I came on Monday at 2:30pm to get my Precheck TSA renewed. I didn’t have an appointment, and they took me in immediately as a walk-in. Service was efficient, fast, and easy. I had tried to do the renewal entirely online, but I was still required to show in person for finger printing and to provide ID.

Quick and efficient. I was called exactly at my appointment time and done within 10 minutes. It looked like walk-ins would be waiting a long time to be seen so make your life easier and do what you can online and make an appointment.

Highly recommend. I had an 8:40 appointment for fingerprinting and was done by 8:50. The staff where nice and efficient. I have done this drill a few times for work and this place is the most pleasant and fastest Ive been to. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and quick. Came 20 minutes early but the gentleman waved me in. Handed my passport and he said that is all he needed. I was probably there all of 10 minutes. Got my KTN two days later

The person attending was flustered and he demonstrated it to me while attending to my questions. I didnt feel welcomed. Thus, didnt sign up.

Went in for a 258 fingerprint card. I spent less than 10 minutes and about $20 there, very efficient and professional. Its open 8-4:30 and requires a mask. The website says surgical mask and that one will be provided if you dont have one, but I have a pre-covid stash of N95s so I wore one of those.Dont bother calling if you have any questions that require a human, you simply cannot talk to a person when you call.

The experience was very fast. Took less than 10 minutes from the time I was greeted to I was done. The representative was very helpful.

I got there early the two staff members I dealt with were extremely friendly. Make sure you bring all your paperwork with you and ID cards. Especially your passport if it’s not expired. Better to bring more than drive home and come back again

Very disappointed in this place. I had an appointment in January that I had made 2 weeks previously. I drove 30 miles to get there only to find out the office decided to close. No one bothered to contact me to tell me the office was closed. In addition it took me 20 minutes to get a person on the phone at IdentoGo and their response was that I had to contact the local office for additional information. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appointment for fingerprinting on 10/23/20 and was impressed with the courtesy of the young gentleman that assisted me throughout the process, from check-in through to payment. The office was clean and they took the care necessary to sanitize the fingerprint station. Without hesitation, I can recommend this location.

I dont want to give them even one star, it was that bad! After a 20-minutes of being on hold only to be told shes out of state and cant help me, for the reason why your facility was closed with no notice on the door or windows. No emails were sent out, people are outside waiting for the services that they signed-up for and nothing. Called anther number and after going back and forth with pressing numbers they hang-up on you! Seriously, not professional at all! I asked the other retail stores around appears no one has been and they keep accepting online appointments anyway!! Dont bother coming here, try to find somewhere else that has better costumer service!

I recently got fingerprinted using IdentoGo in Alexandria, VA. I found it a bit hard to find a local number, and actually never did. I had to call a 1-877 number to inquire about services and availability at this location. The agent on the phone was nice and booked an appointment for the following day. FYI- You must provide personal information upfront (name , address, date of birth etc) for them to complete a form in order for them to look up available appointments. Honestly, I wasnt too comfortable doing that, because I wasnt sure I was going to book there. Anyway, I showed up at the scheduled day/time and they took me back to a private area immediately. There were no other customers there at that time. The process was quick and efficient, and the gentlemen helping me was very nice and professional. I received two hard copy fingerprint cards and the charge was $85.00, which I think is rather expensive for a 10 min interaction. I never saw pricing for just fingerprinting online, so wanted to share that info. Overall, a good and efficient experience. I gave them 4 stars, because of the lack of local contact information and other details there are not available on the website. BTW, while they do offer digital fingerprinting services, its on a contracted basis only and they must have a specific arrangement with a government or state institution or company to do that. It mainly hard copy, so I was told.

Pro: Easy to make appointment online for fingerprinting ($20 total for two cards) and they were among the few fingerprinting places open during the pandemicCon: The worker was impatient and rushed to do the fingerprinting. My fingerprinting card was returned a week later, rejected with the comment of fingerprints smudged and being illegible. identoGO did not offer a refund or a chance to try the service again without paying another fee, stating that Some peoples fingerprints are just hard to capture, so it doesnt mean that the fingerprints werent done well. I went to a different place to do the fingerprinting again and the worker said that the card I had done at identoGO looked like they just smushed my finger into the machine, which may be why they were rejected.

Phone service doesn’t work, waited hours to speak to NO ONE! Can’t get the appropriate service as it’s not listed on your website but the account reps insist it’s there. Just another contractor who can’t get organized and provide a simple, concise, and quick user experience.

