I am very impressed with Mr. Bahs professional and excellent service. He came to my house promptly to help fix my printer only two days after my request for service. Good job cleaning an HP printer. Could have been 5-stars but experienced lack of commitment from them on pricing (given over phone) for a second trip to replace a part. Would use them again. Suggest getting pricing in writing to avoid confusion.

The tech arrived and found the problem under the fuser where the paper was not visible. He was able to clear the jam and get the printer working. He did a good job.

Did a good job fixing my plotter

The tech was on time and curtious and completed the job on time. I highly recommend his service.

Mohamed took apart most of the printer to get to the ink that had leaked all over inside of the printer causing print problems, cleaned the print heads and changed settings on the printer to conserve ink. It is printing clean crisp pages now. He also gave me advice on how to minimize this problem in the future. He arrived during the time frame given and was very careful about not touching surfaces he didn’t need to given we are in the middle of COVID. I would highly recommend Mohamed.

He was extremely helpful. i had a problem with my windows on surface book and cant solve it, when i come to him wala in 2 days the restore my computer back to normal. also he is very friendly and always willing to teach you a lot of new things about computer. Always recommend for my friends and family.

The technician came out on time the same day of the request. Our printer color dispenser was clogged due to infrequent use. He cleaned the dispensers and the printer works as good as new. I would definitely recommend Breeze End Tech. and will call them again for future needs.

Repair was good, was hard to communicate. Paid $15 for pickup and return of item but after the repair took a couple days I asked to just go and pick up the item instead of waiting more days. Solid repair, just took a couple days and I had to reach out to them for ETAs rather than vice versa.,
