Awesome time at Get Air! The kids really enjoyed getting that much energy out! The place was the right size for the kids to have fun. In fact, they didnt want to leave. Also, I am big on customer service, and Ashwanee was super helpful! She was very polite and ensured we were enjoying our time throughout. Our family had a great time. We went at a off-peak time. Overall we felt that it was clean and safe. My only request is that there are more hand sanitizer stations available for before and after jumping. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

My 17, 5 and 3 year old kids love this place. Not only is the staff amazing, you can’t beat the price of a good nights sleep and with all of the coupons available on their website, you and your kids will be sleeping through the night in no time! Honestly it’s got more stuff than any park I’ve been to and the vibes are good. The kids all just kind of run wild and form their own little groups and it’s fantastic to be able to sit and actually be able to type this review because my kids are currently 100% entertaining themselves at the moment.

Toddler Time was awesome! Great place to bring your little one to burn energy before nap time. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Would recommend to any mom/nanny looking to have some fun indoors.

Had my sons birthday party here and man was it amazing! Everyone had a good time very spacious and clean. Joseph was amazing and funny. We will definitely be coming to visit again. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Really enjoyed it with my daughter. First time coming here and had no idea it was even here and local! Staff was really friendly and attentive and it was affordable. Joseph was cool and helped us get squared away. Definitely our go to spot!

I will never book a birthday party here again. Staff was non existent, very unprofessional and not friendly at all. No one smiled or gave any kind of customer service. I basically ran the entire birthday myself but I paid $400 to have them do it. I had to ask for utensils that should have already been out and the staff member gave me 9 forks and said “I hope this enough because it’s all we have.” I had 13 kids, so some couldn’t eat with forks. There was trash all over the tables and nothing was cleaned up which was listed in the party package. It advertised that I would have a party host to help every step of the way. When I asked why I didn’t have a host, the employee replied that it’s Covid and we’re short staffed….if that’s the case then don’t allow people to book parties. I had to do everything myself and it was not enjoyable.

My family and I came here as a birthday treat for my daughter from her God parents and had an amazing time and wonderful experience . Especially thanks to Alea for being such a great help ! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area ..

The service was ok. My son had a great time there however, the facility is little dirty. Dust is all over the place. I assume they don’t clean every day? Because I went there right after they open the park.

I will definitely recommend this place very clean & it’s a safe place for the kids & family. Bathroom clean everyone had there mask on I love the the vibes here. OH & I must say he always had a broom & mop & rag in his hand wiping down all the tables. sweeping the floor keeping the place Sanitize. Joseph is a 1# supervisor in my book.❤️❤️

If it wasnt for copy infringememt id say this place allows a kid to be a kid. Its. A good size to keep tabs on young ones with space dedicated for those under 4 feet. Before 2pm is a good time if you want freedom to roam. After school gets out its good if you want your child to have socialization, especially after going through a pandemic.

The worse customer service I’ve experienced today. They were dismissive & refused the show me the policy. Manager came out with hands on his waist. Please train your staff in customer service. You’re not getting my business anymore.

The best part of our visit was meeting Chicago. What a great asset to the Get Air Trampoline Park staff. Place was not very clean and there should be paper towels in bathroom and hand sanitizer stations. Trampolines werent as bouncy as other parks...not sure if we will be back. Probably geared more to 8 and under crowd.

This place was very spacious & fun. The kids had a blast with the variety of options to choose from. The staff was very polite & inviting especially “Chicago” I believe that was how name. He was so friendly to my kids they just raves about him. If you had any hesitation on coming I hope that’s out the door cause you’re missing out.

I came to visit from Texas and my son mentioned this place. We visited and had a wonderful time here. Special thanks to a guy name Chicago, he was so nice and sweet. Just because of him we will come back again and recommend it to everyone we know :)

Alea was simply amazing when I came into Get Air during our July 4th getaway this weekend. I was very inquisitive on a lot of things and she patiently answered all of my questions. Genuine customer service is rare these days so to have such a delightful encounter was worthy of a review but she is the reason for that 5th star!!!. My 3 & 7 year old had a great time.

