She made sure we were always protected by making sure we had a home warranty worked into our deal; we have already used it multiple times, saving us a lot of money in the long run. She will show you only the houses that you want to consider, and will sell the houses the way you want to sell them. I cannot even imagine doing a real estate transaction without her. I would ignore any bad reviews because I dont think theyre real, because once you meet Michelle, youll also find out that shes the best in the area. I used Michelle Zelsman to find tenants for my condo. When I signed on with her, little did I know the service I was going to get! Michelle went above and beyond to find tenants that not only were looking for a place to live, but found someone that saw their new home in my property. Every step of the way she was there either informing me of progress or next steps that needed to be taken, and only involved me when absolutely necessary or if I wanted to be. All of this in the midst of the winter/holiday season when its unlikely to find a renter and while I was dealing with a move of my own!
