I did try Dental Bar based on the multiple great reviews on google. As everyone in here I had beautiful experiences in this place. Besides the fact that the whole place it’s a mood… from reception, dental technicians, nurses and of course THE amazing dentist, you will not get disappointed. They are knowledgeable, last technology updated, extremely respectful and professional. Soon they will change they’re office address , I’m beyond excited for them and of course for myself to finally say that I established my dentist for good. One of the reasons I’m writing this review is because I moved here in 2017 and it was a struggle to find someone that understands my needs and it’s truly professional. Thank you for the great work!

This is the best dentist and dentist office I think I’ve ever visited. Doctor and all personnel definitely love their job. I think this explains everything about this dental clinic. Highly recommended if you are looking for real care. P.S they have really cool bar with nice drinks and for free 😉

Im not typically one to write reviews but this office is so good that I want to! Absolutely the best dental office Ive been to. Every staff person was friendly and accommodating. Easy, free parking. Rigorous teeth cleaning. The hygienist and the dentist spent time with me reviewing my x-rays and pictures and really educating me about preventing further issues. No hidden charges (something Im always nervous about with a new doctor). The massage chair and the overhead TV with HBOMax made the teeth cleaning much more pleasant than usual. I cant recommend them enough!

Had another great experience at Dental Bar! After getting some fillings replaced on Friday, Dr. Genieva gave me a number to call in case there were issues. She came in early on Monday to see me and make sure everything was lined up and comfortable! I really appreciate the special treatment!!

I thought perhaps Dental Bar was too good to be true when researching for a dentist, but I can fully back up all the 5 star ratings they have. They have everything you want in a dentist/service provider: 1. Staff is so friendly. I felt at ease since my first visit and felt comfortable enough to joke around with them. I honestly felt like I’ve been a client for years. 2. They don’t judge or chastise you. I’m not a fan of the dentist and haven’t been in a while. They didn’t lecture me or guilt me, which I was honestly anxious about. Previous dentist experiences have given me ptsd. 3. They didn’t over sell me and they were very up front about costs. I was expecting much pricier, especially when you see all of the office amenities. Which leads me to 4. TVs and a bar, good music, and great aesthetics. If you’re thinking about it or deliberating, just go with them. You’ll be so happy you did.

I have severe dental anxiety. The Dr and her staff are fantastic at making you at ease during the whole process. The Dr is extremely bright and forward thinking. Im glad I found them!

Great experience. Didn’t feel like a dentist office. Everyone was professional and friendly and seemed happy. Not the usual feel. I expected to have some sort of bad experience, fluffing with the alcohol and laughing gas, but I truly can’t say a bad thing about today. And I am exceptionally critical when it comes to work ability and customer service. I am happy to give Dental Bar a five star rating.

I had a fantastic experience at Dental Bar - they do everything possible to make sure youre comfortable - give you heated neck pillows, a blanket if you want, TV to watch during your cleaning. And the staff is incredible - everyone was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of, and the hygienist was wonderful (thanks, Ellie!). Ill definitely be going back.

Great Dentistry, very attentive staff. The main dentist Vitaliya is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable with the process, which could be stressful for some people. Never have I ever been to a dental office where 1) I thought looked incredible interior wise and 2) made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I actually enjoy going and Ive been to several offices and Im actually raving about this to my friends and colleagues. I dont live anywhere close to the area, but I make the drive over because its worth it. I love that its woman owned and ran and their attention to detail is incredible. Do your mouth and your mind and a solid and head your way over for a consultation. Just sitting in the waiting room alone is relaxing.

Love this place! If you have to go to the dentist why not do it where you get to sit in a massage chair and watch TV with noise canceling headphones? Everyone is friendly and they clearly care about their patients and are very competent. Plus, they accept insurance.

