though I had a valid parking permit for my complex. They couldn’t give me a legitimate reason for towing my truck.

They are a bunch of two bit uneducated thugs who go around stealing peoples cars from private neighborhoods. An extremely rude staff with no professionalism.

Presently renting at an area where they are servicing our townhomes. Moved in june11. They towed my car june12. Went to get our cars and them saying that they will put a note to all their dispatch and drivers not to towed our cars. Guess what they towed one of our car instead of 2. I guess that is them being being considerate this time. Now Amber is telling me same thing again but will not give me any email confirmation again. The only thing I can hope this time is that they will not tow my car again, The third time. Since I got nothing but their words again.They take advantage of your situations and will tow your car despite of them saying they will not. I am pushing this complain to Fairfax county consumers affairs. Whoever fall into same situation with this company, please send me an email so we can sort this out. It’s an absolute chaos with this company. HOA will also get their fair share of disfunctional organization.

Predatory towing company. Community towing prowls the parking lot of my apartment building every night looking for the slightest infraction so they can steal and ransom property of the community.Have a tire that is a little low? To them it is a flat tire and they will steal your car. Vehicle registration or safety inspection expired by one day? They will steal your car. Attempt to stop them from stealing your car? They will intimidate you until you pay something to leave.This is a predatory company and a disgrace to our community.

Best tow company in the world they have the signs posted and if ur in violation you will be towed

This company is mafia, they going against the low. Making they own rules and ripping people off.

So the towtruck driver around here picks cars up and drops them off behind a shopping plaza across from the neighborhood he fishes these cars from. First off i got towed from a spot i dont stay overnight ever. The one night i stay over they tow my car claiming i parked in the same spot within a week... never within a 24 hour timeframe. When i ecplained this to the dispatcher, she was dismissive and she accidentally called me back thinking i was the towing driver bashing me while giving him a heads up on being complicit to shady business practices.

Hes helped me out and dose a good job at what he dose.

These guys are insane, nuts and crazy! One of the guys jumped out of no where, started yelling at the top of his lungs, screaming he was going to yell even louder just to make a scene and wake up the neighborhood. He then came towards me, hand in the air insisting I be politie even though I never had said anything to him yet. Eventually I was able to get a word out without having to try to talk over him - politely asking for my work ID before he left. These people have an ego, violent, rude... oh, did I mention he went ahead and towed the car through a neighborhood at 1:44am with the alarm going off too. I hope the manager can explain why yelling, screaming and coming after someone is neccesaary of you only want to ask a simple question.

Parked at my friends apartment from 8pm to 11pm where there were 50+ open spaces in the parking lot. Come out to find my car gone. They towed my car about about 20 miles to one of the shadiest locations in Virginia. My car was parked so close to another car that they had just towed I could barely open my door to get in. Guy told me we can tow your car if you are parked illegally for 1 second. Hope this company goes out of business.

I have watched these guys in action. They act like they are stealing your car more so than towing it! They yank cars out of spaces, drive down the street with the car not strapped down, going down the parking lot with the towed car at a 45 degree angle from the tow truck, and going down one way streets! Check your car for damage because the thieves that hit this area dont give a rats ass about your car! Thats right, your only a few rungs above the bottom feeders!

PREDATORY TOW COMPANY AT ITS WORSE. We are fighting to have their contract nullified with our HOA. They are not what a neighborhood needs. DONT HIRE THEM. They will take advantage of any contract, and do not understand the law, or what tow truck drivers were intended for. They are not the law, and more people need to pursue them in court.
