The ladies who came to the house were very kind, punctual and did a GREAT job! Im in treatment for cancer, so with my compromised immune system, I could not be more impressed with their work. Maid Solution has cleaned my house for almost 3 years now and Ive consistently been happy with them. Their staff is courteous and helpful. They always clean efficiently and are happy to work around me (I work from home). We have three cats and pet hair has not been a problem in our house since we started having Maid Solution clean biweekly.Management is quick to respond to emails and is very flexible. They have accommodated multiple requests from me for changing arrival times and arrival dates and Ive never been made to feel like I am being a problem.They are very clear on all of their policies, in fact I get a reminder email 2 days before they arrive each week with my appointment date and a list of all of their relevant policies. They have also been very open about their changes in cleaning policies due to Covid. Ive felt very safe with them cleaning throughout Covid. Everyone wears masks and takes all appropriate precautions.We had one item broken by them while cleaning, and they immediately came to me to inform me, then had management call to arrange a replacement. Management went above and beyond to get it replaced ASAP. Accidents happen, and I was very impressed with how they handled it.Overall I cant recommend them highly enough.

Maid Solution is perfectly named. This is a terrific, small company attuned to the needs of its clients. We cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful business.When COVID-19 started, Maid Solution was the first vendor of any kind to reach out to us to advise of their new policies to protect clients and staff -- before our doctors, dentist, drug store or grocery! Before COVID-19, their crews were always attentive to thoroughly cleaning everything in the house. After COVID-19, they are even more so, paying extra attention to not bringing possible contamination into or out of our home. Their staff is friendly and courteous. We look forward to having them in our home! Paula (the owner) is very responsive to any last minute changes needed.Weve had many cleaning companies over the years -- large and small. I absolutely recommend this service! This company has protocols that prevent cross-contamination and they go the extra mile because covid. We got a cleaning upon move out. My husband checked it out before we gave back the keys and it was darn spotless. Beautiful. No trace that our two lil cat fuzzballs were ever there. Would definitely use them again!