I visited the office with a concern for a tender tooth and looking to schedule a much-needed cleaning after working from home through 2020. Scheduling the appointment was easily done through the website, the staff were friendly and informative, and Dr. Genieva addressed my concerns, was able to schedule a cleaning the same day due to a cancellation, and recommended Dr. Cheron at NVEA to treat the tender tooth. Im severely anxious about dental work. I always have been. The sounds, smells, cost, uncertainty around insurance coverage...all of it overwhelmed me. So...I avoided it. For years. When the dental issues started to pile up, I started looking again.I ran into so many dentists who patronized me about the state of my teeth, ignored my anxiety issues, rushed through their explanations and seemed too eager to push me through the process. I ended up feeling anxious about my dental anxiety. I was growing worried that if I wanted any hope of being taken seriously, Id need to pay thousands out of pocket for sedation dentistry. Or simply let my teeth go to heck.Then I found Dr. Genieva and Dental Bar.Dr. G took my anxiety seriously. She carefully evaluated my dental needs and outlined a detailed treatment plan that could be done in different sized chunks depending on what my budget could handle.To manage anxiety, Dental Bar offers nitrous oxide gas (at a very reasonable additional charge which is worth every penny), noise-cancelling headphones connected to a ceiling-mounted TV with great streaming, including HBO, and a blanket and heated/scented neck pillow are also available, though I rarely take advantage of these last two because I tend to be on the warm side.The office is bright, clean, and modern...and nothing like a traditional dentists office. These days, Dr. G and her staff are meticulous about pandemic safety and I have always felt safe in that space. Temperature checks at the door, plenty of PPE for staff, masks required, hand sanitizer readily available, etc.I used to walk into the dentists office with an elevated heart rate, sweaty palms, wringing my hands, shallow breathing, etc. I would often have trouble sleeping the night before an appointment, and leave with a splitting headache. Not anymore. Its hard to believe Im saying this, but I have genuinely grown to look forward to appointments with Dr. Genieva.If any of this sounded like you and youre in the DC area - call Dental Bar and meet with Dr. Genieva. Great experience both times Ive been in. I love this office so much. Yes, the layout and style of the office are gorgeous and yes they even serve drinks but its the staff that are truly awesome there. They are really attentive and care about the people they work on. I am surprised how modern, cozy and clean Dental Bar Clinic interior. Obviously they have high level equipment to work with patient. I had already several appointments with Doctor Genieva in this clinic. She is very responsible, professional dentist with wonderful personality. Every time Vitaliya worked with me very carefully, I didnt feel any pain or discomfort. She gave great explanation for all my questions and concerns. Absolutely love my new dentist! My husband and I just moved to Alexandria from New Jersey and we did a lot of digging to find a great dentist in our area. The posh office doesnt feel like a dentist office at all and is super welcoming. Everyone on staff was really nice and I had a great experience.

I had a dental emergency while on travel in the area and Dental Bar made room in their schedule to see me as a ‘walk in’. Their office is nice and relaxing with a friendly staff. Dr. Genieva was professional and skillful in performing an extraction. Truly grateful they have evening hours!

Dr. G and the Dental Bar staff are top notch! I found this practice via a recommendation of a close friend. After reading the reviews and learning that my insurance carrier participated with this practice, I made an appointment. Im so glad I did! Ive worked in medical practices before and I can hands down say she has the best bed-side manner Ive ever seen. Dr. G took the time to review and go over my concerns which made me feel so much better.I live about 30 minutes from this practice but it was well worth it! I mean who says that about a Dental Practice? The office is beautiful and they have lots of treats for their patients. You wont be disappointed.

Best and professional place for your teeth.

I have been going to Dental Bar for about two years now and always love my visits. The dental team there is very friendly and make it their number one priority to make sure you are comfortable. Dental Bar takes a more modern approach to your typical dentist office. They offer refreshments while your in the waiting area, bring you a warm neck pad (my favorite), ask what music/TV show you want playing during your cleaning, they have it all! The environment is calm and relaxing - as it should be. Dr. Genieva does an excellent job and is very honest and thorough when it comes to your dental health. Shes 100% transparent when it comes to the costs. Shes also very gentle, I have never experienced any sort of pain during or after my visits. Highly recommend this place. See you in January! :)

Smile Bar Dentistry is an absolutely amazing dental office with phenomenal performance and expertise in dentistry, absolutely fabulous customer service and the people that work there are likable and make sure you are comfortable 100% of the time. Not only is the Dental Office great in service, but the office is stunning and its even likely that the average person on their first glance to this office would be able to confuse it with a day spa in a sense. 10/10 would recommend this dental office to anyone who currently does not have (or even does have.) a dentist.

Dental Bar is more akin to a spa treatment than a visit to the dentist. I think I actually look forward to my teeth cleanings now. Seriously, this feels like how I imagine the rich and famous get a fluoride treatment: with aromatherapy, heated lavender-scented neck pillows, massage chairs, and flat-screens on the ceiling. While comfort is paramount, Dr. Genieva and her staff focus equally on results. She even shows you before-and-after pictures of your teeth on an HD monitor, so you can actually see the cleanliness you feel. I cannot recommend this place enough. I don’t know if Dental Bar sells gift certificates, but I would seriously consider giving them to friends and family.
