Customer service was excellent. Everyone came into our home with a mask during the period of COVID-19 and took their shoes off at the front door. They cleaned up after themselves and the glass work looks beautiful for my shower. They provide a catalog that has the different color and style of the hardware that can go with the color of shower’s tile. Strongly recommend.Thank you very much.

Excellent & prompt service, very reasonable charges. My window glass had a hole in it. It was an old aluminum window with grids in the two-pane glass. These guys did a great job in replacing the glass. Fully recommended.

Very rarely do I post a review, but in this case I just had to. I live in a Reston high rise and our units have heavy commercial-grade windows. One of our windows was misaligned and wouldnt close properly and we couldnt figure out why. The gentleman from Glasso Fairfax came and was able to remove and check the heavy commercial grade window to discover that the balance had gone bad. He told me as it was a commercial grade balance, it would take a long time to get one after ordering it. He left without charging us anything - despite the difficulty of removing and replacing the window to diagnose the problem. We ordered the balance, and when it arrived we called him and asked if he could come back to install it and fix the window. He did, and it was a very quick and professional job. Despite the fact that he made two trips he charged us a very modest fee for replacing the balance. I found the gentleman from Glasso to be very honest, professional, quick, and courteous, and would recommend him and his company to anyone. I know who to go to if we ever have issues with windows, and who to recommend to our friends and relatives who need work done on their windows. Thank you, Glasso Fairfax!
