I love gift wrapping and all I can say I wanted to get every one of the wrapping papers! girl who took care of me was lovely, nice and attentive.

The Paper Source on King Street in Old Town Alexandria is a wonderful store. I purchased lovely thank you notes stationery today. There was so much to choose from and all of it high quality. The clerk was cheerful and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. Definitely going there again!

Went to Old Town to get a four yr old out of the house during a nicer day. 4 yr old decided Paper Source was THE place to go! The kid wasnt wrong! Theres a lot going on here and its a lot of fun. The topper is the staff is warm and welcoming. Great location!

My wife and I wandered into this store while we were walking through Old Town Alexandria. We loved it and left out with a few books and desk trinkets that were neat. I picked up a book, for my wife for Christmas, full of stories from successful women across the world.The employees there were incredibly friendly.and helpful, sharing some of the items they loved within their own store. I could tell they enjoyed their job.If you go into this store, youll find yourself leaving purchased something and a smile on your face.

They had so many great gift ideas, unusual things to buy people and great stocking stuffers and its just big and open and roomy and I really enjoyed the shopping experience!

My daughter and I went in because she could not comprehend a store devoted to paper. She left Paper Source with a greater appreciation for the free market.

Each time I am in the Alexandria area I like to visit this shop. Good creative gift ideas, they offer shipping, and nice location. The team is very friendly and the shop has unique items. From beautiful wrapping paper sold by the sheet to a customized embossing stamp for that special touch to your letters.

My fiance and I went there for a wedding invitation quote. The store has a great selection of patterns and was helpful in answering our questions. We asked for 2 quotes and were told that they could have something to us in 2 days. Two weeks later, after multiple phone calls, we only recieved one quote that is incomplete. We put quite a bit of time into picking invitation designs but will have to start over with a different vendor.

This was a great location! I was looking for planner stuff and I was able to find some unique and cute items for my planner, to include stickers and washi tape. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the store was very clean and very well organized.

Its a paper store, and have the things you would expect a paper store to have. I was surprised to find out that they had birthday parties. In 2019 I dont have much reason to go to a store with stationary. They are still useful for wedding invitations, I guess.

This store was beautiful. In had never heard of Paper Source, but I had come in for an interview. The store was packed but well maintained and the clerks were fully engaged and helpful.I thought the window display was absolutely amazing.

Really awesome store with quite a wide array of items. Lots or cards, papers, writing utensils, planners, etc. I came in because I needed a new bullet journal and was happy to see that they had plenty in stock. This would be a really great place to buy gifts - there are so many knickknacks and fun little items. The staff is super friendly and the store is well maintained. One if my favorite stores!

I love paper source stores; we visit the Georgetown and Bethesda locations regularly. This was my first time in the Olde Town location and it completely lived up to the standard.

This paper source has all of the products that any other Paper Source carries. I have recently moved to Old Town and was trying to find a place that carried Crane and Co. Stationary. I went to this Paper Source knowing the that they carried the Crane and Co. Product line. When I first walked into the store, I was not greeted and when I was greeted the staff member was very short, rude and it seemed that I was an inconvenience. When I asked the staff member if they carried Crane, she pointed in the direction of the catalogue and walked away to chat with other staff members. So I found the catalogue and and looked through the options. I had to go to the check out counter to ask a staff member for a price quote and she told me that I needed to look in the back of the book. Thankful I have used the Crane ordering tools before and I was able to find the price guide and match the items to determine the price. When I asked the staff member to assist with placing the order she huffed and this is when I politely thanked her for her time and left.This is the not the level of care that I have received in the past when utilizing paper source to order stationary, but above all this is the not behavior that one should be treated when they are about to spend $500 or more on customized stationary. Paper Source has lost a valued customer.

Ssuoer expensive items you can find in walmart or Target. What you cant find, you can buy on Amazon for a third of the cost. I actually priced between 10 & 15 items. They were approx. 3x more expensive than surrounding stores. Benefits- in Old town, great location.

Paper Source is a high end stationery and craft supply store. They also have a lot of gift and seasonal items. Go to the sale section to find different papers that are now discontinued. Use them for Christmas Cards, thank you notes, and party invites. The possibilities are endless.

I was high and dry in my hunt for a gold gel pen. I needed it for a card I was making and as a last resort, I went here. Voila, they not only had exactly the pen I was looking for, but they also had a myriad of creativitiy-boosting art supplies, plus their card selection is one of the best in this town. And be sure to peruse their sale cards section because you can find some lookers there for half price.

Along with Papyrus, Paper Source is one of my favorite stationery stores. Theyve got it all - greeting cards, books, invitations, stamps, embossers, waxes, seals, writing instruments, office supplies, paint supplies, crafts, and knick knacks for all ages. The greeting cards are high-quality and very cute. You also get a lot of options to browse through. You can get custom-made invitations, thank you cards, programs, menus, announcements, labels, and tags made here too. One of my coworkers had her wedding save-the-dates made here. You can get place cards, table tents, custom coasters/napkins, wedding stamps, address labels, and favor boxes made. They have a huge fine paper selection in the back. Theres vellum paper, decorative printer paper, and accented papers.I love browsing through their knick knacks and I even made a splendid purchase of a floating rubber duck tea infuser. Yesterday I passed by and spotted a table filled with donut-inspired trinkets, from magnets to an inflatable pool float. This changes and youll never know what youll find.Another great thing about Paper Source is that they have online how to videos and workshop classes. Paper Source also hosts private parties and you can request a private party of family and friends to work on a fun project together in the store.Staff are all friendly and seem knowledgeable. This place, like most of Old Town, is also dog-friendly so youll spot some pooches in here.
