I had the company come out to give us a estimate, I was told they get back to me the next day. Well after calling them back three times I didn’t get a estimate or a call back. When they came out for the estimate I told him I was going to get a couple of estimates. I pretty sure they don’t like any competition.

Utilized Alexandria Roofing to replace a very old roof on an historic home in Old Town. They were prompt, completed the work within their forecasted window, and they were very diligent with their post-completion QA/QC check and were very pleasant to interact with. Customer focused 100%.

Alexandria Roofing replaced my roof about 20 years ago. Since then a number of people have been up there like the satellite TV guy (multiple holes where he moved the satellite and didnt patch) and the nice people that cleaned and recapped my chimney (flashing damage). While they meant well, they all did damage to the roof integrity. Alexandria Roofing has stood behind their warranty and provided outstanding customer service by coming to my rescue promptly and politely to resolve the leaks left behind by the other companies. My dad recommended Alexandria Roofing to me 20 years ago (and he had really high standards) and I wanted to make sure that 20 years later other home owners in the area were aware of the amazing quality of service and support that they provide.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there that will do a mediocre job for you. Alexandria Roofing is best in class for our area. Pat (the owner) knows his business and makes sure the job is done right, and much of is little things that other roofing companies skip over, such as new collar gaskets for flues, proper way to install shielding, etc. Little things that get passed over yet come back to you as a leak in a roof at a later date.I recently hired Pat and Alexandria Roofing to fix and repair the shoddy workmanship done on my roof replacement by Shamrock out of Springfield (recommended by USAA). Cost $ 2,432 to fix all of Shamrocks mistakes.

They rescheduled my estimate appointment 3 times, citing an emergency. Then called to say they checked my roof and that my house needs a new roof. Well, my home office window and my security camera show no-one was here. Liars! They are a complete fraud!!! Wheres the integrity?!?!
