I love how quick they are here Ive been going to this shop for a couple years now and I love it Im in Im out the name says it all and I get my vehicle vacuumed out my tires aired up! its perfect and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Always go here for a speedy and reliable oil change. They also notice any other things like fluids etc your car might need and offer to fill them for you which is convenient

Worst oil change. Didn’t check the power steering fluid. Told me the transmission can only be check by a dealership. Then said the rear differential couldn’t be check because the fill bolt was to tight and the front couldn’t be check because there was a heat shield in the way. If you get the standard oil change you get No service but if you upgrade you get all the treatment. Didn’t even get my free vacuum job. Just imagine how many customers never check there service sheet and think everything is ok and filled in there vehicle.

Drove 45 miles one way to get oil changed here since everywhere else closes at 5.....Some guy came out and said they wouldnt take another oil change because it has been a long day. We shared how far we came from and he said idk im sorry man been a very long day. You can come back in the morning. Ummm why would we come back to a place that wouldnt let us wait our turn in line 15 minutes before closing?! Worst service ever and this should be stated on their website to expect this.

Came Highly recommend from a friend who lives in Alexandria. Needed oil change and made it painless. Staff was great.Instantly greeted and helped with easy check in. Friendly people to chat with and cute older lady had a pup to pet.Vending machine for snacks, good selection of candies and chips.Left thank you note in car for me in console.Overheard employee ask customer if they would like coolant in their empty cooling system for $4, they said yes :)Took maybe 15 fast minutes and Im rolling and car is happy.Wish Mikes was in the twin cities where I reside. Was a pleasure and would drive the 120 miles just for an oil change!

Great service, friendly staff, and prices are fair/reasonable. I really like the fact that they dont try to upsale you anything. Unless something changes my mind I will always get my oil changes here when I visit family in Alexandria.

Ordered the oil change for regular oil, not synthetic. Came back and had put in the synthetic for $30.00 more. Their solution was to put it in their notes so it wouldnt happen next time. No apology or attempt to make it right. Guess what... Next time wont happen!

Absolutely worthless. Had a 2015 Ford f350 in for an oil change due to lack of time to change myself. When time came to change again, I had to use an extra long ratchet to remove the drain plug because it was cross threaded and completely destroyed. I wouldnt let these incompetent looser service a pedal bike!!

This place is the best in the business! I went here after driving and hearing a noise under my car, which ended up being a piece dragging. They were so friendly and helpful, not only did they tell me what was wrong but why it happened. Being a woman getting work done on a car can be very intimidating and not always enjoyable. Here they treated me with great customer service and overwhelming kindness. People of Alexandria you are lucky to have such a great businesses like this one. I would rate 10 stars if I could!

Very fast and friendly service. They are great and affordable and they even tell you if there is something leaking and how severe it is and tell you if its something of concern. My family has gone here for years and I just brought my truck in for the first time and I will definitely be back again!!

Great place to go to have your oil change and grease. Their quick and your out of there in a short period of time. They check for other things that might need to be done and is brought to your attention.

Absolutely great experience. You truly drive in and over a pit. Several people work on your vehicle while you sit for a few minutes. My Roadtrek van is high - not an issue here. The best!

Fair price and fast. They do not do tire rotation. I make sure they put on my window sticker day of change and present mileage. I decide when to change the oil, not them

Gave only 2 options for oil changes and no prices.... $75 for an oil change is ridiculous. First and last time ever going there!

Great service! I was in and out in just a few minutes. They vacuumed out my car and gave a quick wipe down. I was headed out of town for a long road trip and they were fast, courteous and thorough. I would recommend this shop and plan to use them again.

On the road and randomly picked Mikes, couldnt have been happier! Seems they really value service. They got me in within the quoted time, complementary popcorn, $1 air freshener and I was out on my way for a reasonable price.

If vacuuming was included it should be done right, car wasnt vacumed, and yes I know there was a long line but for the price do the job right

Quick simple and inexpensive if you need an oil change or just a quick touch-up to the fluids stopping here to get it done quickly without a hassle oil maybe a little water down though but when youre in a fly and you dont have time to make an appointment this is a place to stop to get it done quick and easy!!

It really is IN AND OUT. So fast.They also check brakes and tire pressure.

My oil light went on and i got it changed....then it went on again after just being done.....took it in....they checked it out and said it was just the sensor needing to be reset. I went to tiremaxx for a diff reason and asked them to check my oil.....found it had a leak.....so never going to mikes again.....

So its literally a ten minute oil change. I have no idea how all the oil can drain from a 6 quart reservoir and especially when my car has been sitting its outside in the frozen tundra.I am skeptical over this mikes in out 10 minute oil change.

I called ahead and asked for a price. They said $35. I went there and after my oil was changed it was 65 because it was synthetic oil used. I was not told this on the phone. if I would have known this, I would have waited and gone to marthaler in Glenwood where it is always under 20.

Went there for a oil change and it took way more then 10 mins for a oil change like they so call do a oil change in my car was in getting the oil change done and two people show up after my car was in and they got done before my was done and the shop never reset my oil system at all and the price was way to much for a oil change it cost my $90 for a oil change with that price I could have went to a dealership and got a oil change done never will go back there at all and the whole time I waited for my oil changed to get done they never told me what was taking so long with my car never again

So disappointed! they use the wrong oil filter for my car!!!
