I used The Cleaning Authority of Alexandria for biweekly residential service. Initially they we very good with attention to details. One of their biggest selling points is they use the same “crew” for biweekly service. After a year, I received a random/inconsistent crew and service gradually deteriorated. I provided feedback to the owner with marginal improvement. I terminated my service after 3 patient years.

Scheduling our first cleaning was a very easy and professional process. The virtual walk through was great. The ladies that came to clean our home were on time, did a wonderful job, and were very nice and professional. We look forward to our future cleanings with this company.

I hired cleaning authority for biweekly cleaning, and had been using their services for about six months. The cleanings were okay, although they would occasionally miss some areas. Then one day I get a call from my neighbor, who told me that the cleaning team had somehow entered their house! I don’t know how this happened, but the cleaning team entered their home even though they don’t have the same key as ours. My guess is that they forced their way in. I called the company and asked what happened, and they said the manager/owner would call me back. That never happened, never got an apology, nor did my neighbors. I immediately cancelled their services after this. I strongly DO NOT recommend Cleaning Authority, as they might break into your neighbors house too.

Our team Blanca and Janeth, Team 4, are reliably at our door on the assigned cleaning day and are hard at work immediately. They see things that need to be done on their own and often surprise us with having done something we did not expect. They have been our team for many years and we appreciate them.

Team #6 Lesvia and Brenda are great! They do a thorough job cleaning the house. If there is an area of the house that I ask to be given special attention, they gladly comply. They are punctual and always make sure I am satisfied with their services before leaving for the day.The account manager is has been flexible when I need to reschedule. I’m happy with the services provided by team 6 and the company.

Patricia and Oneida, my current cleaning team (#7), are wonderfully courteous and professional experts who do their work efficiently and well every time they come. They are very reliable and always a pleasure to welcome into my home. Overall, The Cleaning Authority offers a high quality service and a great cleaning and office staff.

The cleaning Authority calls them crew #17. I like knowing that means it’s Maritza and Oneida who visit my home.The sheet Maritza and Oneida leave after their visit specifies what they’ve just given extra attention to and what will receive additional focus next time.They do a good, thorough job.The office staff has been gracefully flexible when I’ve needed to adjust scheduled appointments. I like these people.

I was extremely disappointed in their pricing structure. I tried to change my service from every other week to monthly and the rep told me it was automatic $50 increase. I explained the reason why for the change, which was my dog had passed and there would significantly less dog hair around, and she was indifferent to my reasoning. So I cancelled my service.However, I still give them two stars because the actual cleaning staff, the people who do the work, were very good.

Appreciation of the Cleaning Authority of AlexandriaOn April the 10th, 2019, I was thrilled to learn that there was another way to show my appreciation for the ‘Cleaning Authority.’ The Alexandria office is not my first rodeo with the Cleaning Authority however, it is the best. They have been a part of my family since May 2014 or there-about. It’s been 5 years now and I’ve moved 3 times; but each time, the Cleaning Authority comes with me... See family! I’m very proud of these professionals and learn something from them every-time I’m around them. Their skill sets are more valuable than the fee that I pay them to do it. Not only do I see a clean house, I smell a clean house – and that is in the telling of hard-work by professionals such as Maria, Sarai, who are Team #25, and the ‘cavalry’ who helps to make all the difference (rain or shine), Marina. Save yourself the frustration and schedule an appointment with someone else. Submitted an online form to schedule an appointment. No one called me. After two days called the company you to find out why I had not received a follow-up to my submission form. Ask them to schedule me for an appointment. They made me wait another 3 days before they could do the appointment. Gary showed up to my house apparently and simply left claiming that he knocked on the door and ring the doorbell. I was in the house the whole time. Call the company to let them know that whoever came did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door and left their car and my door. Ashley says well Im looking in the computer system and he says he rang the doorbell and knocked and waited 10 minutes. I spent way too much time waiting on this company.

Team # 22, Melany and Yanira are very pleasant. They do a very good job.We depend on them to be there and do what is needed to be done.

I have been a very satisfied customer of The Cleaning Authority since 2011 and wholeheartedly recommend their services. I absolutely adore Blanca (who has been coming to us from the very beginning), and all of her teammates over the years (including Brenda, Yocelin, and Janeth) have been wonderful as well. The ladies are all very professional, hard-working, and kind, and they consistently do an outstanding job with our biweekly cleanings.
