Herman Gorham was amazing! I had several questions about my bill. When I kept calling the 800 number, I only would get the automated reply to pay my bill. Herman took the time to explain my bill to me and even found a cheaper plan for me!!!!! How kind this man was. By the way....they have just finished remodeling the store! You MUST go see it! Super unpleasant, unprofessional manager in Joe. When you have worked for telecommunications you are very aware of products on the market. Needless to say, when you purchase a new IPHONE 12 it’s natural to experience problems. However, when I walk into the store and you begin to tell me that the Apple Store can fix the issue, I’m very aware of that situation and solution. When I as the customer advise that I want a replacement phone for a new phone that is giving me problems within 5 days, respect my decision as the consumer and operate at a level of excellence and professionalism. If I could give -10 stars I would! Go to an actual Verizon Store! If I hadn’t been a loyal customer to Verizon for over 20 year, the manager Joe would have me switch providers.

The purpose of our visit to this Verizon Store was to upgrade one of our phones and to review our current plan to determine if it best met our needs as a family.Michael and Sarah both assisted us and provided excellent customer service. Michael primarily assisted my son in upgrading his phone and provided detailed support, information and care in the process.He also reviewed our plan and as a result was able to save us money in better meeting our needs. Both gentlemen correctly interpreted my issue(s) and resolved them on the spot without hoopla or fanfare. Neither showed the slightest annoyance with my technological ignorances or insecurities. Zach has explained the versions aspects of the bill I came in to question and helped me acquire the info to have my bank pay the bill.

I would like to commend Zak our sales representative today. My son had his phone smashed and waterlogged from a camping mishap. Zak spent extensive energy in reestablishing Icloud access and was actually able to revive my sons old phone in order to transfer data. His professionalism and technical insight was extraordinary.Recently a deranged customer rammed his car into the store and Zak was able to push his manager to safety from what could have potentially spelled injury or death. Verizon had messed up my online order, so I decided to go to the nearest store to see if they could help me. Herman greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how he could help me. I explained that Verizon had messed up my account and it prevented me from getting a new phone. My old phone was not working correctly, and my wife is in the hospital. I needed a functioning phone badly. Herman called the customer service at Verizon, the person there had a hard time understanding what my problem was. Herman was so patient with her, first of all she did not want to help us but we finely got things settled. He was on the phone with the lady from Verizon for over one hour. Finally, the costumer service rep from Verizon found a way to cancel my order. Then Herman listened patiently found a great phone for me. I cannot say enough good words how helpful he was. Thank you

He tracked down a reimbursement credit for my super old yet functioning iPhone, one that I couldn’t even see online, and made sure I had everything I needed to be all squared away with the new technology. Bad Customer Service :-(Had a really bad experience with this Verizon retailer, since I place the first order, iPhone not in stock, I had expend hours coming back and forth to complete my order and activate all my 4 lines. My last visit was the worse, 12/23/20 came to the store after called couple of times, according to the manager, their system was not allow him to do the exchange for my last phone ordered, unbelieved it, after 3 to 4 times to came to store and waste hours of my time, problem still has not been resolve. I am thinking to go back to my original carrier and return all phones to Verizon! Also, end up paying $40.00 activation fee per line, after Verizon online has offer me to charge $20.00 per line, I called Verizon customer service and they had nothing to do with the activation fees, they told me the retailer store should take care of those fees. Let’s see what’s comes up next! Do not recommend this retailer to do business.

