We went with Floor Advisor because they were very competitive in pricing and extremely responsive. We were not disappointed. We ended up with a rare manufacturer issue with our order (planks were way off on color), but Floor Advisor made everything right and were wonderful communicators and problem solvers throughout the process. Elio and Elsa are amazing and their crews were wonderful. Were so pleased with the final result. Our floors are beautiful.We will definitely go to them again for our next flooring needs, no question.

They were super helpful, flexible and provided outstanding customer service. They have very competitive pricing. I purchased tile for my kitchen floor; tile for my kitchen backsplash; and engineered hardwood which they installed. They did a very good job. I plan to purchase carpet from them in the next 30 days!

This is the third time I have used Floor Advisors on a home project and my home has beautiful hardwood floors today. Floor Advisors is helpful in selecting the best product to meet your needs, their installers do a great job; and, their prices are reasonable. They call this hitting the trifecta in the racing world.

Elsa and Elio were wonderful, professional and patient! They were careful to advise, answer questions and respond to any concerns that I had. My floors look marvelous! I had Mullican Hickory Saddle hardwood floors installed throughout my first floor and a beautiful, plush carpet on the stairs and throughout the 2nd floor. The installers were excellent. Seriously, these are the people with whom to work if you want great floors and install at a good price.