Mostly aloof employees, bordering unfriendly, but the gentleman that did my fingerprinting was quick and efficient.

Went to get fingerprinted. It was right before their lunch break so they literally looked at the clock before they took me in.The man didn’t ask for my name or ID or paperwork.He pulled up my appointment time and took it from there. Yes, the printing itself was quick. Took 2 min at most.Then I was stuck inside because they locked the doors after me so other customers couldn’t go in. They legitimately said “imma lock the doors cause that guy looks like he’s about to come in and it’s lunch time.”Good job.

Worst service ever! you fill paper work with all your info and send the things they ask for...in the instructions they say to add your phone and email in case they need to verify something or if they need additional info...turns out they dont use that, they send you EVERYTHING back to add 1 paper that you could have emailed to them. Wrote them emails, they never respond, the 2 times i called customer service they took more than 1/2 hour to answer and they really didnt help at all. Ended up paying again to resend the package for a second time, hope they will process my prints now...such an annoying process! it was easier and faster when you had to send everything directly to the FBI instead of using this middlemen that dont work at all. BTW this is for a DC license, hope they dont deny my license...its taking so long to get because of this identogo thing....very upsetting!!!

They were very quick. I was in and out. However they forgot to get my signature on a release form, which caused me to have to find notary and mail it to the appropriate authorities.

The employees have no clue as to what they are fingerprinting for, they are like robots! Did my prints and asked am I using the correct code and got a no clue answer. Well, they were wrong prints and had to pay an out of state fee this time!

Brusque, aggressive workers and monopolistic pricing. I mean, youre there to be fingerprinted like a criminal, so why not get the prison experience? The only positive here is that they were quick, having made a reservation online, so I was out in 10 minutes.

The guy behind the counter was very rude and did not have any knowledge of what he was doing. I needed the fingerprints to get a compact nursing license. I asked him which scan i needed and his answer was how would i know? He fingerprinted me using the scanner. He did not wipe any thing off before or after use with the provided alcohol wipes. I asked him to send the prints to an ORI # as instructed and he just said we dont do that and charged me 50 dollars. The office was empty. The girl sitting at the desk behind the counter had her feet up on the table doing absolutely nothing. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service! I got an appointment for my TSA at 9:40am when is 11:10am I went to ask why it was taking so long they just did not add my name on the list! Actually, they did even know how to look at a VISA and see the expire date. I just lost my day!

I was hesitant due to the other negative reviews, but I had an efficient and pleasant experience at this location. I made an appointment for 8:50 a.m. for a TSA precheck application, which was the earliest available. I decided to show up when they open at 8:00 a.m. to see if I could get in sooner. They opened the doors right before 8 am and there was one gentleman waiting before me. I was out by 8:05 am.Both the individuals working there were pleasant and understood that we wanted to get in and out to continue on with our day.

My TSA Precheck appointment was far less stressful than I thought. I showed up about 10 minutes early and ended up finishing up and leaving before I was scheduled to start. Staff was courteous and quick. No complaints for something I wasnt looking forward to doing! I just wish it was closer to DC.

Dont even bother calling them. Horrible people. Theyve got these phrases memorized and thats all they say over the phone. I dont know, NO, you cant, not here, not with us, youll have to do your own research, and I cant help you here. I tried calling three different time, go three different people and sadly same phrases.

Horrible staff.. They treated me like an idiot!! Not friendly at all... I went there to have my TSA Precheck ..they treated me horribly and threated to shut me down on the system. They should know that they were not my boss or something, or should not look down their customers in that way. One staff gave me really bad look and said I am not working with her..and not listening. . Hello? I am not there to work for you!!! I went there to get a decent service with my $85 payments!! I would never ever go to that place. Or is this some type of discrimination?

I wish I could give this a zero. The billing department for this company (Morphotrust/Identogo) is a joke. Ive been trying to contact someone to resolve a billing issue for over a month. Numerous voicemails with my contact info left with staff and the supervisor must not be enough. Whenever I call, no one can help me. All I want to do is pay a bill that I apparently owe from 3 years ago....sounds weird right? I never received a call, letter, or email saying I owed anything until a law office recently contacted me trying to collect for hundreds of dollars when the original bill was $60! This lack of organization and follow through must be why I never received a bill in the first place. Do not do business with this company, worst customer service I have EVER received.