An end user on our Verizon Business account (the President of the company - so big deal) had an issue with his device and needed an immediate replacement after 6pm - I called this store and was so lucky Sara Smyles answered. Ahmad took excellent care of my huge issue - my cell iPhone 10 died suddenly one day without warning. For days I sought help as Apple stores were closed so no Genius Bar techs. My main problem was my own issue, I had stored all my passwords on my cell, including my Apple ID ! I had no idea the nightmare ahead as one can not reset that quickly. Quite the contrary it takes 2 weeks !!! I’m a Realtor so I was screwed. As I crippled around for those 2 weeks Ahmad always made time for me and even gave me his cell to text! He is also wicked smart and nothing technical slowed him down. In the complex hi tech lives, one needs an Ahmad. And super nice and friendly to Seniors like me. Went to this location because my new phone wasnt able to send / receive texts or calls. They told me the problem was my SIM card, so they had to swap out my SIM card for the one in my old phone. After they do this it seems like my phone is working, but the next day Im having issues again. I go back to the store and wait for over half an hour before being told that they cant help me and that Ill have to call tech support.I go home and call tech support. After being shuffled around on the phone for a while, Im finally told that the new problem Im experiencing is due to having a 4G SIM card in my 5G phone. Unfortunately, this store took my 5G SIM card. Im now waiting on a new card to ship because I dont want to go back into this store!

Nice store but can get busy. Make sure you sign in on the sheet to talk to a clerk if theyre short staffed or crowded. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chris, the supervisor onsite at my visit was very personable.They dont post their prices like some stores, so know your stuff in advance.The selection is limited to LG, Motorola, Google, iPhone, Samsung and um... (Im spacing. What else is there.... I know there may be one or two more. Sorry.) They were out of SD cards during my visit, but there is a Target in Potomac Yards across the highway.

I would give less stars than this if I could.The gentleman that initially helped me was great. But his co-workers are terrible. I ended up getting flipped around on the phone between Asurion and Verizon while trying to get my equipment repaired. While I am on hold, and during conversations with both businesses, I experienced the worst behavior. A couple had come in and called out the salesman on trying to lie to him. (Whatever, not my problem) When they left, the salesman starts yelling loudly with the saleswoman still in the store. My salesman was in the back Im guessing, but the other two are walking back and forth through the store complaining about the customers and cheering that their shift is almost over. I had to move across the store away from their office area as they were walking back and forth in front of it still being loud. When they came back across the store to the area I had moved to escape to, they walked back over and continued to be loud. After not being able to hear the operators, I finally asked if they could keep it down and that I am on the phone. The salesman turns to me and IN MY FACE asks the saleswoman if they can kick me out of the store yet. (14 min until closing) I told them not to bother and that I was leaving.I will NEVER be going back there. I know, as a business owner, it is tough to find competent people, but it isnt hard to find someone with some common sense and manners.

Yesterday, I worked with Mark from Verizon on Jefferson Davis Highway on a very complicated issue with my Android 9+. Upon walking into Verizon, I did not have high hopes of getting my issues resolves, but to my surprise, Mark listened as I explained my issues, and he immediately start to construct a plan to resolve all of the issues. I listened intently as he described all of the details. He did an outstanding job with my issues and I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, informative and customer centric. He explained in great detail the what and why that he was performing on my phone. My experience at this Verizon location was extremely pleasant and complete. Mark answered all questions, listened to my concerns and carefully crafted and executed a plan to solve my issues. I am very pleased with the professional service I receive from Mark. Worked with Ben Brown, and he is the reason I was able to finally move my business account over from Sprint. After trying a few times at other stores and just getting stuck waiting while the store called into customer service, I just told him what I needed and in less than a half hour I was out of Verizon and he took care of the rest. Having finally met someone who seemed to actually care about my business was so great and he was able to take care everything and ship the phones right to me, so I never had to go in the store again. Mark is an exceptional salesman and professional. The venue has good parking despite the awkwardly placed entrance on Route 1. The store has a comfortable lay out for browsing products and meeting with sales reps.

My second experience with Ky was just as good - he was able to quickly set me up with the phone I wanted and transfer me over without a hitch. My most recent experience with April to get my gf transferred over was again fantastic! It seems like they really make an effort at this location to train their employees and ensure they are well versed for anything that might come through the door. On top of that, the store seemed well-maintained and staff were both professional and personable, whether they were the ones helping you or not.
