I wish there was a negative or black star to select. Raphael Vargas is the biggest scammer on the face of this planet. This place doesnt even have a real business license. Nor do they have any listings on the website, so maybe that makes sense that this business is most likely non-existent. A bunch of frauds, dont deal with these people!
