The staff was knowledgeable ,explaining all the instruments for how much lesson cost or the price for rental and purchase and quality.

I am happy to have replaced my acoustical piano with an electric one, Yamaha model P125, that allows me to practice in my apartment as long and as late as I want with earphones. I also purchased the permanent keyboard stand, a flip-top bench with storage, the three-pedal attachment, a large music stand, and rechargeable stand lights. I am totally pleased with this equipment, but my highest praise goes to Mr. Travis Gettinger, a manager who personally helped me with purchase decisions, ordering, assembly, and delivery. Going forward I will EXCLUSIVELY come to Music & Arts for my musical needs.

Got my trumpet repaired by music and arts and I wish I took a before picture because the result was amazing. They completely fixed up my old trumpet from the 60s and it looks like it could be a brand new trumpet. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for repairs

I have never played an instrument or studied music in 28 years of life. I started taking guitar lessons with Dan Peterson here and I can honestly say I love it. I am learning not only how to play but even some basic music theory. He is a patent and good instructor who teaches based on the learning curve of the student. Whether you are 12 or 67 years old, I would recommend him and this place.

Excellent customer service! I was looking for specific pieces of music that werent on the shelves and Brian took the time to go though the filing cabinet and find what I needed. This store is my main source for sheet music because of the great service and convenient location.

Been learning to play the ukulele for the past five weeks with Dan Peterson as my instructor. Dan has taught me a lot in a very short amount of time. Each lesson I look forward to learning something. If you are interested in learning a string instrument Dan is your go to guy.

This store has everything you need when it comes to music. They have a personable, knowledgeable staff, who will help you find whatever you need. The store manager, Andrew, has personally gone out of his way to track down a particular drum kit for our son. If you are looking for teachers we highly recommend Dan for guitar and bass and Leland for drums. They are both incredibly talented musicians in their own right and as teachers they are kind, patient, inspiring and (according to our son) really cool. We have been attending lessons and been regular customers for 5 years now, and this store and their terrific team never disappoints!

I am a former teacher of this store.The manager, Andrew, is awesome. Every time Im in there now, he is able to help me source whatever it is Im looking for. They keep a fair amount of standard repertoire and method books in stock, so popping in for teaching supplies is usually quick and easy.Many of the teachers at this location are great as well, in particular Leland, the drum teacher, Dan, the guitar teacher, and Scott, the woodwind teacher.While I was teaching there, my only complaint was the size of the rooms - some are very oddly shaped, a couple are extremely small. Surprisingly, there isnt usually too much noise that carries from the main store area into the lesson rooms, even during high traffic hours.Beware, the parking lot can be chaotic! Fortunately, there is a parking garage in the back of this strip mall.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was looking all over for a case with wheels for a large keyboard. I wanted a hard case but didnt want to pay 400 or more for it....plus I need a deep case to fit my keyboard...so I would have probably paid even more than that. Staff recommend a soft case with poly foam to keep my investment protected. They didnt have one in the store so they ordered it for me and they could have told me to go online and order it. It arrived and is exactly what I needed for less than 200.00!

GREAT SERVICE! My E string was broken and it needed to be replaced, so we came here. They did it in 5 minutes and tuned it ( a bit off ), and it all cost $5.00. Definitely going here next time!

I have had instruments serviced here and take music lessons. The staff in the store are fantastic and friendly and the teachers are great! A great spot for all ages to learn.

They ignore requests to schedule lessons if its inconvenient for them, simply putting us off without a response. Surprising, since all previous business with them has been positive, and they are a reliable source for music and instruments.

Ive been taking sax lessons with Zulfugar Baghirov for many years, as has my son. Zulf is a talented musician, wonderful teacher and extremely kind human being who has me making progress in my playing I didnt think possible at my age. My wife connected me with Zulf by giving lessons as a birthday gift. I told her recently its one of the best gifts she ever gave me.

The lessons from Miguel Caceres are amazing. He has taught me very well for the past 5 years. At first I hardly knew piano, not even which key I was playing or anything really. However, my little to no knowledge in music did not stop Mike from teaching me. He patiently went from teaching me Mary Had A Little Lamb, to being able to completely play Fur Elise, and also being able to coordinate singing and playing at the same time. I learned to sing and play songs such as Piano Man by Billy Joel and Don’t Stop Believing by Journey.Even though I was completely shy and did not know how to coordinate my hand movements while singing, Mike taught me how to exert myself beyond my shyness and helped me in every pause I took. To being able to change the way I play music and how to express myself while playing music is a skill of its own that I could not have obtained at all without my teacher, Miguel Cáceres. I give Miguel Caceres my highest possible recommendation.
