This looked like a wholesome environment to me and to top it off its managed by someone That I feel is genuinely involved And driven To provide a new direction For those who seek one.

Great meetings weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) held at 7:30-8:30pm. They also have a Speaker Meeting on Sundays from 11-Noon (and a breakfast from 8-10:15am that only costs $8.00). All are welcome!

This place is managed by a passive aggressive dictator named Mark Chandler. He got sober in the home and has never been sober not living there. Somehow hes qualified to be in charge indefinitely? Fundraising events and meetings are held constantly to raise money, sneakily framed as a charity in need, however, tenants are required to pay market rent. The place occasionally helps people, but the majority of it is a scam to fund Marks salary as the house manager. Very poorly run, infested with bed bugs, tenants are required to work for free, and an extremely low success rate. An Oxford house is a better option.