We had tons of fun at this place! I initially wanted to come in another day but due to a unforeseen emergency the facility was shut down for the day which was a bummer, but the assistant manager made sure to reach out to me to rectify the situation and offer my children and I another session, which is a true example of caring for the customer! We had a great time, things were clean and masks were enforced. There was only one guy working and a TON of customers which seemed unfair to him, because thats a lot of work. Regardless, his customer service was top notch and he never missed a beat. Employees that work the way he does are difficult to come by, so be sure to take good care of him!

It was fun, took my three year old daughter and she had a blast. Alot of trampolines and areas for children to play. Pricing was good for child $10 for an hour adults was about $17. Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

We were excited to try this new place around the corner from our home. They have the absolute worst website. Nightmare to sign the waiver and get tickets. Maybe part of their online system was down the weekend of March 13 & 14, 2021 - but it appeared operational. Tried buying tickets and signing waivers on both days. Didnt save my account, didnt allow me to purchase after signing waver, sent me to Akron Ohios website, forced to create a new account, didnt save that one either. After signing waiver for two kids, there was no record of the waivers, so had to do it again, but then couldnt purchase tickets.....Absolute nightmare. Havent had such a frustrating online experience for probably 5-7 years. After two days of trying I ended my effort and brought the kids to Sky Zone which is 15 minutes drive.

This place is very spacious and provides an indoor place where you can take kids and be reasonably distant from others.Ive had a great time and its a good place to burn off some energy when its too cold outside.Some parents are inattentive to their children or dont take proper precautions, but thats been the exception rather than the rule.

Complaints - no hand sanitizer anywhere and at least 8 adults walking around with their masks down around their necks or no masks at all. Mentioned once to staff and nothing was done. Absolutely no mask enforcement. Will not be back.

It is not organized, it should have been a separate area for little kids from Yang ones. I didnt see very attractive at all, what i meant by that is, it didnt attract me, neither the kids, they want to a different place.

Had a wonderful party experience! The Managers Terry and Chicago personally took care of our party by closing early, sanitizing and mopping and fogging the entire facility! Our party felt incredibly safe and everyone had a fabulous time. The group of Adults and children that has been quarantined together had an amazing time! Chicago has such personalized service. Highly recommend this super clean facility for lots of safe fun for the entire family!

My kids and I had so much fun! We hit the jackpot being one of 3 families in the whole place!! Always risky going out during COVID tomes, but this place is very clean! Also appriciated the room temperature, not too hot or tooCold. Fun music that is loud enough to enjoy but not to loud that you have to scream to communicate. There are not just trampolines but also various obstacle courses of all types - my teen son enjoyed.Have kids far apart in age makes it hard to find something to do things as a family, GET AIR made is possible. My 13yr, 8yr and 5 yr old and myself 40’s) had a blast!Also there is a section set aside for kids under 46” inches, this is hard to find at a trampoline park. Usually everyone sharing the same space, which cen be nerve racking if you have toddlers. They have an area that is just as fun as the big kids area. JOESPH, the friendly manager at the front desk, checked us in and was attentive during our time. Highly recommend. Bring your own water or $$ to buy water. Due to Covid the water fountains are shut down.

Fun for the family, but the staff, namely Michaela (check spelling), was impolite and unhelpful. The bathrooms were a mess. The vending machines dont work and I was referred to the number on the side of the machine. After reporting it as such, they didnt bother to put a sign on the machines saying out of order, even after my suggestion. Heck, she didnt even verbally answer just nodded in my general direction. Disappointed.

NOT FOLLOWING COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES. masks were not mandatory. staff was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, did nothing but stand around at the front desk. not once were they picking up the trashed restrooms, watching kids mess with others belongings, checking on people in the trampoline areas, picking up random masks, socks, or jackets. the one reason why they deserve 2 stars is because there was a variety of obstacles. except the one that was CAUTION TAPED but still had people playing on with ZERO supervision.

Amazing staff!! follows the COVID regulations tremendously! handles customers with the upmost profession. would recommend coming here anytime!
